No recomendable en absoluto. Nos recogieron en nuestro hotel una hora antes de lo acordado para llevarnos a un local sin aire acondicionado, wifi ni agua fría a esperar allí ¿no podíamos esperar en nuestro hotel? Lo pasamos fatal. Habíamos reservado unos asientos específicos y no nos los querían dar porque había otras personas que supuestamente lo habían reservado antes ¿entonces porque pude reservarlos yo? Y llegamos una hora más tarde de lo acordado.
No me explico cómo tiene esa puntuación…

it was unexpected such a good travel experience. I asked for a spontaneously time change via facebook messenger. After just seconds i already got an answer. They also changed my pick up location for me, so it was easier to get there. The guy also dropped me up directly in front of my hostel. Highly recommended!!

Driver 20mn late, nobody to prevent us about the delay, and no apologize of the driver for being very late. He even get angry when i told him! No professional at all!

The bus was 1h30 late and they only let me know by text message after I called them. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the rest of the trip was good.

But rear places of this shuttle are not confortable and moving a lot (cause of the rear suspension)

Pick up location was a little confusing, but driver came and found me. They pick up from front of shopping mall but google maps shows the back of the mall. Mini bus was very comfortable!

Bus on time for the departure, 20 minutes late at arrival, some stops during the trip. At mid road we had to change for another van without knowing why. Driver was Ok, enough space and comfortable

It's not really clear where in the plaza you are meant to wait, I wandered round asking other mini buses if they were 'my' bus and then when the bus did come it was half an hour early and a different reg plate to what I had been given so glad I was there super early and asking about else I could have easily missed it

We got picked up deplore hotel which was a nice surprise and the driver dropped is off at the hotel for some extra cash. Driver was on time and all in all was a good experience. Wasn’t the best Limousine we had some nicer ones but we got from a to b.

The service is good, but it could be better. He picked me up at the hotel, which is a plus point. However, we waited 10 minutes for two people, who were not "passengers" but locals hitchhiking. I believe I was the only "passenger" in the van. But it was full. When we arrived in Da Nang, the driver took everyone to their destination. As I had read the stop location on the voucher, I asked, at the third stop to drop off the locals, if it would be the last. The driver said no and asked if I wanted to drop me off at the hotel, which I thought was excellent, and at first it would be free, as he wrote in GT and then he changed his mind and asked for 70kVND. I accepted, but what was free cost more than 1/3 of the trip. Detail that during the trip, had a woman vomiting and they did nothing.

12go has been truly the best booking site for me. I had to change my travel plans a few times and their response was extremely quick (less than half a day). They were patient and accommodated my changes when they could.
When I wanted to confirm the pick up location on the actually day bus I contacted them on Facebook and less than 30 mins later they messaged me on WhatsApp with a map location of the car.
Excellent and efficient service!! Kudos to the staff.

The bus arrived 25 minutes and we weren’t notified so we had to call the head office to see what was happening. However, the bus driver offered to take us all the way to our hostel which made up for the late departure.

We thought we had to go meet somewhere but got an email from the company asking if we wanted to be picked up at the hotel , which was perfect!
The driver was on time and even fit our big bags in the trunk !
The bus was very clean , we were only unlucky to get the back seats that do not recline as much.
The driver dropped everyone at the Hotel in Da Nang and as we were staying in Hoi An he was kind enough to drop us off as close as possible and even offered to call us a cab for the rest of the journey.
Excellent service, recommend !

Driver was extremely late, about an hour and a half. Only came when we called the company and there seemed to be a lot of confusion and couldn't find record of our booking. However the vehicle was comfortable and the driver dropped us to our accommodation in hue rather than the airport which was helpful

The driver will call you on that day. If you dont know, just add zalo and use google translate. Copy vietnamese language. Wait at Vinh Trung plaza. Better close to The Blues cloth shop. However departure has been late for 10 to 15mins, and need to pick up people at some other place, it makes final arrival time at around 1040am. One good thing is driver will ask where to drop u by, but it takes some time also before your destination. Supposed 2hrs trip so it charged higher, but at the end not 2hrs. Anyway, still put 5points as overall Hue journey was not much affected.

The driver didn’t let us choose the seats, he said we should stay in the back of the van. All the seats were empty at that point. We said that my girlfriend is pregnant. But he still refused. And afterwards he went to pick up two couples from a hotel. He basically kept the good seats for “more important” people from a fancy hotel.
