Great experience if you want to enjoy the land journey across Kazakhstan. The sleeper train is good for the night train while you have your own bed for your privacy. However, the cabin was a bit warm and uncomfortable during the day especially when the temperature outside gets warmer. The F&B was great and they accepted credit card too. Toilet is clean and they provide you with hot and cold water at the water dispenser.

I didn't take the 3rd class night train. I returned the ticket on the day,( you guys will get a refund. I will miss put). I took thr new train from Lhiva to Bukhara. New, cool and heads of space. Loved it.

When we boarded, two men had settled into our compartment, and had obviously spent the night before there. The attendant moved them out to their assigned compartment, and cleaned up for us and gave us new sheets (which weren't quite long enough to fit the bunk). The bunks were very hard, though, and the reading lights didn't work. We got woken up repeatedly - passport check, luggage inspection, etc., but also sometimes just by people opening the compartment door and even once in the middle of the night for the attendant to wash the floor! The toilet was disgusting too.

The train was quite comfortable and updated. Amenities worked well (toilet, sheets, plugs, lights) and there was plenty of storage space under the bottom bunk. The cooling system generally worked, but at some point, we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't keep cooling the room and was instead gradually getting warmer.

The train stopped two times. During the stopps their was no climatisation on the train and no information. And the first hours we travelled at daytime, but their wasn‘t seats. Every block in the train was beds. And we choose the train for seeing some part of the landscape, but we have the seats / beds 22 and 24 and these are on the top. So we see nothing. But the restaurant and the different meals was excellent

The train was really good, very modern and organised. There are toilets on board and they give you a sandwich and a hot drink. Perfectly on schedule.

The AC on the train is weak in the middle of summer heat in Uzbekistan. It didn't even start until like 30 minutes after the train moved. It stopped completely at every station because it only works when the wheels move. The cabins at stations turn to be like a sauna.
Also there is no Wi-FI which is a shame for first class tickets.
There is no proper service of any kind on the train (no food - no drinks - nothing).

I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased train tickets for a service that never operated. This was not due to a last-minute cancellation or an unexpected disruption; the train had been removed from the schedule well in advance, yet the website continued to sell tickets for it.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that multiple tourists were affected, and everyone I spoke to had booked through the same website. This indicates that the schedule information on the website was not being kept up to date, resulting in unnecessary stress and disrupted travel plans.
I hope the company improves its systems to ensure that outdated schedules are promptly removed and that future travellers do not experience the same inconvenience.

The time of the train was changed with no notification to an hour earlier than the time on the ticket. We were incredibly lucky to make the train at all. Others we met had exactly the same experience: really dreadful

I was in a part of a coach for 4 persons. I was there with 3 nice babouchkas. They wanted to share her meals. Nice

Easy and reliable to buy the tickets from 12Go.
It is very difficult to climb up to the upper bed of the train. There is not enough space for one to sit upright and could only lie down. Very hot inside the cabin.
