Mam jedną uwagę proszę prawidłowo zaznaczyć miejsce odbioru - według mapy mija się z prawdą o 200 metrów . Zaznaczony jest przystanek a bus odjeżdża z placu 200 metrów dalej a plac za budynkiem !!! O mało co byśmy nie pojechali czekając w wyznaczonym miejscu . To jest bardzo istotne proszę to poprawić dla przyszłych podróżnych !!! Z nami było kilka osób

1st time traveling with this bus company and to Singapore. Overall good experience, comfortable seats and was able to stop twice for the bathroom at gas station

When we started we had only reseaved a ticket for Melaka and not the retour ticket. The bus company advised to buy a new return ticket. After we have started our trip to Melaka we reseaved from 12go our return ticket. So we have now payed for 2 return tickets.
The day we went back to Singapore we stood at the agreed place by the hospital but at the last moment you informed us for an other pick up point. The bus pasted the hospital but didn't stopped.

Bus ended up being 3 hours behind schedule. Some of it was due to the holiday traffic, however after what should've been the first hour of the trip we we're already almost 2 hours late. We got no information underway and we also were suddenly told to change busses, even though there was no information written on the PDF or ticket about this. Bus itself was nice, but the fact that we were so late made the whole ride extremely stressful when trying to catch a flight. The driver also does not tell you what stop you are currently on so if youre getting off midway you have to make sure to know exactly where your stop is.

It was our first time riding this express bus and during crossing the borders of Malaysia and Singapore, no instruction was provided for what to do and where to get back to the bus. Even when I asked the driver, I got no answer for what we should do and where to go like we suppose to know. We were left alone after passing Singapore boarder. We struggled to navigate and almost missed our flight.

Just was 1.10 minutes late now update on the screen no information was given as the staff tell us that the coach drivers don't tell them so there job is not needed . We had a plane to catch we did make sure we had plenty of time but would of been nice to get information on the screens . There was al.pt of people worrying . But the good side is the coach are comfortable

The driver was rude, didn’t speak english, was yawning loudly all the time, turned the lights in the bus on and off several times, had his music very loud, once he stopped at a highway parking without saying anything and went for 15 min. to the back of the bus, doing what?

Quite a nice bus, recliner type chairs that had a massager built into them. The only problem was the head rest was a bit low for my height (5'-11"/180cm) so it was more of a bulge against my shoulders. My shorter wife found the seat to be excellent. Bus was right on time.

The transfer is highly recommended. The journey went smoothly, the driver was friendly, the seats were comfortable, and we arrived on time. Only the check-in at the kiosk didn't go quite as smoothly. I arrived early and didn't receive another ticket with the bus number.

The bus was 50 minutes late to start with and then the driver was really unprofessional. He spent the whole time on the phone and on facetime. He drove very slow, leaving big gaps for traffic to overtake us. He was travelling 40/50km under the speed limit when the road ahead was clear. When one passenger asked for an update as she was going to miss a flight he showed no sympathy and did not speed up, once she left he began laughing. A driver like that should not be able to operate a route to an airport terminal!

Ticketing Experience
Purchasing the ticket was smooth and pleasant—absolutely no issues. I’d give that part a solid 5 stars.
Bus Journey Issues
Unfortunately, the actual journey was far less impressive. The bus departed an hour and a half late, and the bus number didn’t match the one printed on my ticket. Throughout the ride, the driver was constantly on the phone. I couldn’t tell whether he was using a hands-free device or holding the phone directly.
Passenger Confusion
One troubling incident involved a lady who had a ticket to Larkin Bus Terminal in Johor Bahru. She was somehow directed onto our bus, which was headed to Melaka. When we arrived at Melaka Sentral around 9 PM, she was visibly confused and insisted her ticket was for Johor Bahru. The driver had no idea how to respond, and I still don’t know how she was supposed to reach JB from there.

Starting with the positives... the bus arrived on time at the Golden Tower and the bus was comfortable. End of positives. Border cross was relatively easy.
The support staff inside Golden Tower were unhelpful and reluctant to speak to people walking in to check in. The driver was arrogant and unhelpful often shouting at people on the coach if we had to get on or off during stops. The bus was barely air condition. The expected journey time was around 5-6 hours ended up being 9-10 hours with 1 stop 7 hours in. Wouldn't book with this company again.

There were no lights on in the bus. Even the personal lamps above the seats could not be used. Perhaps people would like to sleep after 10:30 p.m. However, most people are not ready to do so at 7:30. We ended up reading books by the light of our mobile phones.

They do no respect the time that you booked.
They make overbooking and put you in other bus although you are there on time and see your bus depart full. We waited 1 hour and a half for other bus.
It is not that cheap. It takes 7 hours or more, even if there is big traffic or road works you will be all day in the road.
Better go in plane more comfortably and avoid these cheap "old luxury" buses. We took 8 hours.
You cannot go to the bathroom or you cannot eat in the bus.
I suppose they pay for good reviews. Us and other tourists were not happy.
