The bus itself was very comfortable but I booked the 2pm which never showed up so was rebooked onto the 3:30pm which showed up at 4pm. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but do not seem to have received

It was an easy trip. Only thing to critise was maybe that they didnt respond on whatsapp, so we just turned up at the meeting point at the given time and everything went well.

AC too cold in the upper bed and bring your own blanket as the given one is full of hair and dirt, but overall a great experience.

We had to trust that we got on the right train. Luckily there was only 1 at that time and it started at Throng ly. Couldn't figure out which seat we should sit in.
