The trip was very well organized. Communication with HK buslines was easy.They were very helpful with changing the date of my trip. The bus was comfortable and had all necessary onboard (including a clean toilet). The driver drove well although if you have a ground cabin you may feel the road a bit more than in the cabin above. I really enjoyed this experience.

Overall our trip from Ninh Binh to Sapa was great. We had our first Stop in Hanoi after , with not the best toilets, but they were free. We stopped again for a 30min food break around two hours later.

Dissapointed with this company, tourists read it carefully.
1. On ticket description you can see “Complimentary Hotel Transfer: Available for 12Go customers in Ninh Binh, Tam Coc, Hue, Da Nang, and Nha Trang.” - This is not true… They don’t do that! It’s just a description! I had a hotel in Ninh Binh - they didint picked because it’s outside their shuttle area… Even it’s in Ninh Binh,Hue. My drop-off hotel was in Hoi An,De Nang - they also didint dropped by hotel, there is no shuttle! You just pay extra for nothing. I informed HK(Luna - +84 97 110 66 21) that I need pick up and drop off , she was explaining that hue is not part of Ninh Binh, and Hoi an is not part of De Nang ( that’s funny 😀)
2. Company is selling tickets on various times , 21:00, 21:30,22:00 but… we had our trip at 21:00 but departured at 22:20.. we just had to wait in lobby, if you would ask me , why would they do it like this? Because they didint had enough passengers for 21;00 time and we needed to wait for other times ( we were not informed that time was changed before, we could rather wait in hotel).
3. Just because we departured more than hour late, we also arrived hour late.. And we missed our day-tour because of that, so avoid this company.

i was supposed to take the sleeper of 11 p.m and due to this i scedualed my whole day. suddenly you sent me whatsapp that i should come earlier to the station- 10 p.m. i asked you for help and explanation but the whatsapp service was not nice at all and just was fine with me missing the slipper because of a few minuites late. they didnt try to help and just stressed me more. in real life, the bus started to drive in 20 minuits late, so my stress actuay was for nothing. i was almost crying because of you

USB ports didn’t work so you cannot charge anything. Seat reclining didn’t work so you are stuck with whatever the position is set to. TV’s didn’t work. Worst of all, the blankets were dirty and I have ended up with bites all over my legs. We also didn’t get dropped to the location stated. Beds are a good size.

It was said we‘ll arrive at 9pm, it was 8pm.
The busdriver was honking every 5-10 minutes during this 12 hours trip.
The HK Buslines WhatsApp account told me they would arrange someone to pick us up at the Ton Duc Thang and bring us to our hotel. That never happened!
After the trip, the WhatsApp account of HK Buslines spammed me full with advertisings. So I had to block them!

Overall it was good, I was especially surprised how clean the toilet still was throughout the night. I couldn't sleep that well though, since one of the drivers drove really fast, which made me feel uneasy. In the end we arrived over an hour earlier.

It was really expensive for the experience. My chair recliner was broken and the entertainment system did not work. It was not explained at all how it would but maybe that’s normal. And the driver worst of All was talking for most of the overnight bus. The Aircon was barely flowing so the cabin was quite warm.

The operator changed the time of the departure by 30 minutes, which was fine, but then wanted me to be 45 minutes early to then wait for 30 minutes and get in a cramped/full shuttle to go 30 minutes to a different location to catch the bus. If I’d known all of this in advance, I would’ve just taken a car to the actual bus pickup location and slept another hour. Basically wasted 1.5 hours of my time before departing from Hanoi. Will not choose this operator in the future.

We had a good nights sleep, but while awake were a little afraid, because the driver was going pretty quickly even though it was raining a lot. We couldnt get in the bus immediately, but had to be transferred there in a limo for over an hour. The bus driver did not announce toilet stops or the destinations we had arrives at. After getting off wuickly we lost our nexk pillow and a charger. We contacted the bus staff but nobody really helped us.

Excellent communication, comfortable ride to Sapa. Bus was approx 30 mins late but this was well communicated. Quiet ride, comfortable pod with curtain, pillow, blanket, bottle of water and cleansing wipe, USB and USBC charge port, AC.
2 stops with options to buy food/snacks and use toilet. Bring cash.
My journey was in the dark but must have been interesting views. Time passed quickly, I had 5G connection throughout.

The driver who dropped us off at the stop (not the first driver, but the last one who dropped you off at the stop) was very rude; he yelled at you when you asked him anything, and on top of that, he threw our suitcase on the ground when he took it out. He didn't even drop us off at the right stop; we asked him if that was the stop, and he just yelled at us.
The station staff (both in Da Nang and Hanoi) were very professional and friendly; it was only this last driver who dropped us off at the station who was rude.

Comfortable and clean bus/bed.
Bus drivers were not as friendly.
Bus left 45min late, but arrived maybe 16-30min after the targeted time, so that was okay.
It would be great to have better aircon in the waiting areas (Ninh Binh & Tam Coc), it was very warm even at night.

The 12Go bus time is wrong and the actual time of the bus was 14:30 (they emailed me to get to location for pickup for 13:50). It actually arrived at 15:00. The bus smelt of urine, the driver drove in circle round one town for an hour, and we didn’t get dropped off at An bang beach like we had booked.

The bus was 3,5 hours late at departure, it was supposed to drop us off at Tam Coc but they drop us of at Ninh Binh, we where a few travellers not understanding and we all had to order a grab for the remaining small part.
We contacted support with no answer back.

I paid double the price for the facilities such as a very important reclining seat for a flat bed which was basically the only reason I booked this company that was more expensive, this resulted in me getting absolutely zero sleep the entire bus ride as well as my 6’3 partner being very uncomfortable. However none of the facilities were working at all no the tv, lights, headphones etc. and there was no communication about the controls not working. It also would have been good to be aware of when the toilet stops would happen and to be informed prior that there is no toilet on board.

Very comfortable bus, left and arrived on time. There was only one stop in Dong Hoi before arriving in Phong Nha. Toilet was also clean and well-stocked.

The meeting point in hoi an was clean and perfect. There was a supermarket a 3 minute walk away and the manager was friendly. The bus driver drove really well and there where a good amount of breaks. My sister even left her passport, the idiot, and the bus driver ran to us to give her it.

A warning. We were dropped at 4.30am at Night Street restaurant phong nha and chased by viscous stray dogs! Terrifying experience. Our hotel was only 7 minutes walk up the road and no one else was getting off so it would have been better if they could have dropped us straight at the hotel. It was also boiling, the AC wasn’t good. The beds were not big enough for my 6ft3 husband. Had much better experiences on other sleeper busses.
