Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of leg space. The climate control was not too cold. Quick meal was included. We arrived at destination even earlier than scheduled.

The VIP-24 bus was quite comfortable for sleeping although some of the seat components (e.g. footrest) weren't functioning well. What was rather confusing and troublesome though was that the seats advertised on the website were not available (I was contacted after booking that onlz VIP-32 seats were available) and that I couldn't reserve specific seats. The departure time was also one hour later than advertised and communicated by email. And then to my positive surprise, when I picked up the tickets at the bus station I was able to upgrade to VIP-24 after all. Confusing... The stewardess on the bus was also rather rough and slightly unfriendly.

Very confortable bus! Everything fantástic, except that we arrived more than one hour early to Bangkok. (3.40 am instead of 5 am) which was a complicated time For us.

bus ride was very comfortable. Super clean, wide and spacious and more comfortable than budget airlines.
One thing - when I booked a ticket online, it says that I should check in at the counter 1 hour before the departure (8pm), however, the counter was never open at the bus terminal and the bus came at 8:20pm. If you makes changes on procedures, you should inform your customers in advance. It is quite worrisome if your customers are not familiar with the area and especially now there are many uncertain factors due to Covid-19 situation.

the time for departure was inacurate on the website, the actual time for departure was 20.30 and not 19.00 as indicated by the website. please adjust to avoid people wasting time.

Комфортабельный автобус, отправился вовремя. Есть сопровождающая помощница водителя, которая проверяет билеты и раздаёт воду и перекус. Мы ехали слишком быстро, иной раз это было не очень приятно, т.к. трясло, хотя в целом, дороги очень хорошие. Из-за высокой скорости мы приехали на 2 часа раньше времени, указанного на сайте и пришлось долго ждать лодку из Ранонга на остров, что было совсем не удобно.

Bus super confortable, sièges semi-couchette, une couverture, parti à l’heure, un sandwich + une bouteille d’eau fournis en début de trajet, un dej inclus au milieu du trajet dans un resto « routier », des toilettes dans le bus et une arrivée avec 1h d’avance (nous avons changé de bus pour les 2 dernières heures).

We don't know if the bus class also affects the driver but if that's the case, we would never go express again! The driver was driving like crazy! We couldn't sleep at all because we couldn't shake off our fear to land upside down in a few moments. I have no idea if he was drunk or just really tired but he was certainly not able to drive anymore!
However, there was free dinner (you need to show your ticket at the stop and get a meal) and no loud music or lights on during the ride so one star for that.

We booked the bus at 8pm.But on the bus station we got a ticket for 20.20pm.The bus stops several times which was not so nice. But at least we could sleep for 5 hours. Temperatur was fine.... not too cold

Voyage très confortable dans ce bus. Horaires respectés. Pas de wifi. Nous aurions aimé avoir une hôtesse plus souriante !

When we got to the bus, the lady couldn't decide where we could sit. She changed our seats three times.. I have no idea why since the bus was quite empty. The bus left 40 minutes late.

Positive: Bus left in time and arrived 1 hour before ist should. Staff was nice. Negative: we also had the seats in the last row and couldn‘t lay back like the other people could.

Bus en mauvais état. Arrivé avec 1h30 d'avance (ce qui pourrait etre un avantage, mais à 5h du matin à la gare routière, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire)
Le chauffeur à roulé très vite et avec 1 seule pause de 15min.
Evitez cette compagnie si vous le pouvez

Obwohl der Bus bei der Abfahrt Verspätung hatte kamen wir überpünktlich an. Absolut fein waren die Sitze die sich recht weit zurück klappen liessen. Auch eine Decke und ein Polster waren dabei. Ich fand die Übetnachzfahrt wirklich ganz ok auch wenn ein wenig mehr holpert wie wir das im Westen so gewohnt sind

The bus itself was good. Very comfortable seats, a lot of space. Bus left on a time and arrived earlier than expected. The AC was too cold during the night. The staff speaks zero english so it was difficult to communicate and not very pleasant. We also missed the midnight snack on the way because they didnt tell us or show us where to go and what to do to get it. Bus was a bit loudy.

Bus was on time, we got water and a small snack, as well as a blanket and pillow. Bus had charging points. Stops a few times through the night (maybe 5) at rest stops, we arrived in Ranong at about 5:30am. 5 stars as far as a night bus goes, I even managed to catch a few hours sleep and I'm 6'4 so this should speak to its relative comfort.

Clean bus, comfortable seats, everything on time, of the food you can only take the water- everything else is pure sugar.

The seat in front of me was broken and it went back so far that it actually touched my legs on my seat. It was very uncomfortable and I was the last row on the bus and the last row seat does not go all the way back. The lock on the bathroom door did not work and someone got trapped in there for about 20 minutes

The good: easy to collect ticket, bus left on time, arrived early, good driving.
The bad: we were given the seats at the back of the bus, which did not recline fully because of the back wall. The seats were also broken so the leg rest did not work and they were over the engine so it was uncomfortably hot and noisy. There were 7 stops along the way and the lights came up for all of them making getting any sleep difficult. attendant was surly and unpleasant.no mid point meal provided but we were given a package snack, juice box and a small water at the beginning.

Fahrt war relativ angenehm. Genügend Platz - auch bei den Füßen. Decken standen zur Verfügung. Sitz konnte weit zurück gestellt werden. Schlafen während der Fahrt war uns gut möglich. Das versprochene free meal in a local restaurant gab es nicht - dafür eine kleine Flasche Wasser und einen Donut. Fanden das nicht schlimm, aber dann sollte es auch nicht in der Beschreibung stehen.

South terminal is quite hudge and our bus was not on the number indicated on the reversation. A lady hangry shout on us without no reason to enter in the bus. It left 20 minutes before the expecting hour.
After it was very correct.
We can sleep during all night and did not see the times going.
One issue while checking my bank account there were a double payment ! Currently waiting for an explanation.

Beware:
When we arrived at the bus terminal in Bangkok a lady that wanted us to take a cart for our luggage was quite aggressive. She insisted us to take two carts even though our luggage fit in one. I almost got in a fight with her. She asked 200 baht for the cart, which is insane compared to what you pay for a taxi there. Anyway she pushes the cart and shows you the way, which is nice. Because the terminal is quite big (like an airport) you have to go up and through the whole terminal.
The bus trip was great and fast for a bus. Only one real stop for a Thai lunch, which is included in the price. We traveled with three kids and they had a blast. We sat upstairs right at the window. Comfi bus and seats.

If you in are in Ranong town head to the choke anan office as the bus starts here and could save you money/time in trying to get to the main bus station

The bus was late but that's no problem. Anyway we arrived earlier in Bangkok.
The bus is really comfortable with a clean blanket and pillow. The AC was working well. If you freeze fast, take long clothes with you. You get a water and a small snack. Also you can charge your phone!

Generally a good service. The check-in was a bit confusing. They couldn't really speak English so it took me a while to understand where my bus would leave (everything on the ticket was writen in Thai). But everybody was very helpful so we did end up on the right bus. It was very comfortable - lots of space. Good value for money!

We bought a bus leaving at 20h but when we arrived at the bus station they printed a 20:20 ticket for us. The bus is confortable but a 1,87m person like myself cannot stretch totally as the feet support is short. It stops SEVERAL times along the way, which was quite annoying. Good snacks, clean blanket and pillow, nice A/C temperature. Arrival in Bangkok was punctual. No Wi-fi in the bus. Overall It was a decent 5-6h night sleep.

Очень комфортный автобус, работают все регулировки у сидений, кондиционер тоже регулируемый, можно выбрать комфортный режим. Пледы, подушки, вода, лёгкий перекус. Всё устроило и удалось отлично поспать 10 часов пути.
