Lisa DDelayed by an hour with no notice... this didn't bother me as much as the replacement vehicle was below the standard I had booked. No electric sockets, no WiFi and 4 seats per row not 3. The replacement vehicle also made mechanical grinding noises like it needed repairing and it was crowded.

Caroline MWe bought the ticket online and at the station we got a physical ticket. With that one, we were able to enter the gate area. The bus left Melaka on time and was nice and comfy. We arrived 20 min early in KL, so we had a really good experience.

David MGood trip, left on time but arrived at destination 30 minutes late. Bus communication not the best. There was a stop along the way so I wasnt sure if it was my destination. Spoke with other passengers to know to remain on bus.
