Le trajet s’est bien déroulé. Cependant, le chauffeur est venu nous chercher bien plus tôt que prévu (30min), ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas pu manger notre petit déjeuner déjà commandé. Par ailleurs, nous sommes arrivés plus d’une heure en retard à destination.
Nous avons également dû changer de navette dans une gare des bus sans être prévenus avant. Mais sinon rien de catastrophique à annoncer

The driver was half an hour late while I was the first pick up. No problem, as I learned to take a lot of extra time. But with the heavy traffic we ended up an hour late. Really take enough time

Le conducteur n’avait pas de gps, d’Internet ne connaissait pas Koh lanta. Parle très mal anglais, heureusement qu’un couple allemand avait de l’internet pour le guider. Mis bcp plus de temps que prévu

Easy journey, great driver.
Stopped twice, gave us delicious free fruit.
We were the first pick up, exactly on time.
Arrived two hours late due to heavy traffic at Koh Lanta ferry terminal.

Nous sommes arrivés les derniers dans le van donc nous avons eu les places au fond. Très très peu d'espace pour les jambes. On ne peut pas s'asseoir droit tellement c'est petit, je fais 1m64 et mes genous ne passaient pas. Les places à l'avant ont beaucoup plus d'espace. Le chauffeur n'était pas sympa au début, mais à la fin ça allait mieux. Départ presque à l'heure arrivée en retard mais c'est pas grave

Our driver was actually 15 minutes early so we were glad we listened to the instruction on being ready 30 minutes before pick up time. Everything went smoothly and even though we had to transfer to a different vehicle to get to Ao Nang, we still got there earlier than expected! We did buy an extra seat as we were worried there wouldn’t be room for our suitcases. Our shuttle wasn’t quite full but had it been, there wouldn’t have been room for all the bags so I’m glad we did that for peace of mind. Good experience overall.

We were the first people picked up and the last to be dropped off, is advertised as a 2hr journey but ended up 4hrs.
Spent an hour picking people up in Krabi to begin with before even attempting to drive to Koh Lanta.

We where a little bit late. The driver was not happy about it, because we needed to be ready 30 minutes before the time we should leave. We are really sorry about that. Really glad that the driver waited for us.

Krabi to Koh Lanta. Time 11am. Pick up and drop off at the hotel. Driver arrived a bit earlier. (As written in the confirmation email "be ready 30 minutes before departure time") The van was full. The driver was very friendly and polite and smiling.

Thank you 12goasia for reorganizing my booking. That was the good part. 2 stars for the driver coming to the airport. The 3 missing stars are for the worst ride of my life. The driver was rude, overtaking for no reason, driving too fast by far.

It was difficult to know what van was the one I was riding with. Also 3 of the same car drove, two of them said to go with the other, but in the end they just went and i could not go with any of them, even tho it was the same company and my ticket was for that exact rout, but i was not on their list. Luckily the third car took me even two I was not on his list either. When I first got in the van everything was great until the end. Great alternative to speedboats. The driver picked us up about 45min after the designated time, but that’s due to picking up other passengers. The van was packed a bit tight due to luggage but it wasn’t a problem. Van was clean, and the AC was cold. My wife and I made an abrupt and unexpected transfer to a small car that took us to Ao Nang, our final destination. We arrived on time and happy.

Our bus to Krabi airport arrived 1/2 hour late and was full, no room for us. The next bus was supposed to come 1/2 hour later, and it came later. In total we had to wait 2.5 hours.

The car got broken in the middle of the road
It arrived the Krabi half an hour late
And then transfer a local shared truck to Ao Nang, and that took about 1 hour with multiple up and downs of the random customers
The price is more expensive for booking online~

This is an extremely affordable trip considering the distance. However, add an hour to your timings as there can be a number of stops to pick up people or packages. Booking was super easy the day before. On the day we were collected 10 minutes after the proposed pick up time (7:30am) and we arrived in Ko Lanta by 11am. Note, the hotel pick up bus was nicer than the minivan for the main journey but it still haf Aircon. I recommend avoiding travel in the middle of the day to avoid it being too uncomfortable if the bus is full of luggage and people. Our driver was very nice and the time seemed to pass quickly, so I would happily recommend this route.

We booked a later bus to give us enough time if our flight was delayed. Some people have reviewed in the past saying they were able to get an earlier bus. We tried to do this however they were full and had to wait for the one we booked which was fine, just keep this in mind. The bus took a bit longer than advertised and drop off time will depend on which hotels the van needs to stop at. So allow extra time. But we expected this and overall this is a great and affordable service. They were able to drop us all the way down to Kantiang bay. Would recommend!

Not enough space for baggage, we couldn't get out on ferry to stretch the legs because bags were in the corridor. A little bit claustrophobic feeling when minibus is full of people and bags. Other than that everything was smooth and easy.

He was not sure if he was our transport, then after 3 times checking we found our booking number on his paper. Not very carefull with the luggage just pushed everywhere in the car.

Es war okay.
Es hat alles so geklappt wie es sollte, mit leichten Verzögerungen aber das kann passieren.
Die Mitnahme vom Gepäck forderte zwar einwenig die tetris Künste des Fahrers, aber es ist alles mitgekommen.

We booked our trip from the airport and nowhere on our confirmation was another location named. Please note that GPS coordinates do not qualify as a location to a tourist.
We are very disappointed in both the booking service and the very uncomfortable trip. It was not mentioned the van would also be used for cargo hauling.

Pas d’indication ou de personne qui nous attendent au point de pick up de l’aéroport. Ce serait bien qu’il y ait un panneau ou autre. De plus nous avons attendu 30 min 2 personnes qui avaient du retard. La Clim n’était pas puissante sur tout. Au total 1h de retard.

We got picked up from our hotel on time. The chauffeur demanded us to sit at the back next to the luggage but we didnt. He was a bit mad, But seemed a little cooled off and cheerful later. So you can just simply tell him no. We dropped of some people at the airport, at another agency and after we got dropped at an agency and picked up by a taxi and were driven to our new hotel. Goed geregeld maar soms beetje onduidelijk wat er gebeurt.

Picked up at Hotel by very nice and vondt mini van. This took us to bus station were you Are to board a 14 Seater miki bus. Bought extra Seat due to bringing two suitcases as recomended on their page. Ended up squeezed together in the back of the bus with luggage stabled to the roof in asle. VERY uncomfteble trip sadly. Would most def book private transfer next time.
Trip was on time, but would not recomend If u can afford the little extra it cost with private.
