We took first bus in the morning. At border everything great and fast. Very comfortable bus.
Rate 4* instead of 5 as it took us 1 hour more than expected, but I still recommend it!

Was very smooth overall. We didn't got to wait at all the border and things went smooth. Woudl just be nice a bit more of communication as at the borders quite often people were not sure what to do.

Excelente servicio, llegue muy temprano por entender mal y me acomodaron en un bus que salió más temprano.
El chófer muy amable me ayudó con la maleta que tocaba hacer revisión en la frontera de Malasia.
Las sillas son amplias y espacio cómodo para estirar las piernas, mejor que un avión.

The seats were very comfortable and the driver was pretty kind, even though we had to wait quite a while at the border because so many people wanted to immigrate to Malaysia. In the bus it says, they will only wait for 45 minutes, so I think the most intelligent way to cross the border is during the week, because less people are around and so you don‘t have to wait in queue for such a long time. (That‘s what I‘ve heard at least) This process is probably easier if you are from Malaysia, since then your passport can be looked at by a computer, which seamed to be faster.

The first bus got broken on the highway, just few minutes before Singapore customs. We had to wait about 30 minutes until a new bus came to take us. The second bus was newer and cleaner than the first one. Both customs check in Singapore and Malaysia took less then 10 minutes. Anyhow, Makhota Medical Centre was the last stop in Malacca and it took in total almost 6hrs (from Singapore).

The ride was smooth n safe journey. The driver was in control n timing was just right. Well done. The only sour point is the waiting area in s'pore , very humid n limited area for waiting. Regards.

Bus confortable, passage à l’immigration sans aucun problème en a peine 5min. Cependant on s’est Arrêté à la gare central de malacca avant la destination finale ce qui nous a fait un petit détour de 15min.

Reise war sehr angenehm. Busfahrer dürfte bei den Halten (am Zoll, Pausenhalt) Information durchgeben.
Sehr viele Einheimische schliessen leider die Vorhänge im Bus, was die Aussicht beeinträchtigt.

En ce qui concerne le confort du bus, il n'y a rien à redire ! Les bus sont beaucoup mieux aménagés qu'en France. Cependant, le chauffeur était désagréable et il conduisait avec ses écouteurs !!!

Fast, clean, calm. Really perfect trip. The real strange thing was just the bus stop in malaka sentral, front of the station on the main street with a busy traffic.

El viaje fue cómodo, salimos 10 minutos tarde y perdimos tiempo en la aduana (algún pasajero no encontraba el bus, No era muy difícil encontrar el bus) por lo demás, me pase casi todo el trayecto durmiendo y el conductor parecía simpático

Journey took six hours instead of the three and a half hours scheduled. Uncovered Velcro on seat scratched my arms and damaged my clothes.

Bus super confort, très agréable !!!
Pour le passage à la douane, il suffit de suivre le mouvement, on s'est laissé porté, c'était finalement très simple, le chauffeur nous attendait de l'autre côté, tout est bien rodé !

The trip took 6 hours from Singapore to Melaka. We spent 2 hours in Melaka alone. The driver stopped for gas and then we took a lot of time (partly due to traffic) to get to the hotels in the south of the city.

Very xomfy bus but xould have been xleaned iinside before journey. I would have loved an announcement before our stops and before immigration as did not understand the protoxol and was left just running after other passengers. Driver went out if way to drop me off at my requested stop. All in all a great bus ride!

The bus was clean and nicely presented. We were transferring to a different hotel so had all our luggage with us. The driver shouted at us and made us put our hand luggage in the luggage compartment despite our protestations that we had cameras and other delicate items in our bags. As we got off to put our bags in the requested place I heard him muttering “problems, problems, problems”!
He was grumpy and at times aggressive. One lady asked him how long from where we had stopped to Melaka and he shouted an answer to her in a voice so loud that she seemed stunned, and I felt sorry for her..
His driving was dangerous and he was aggressive to other drivers. He constantly tailgated other cars and if I had been one of the drivers he tailgated I would have been terrified.
I have given the stars only because of the comfort of the bus and the convenience of the trip.

Bus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit bequemen breiten Sitzen. Pünktliche Abfahrt, Fahrer wartete nach Grenzkontrolle auf all seine Passagiere. air-con gut eingestellt. Insgesamt empfehlenswert

Very easy trip with no problems. Our bus left on time at 12:30. No waiting times at the border and the immigration office. The bus was spacious and only half full. Temperature was perfect, I expected it to be much colder.
The driver was friendly and helped us with everything.

Bus was 40 minutes late on pickup and we called 3 numbers including the hotline for bus 707 and no one answered. Bus was clean and comfy though.

All was good, maybe too much AC on board, driver was nice and the person responsible with handling tickets allowed us to have an earlier departure hour without any problems! Thank you!!!... yet soo cold inside :)
