Lily TWe left an hour late but I expected it so that was alright. It was sad to see the guys making many trips carrying all of our bags in the hot sun from the waiting area to the boat. I think most people wouldn’t mind carrying their own bag.

Bruno GThe trip was fine. The only problem is that we ended paying twice the entrance fee of Gili T. We paid 10k when we left Nusa Penida and then when we arrived we had to pay another 10k for the entrance fee. It smells SCAM...

Tilde PThe boat ride was very smooth! No need to be scared, we read lots of bad rewievs before so we were dreading the trip bit there was no issue at all. The boats are a bit late and they leave aproximatly one hour after schedualed time, but other than that it was smooth sailing!

Kate CThe crew members were good at keeping us updated with expected arrival times. They were efficient in loading luggage and people onto the boat. There was a good safety briefing at the beginning which put me at ease when travelling. Although the boat did smell heavily of petrol and the aircon was subpar. The journey over was a bit rocky I did get sea sick!

Volodymyr BActual departure time is 10.40. The check-in is at one port, but the boat departs from another which doesn’t make sense - wasting a lot of time. The boat ride was comfortable.

Stephane MA well-organized company, especially when it comes to baggage transfers.
However, there was no air-conditioning on the boat during the crossing and there was a slight delay on departure and arrival.
