Boat left 40minutes late and did not take 30 minutes but 50 so in total 1 hour delay, chaotic onboarding but the tour was ok, not exhaustive bumpy

Delay of 2 hours at the beginning because of the battery of the bus. Everyone had to wait with zero to little information.
Arrival in Denpasar then around 3 hours delayed.
Unfortunately, in the first hour there was a bad smell from the toilet and later the air conditioning was too cold.
But it was still quite comfortable to ride with.

The trip was OK, everything else is just poor. They took our language from the waiting area to the start of the pier and gave it back to us to carry it again self to the boat.
My backpack was torn because it was rubbing against something hard on the boat top, the trip actually took just 35min and it was on time that was a good thing

Nobody said that if you sat on the top floor of the boat that we would be forced to buy beer and at a very expensive price.... I have never heard of that before.
Also the music was too loud and terrible (shit dubstep), everyone was happy when it was finally turned off.

They have a very nice waiting area on Nusa Penida (If you look inland from the harbour left to the parking area ca. 50 m) with a pool and cafe. Organization was good.
What I didn’t like was there was no safety instructions on the vessel and no life jackets. In an emergency you would be screwed…

Cela c’est très bien passé, il y a un super service, tout est bien organisé. Le seul bémol est qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde et donc 1h de retard sur l’arrivée a Nusa..

. Yes, it can become hot on the boat as there's no aircon, the boat is open at the back, how could they have aircon?
. Yes, your luggage might get a bit wet, you know, the sea is a wet place. They certainly don't do it on purpose.

Organization seems to be lacking. They transported our luagage to the top of the port only that we had to collect it again to carry it down to the ferry ourselves. That cost a lot of time. Service tho was nice, the ride was a little bumpy but the ferry is small so.

We were supposed to leave at 1 o'clock, but left 1.30. we were supposed to be there in 30 minutes, but it actually was 50 minutes. Besides that, it was a pleasant ride, no one got sick. Overall OK.

2 stars instead of one just because booking was easy, people at the check in friendly and accommodating. The trip was 1h late but i didn't mind - what was absolutely tragic was how all those people were packed on a boat at 13.30 and all windows and doors were closed, making the temperature over 45 degrees, for 1h instead of the 30 minutes stated on the ticket. Two people almost passed out, most of the others were just gasping for air. It was a nightmare

We left with 30mn late.
You need to walk around 15mn with your luggage to the speed boat.
Plus when I asked if there were many harbour in the island, they said only 1, they lied purposely to me.

We were almost dying. Suddenly something hit from bottom to the boat and it lost its balance. We scared to death. Think that possibility before you decide.

Its the best boat company. The boat is so convinience, so fast and there is AC. Also the waiting zone in Nusa Penida is cool. There is pool and sofa.

Paid for a 30 minute boat ride at 3pm. By the time all suitcases were on at was almost 330, then the ride took well over 30 minutes. I think I was put on the slower 45 minute boat as my ticket wasn't or a specific company.

We arrived, but at what cost? The walk to the office and from the office to the boat was long and a balancing act. Our booked boat didn't leave at the scheduled time. Instead, we were put on a very crowded boat belonging to another company one hour later. Ultimately, we arrived safely. That's what matters, I suppose.

Arjuna was not good.
It was dirty ship.
When we got there, our luggages were vet by sea water.
We had to walk few hundreds meters with 15kg luggages to get on the ship, on sandy roads.
But it was on time.

We arrived 20 minutes late and there was no information about the delay. But over all, it was a good experience. Especially the check in was a nice experience. We were able to leave our luggage at the ticket counter and pick it up at our destination port.

Sea was a bit rough. Check in was a breeze. Boat was a bit hot but the seats were good, although a bit sticky because they’re made out of a leathery material.
