O Kim Transfers Thailand

The driver was extremely punctual (about 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time) at the hotel. The vehicle (an air-conditioned van) was in excellent condition, both visually and mechanically. It was super comfortable and very spacious. The driver (Thata?) drove reliably. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Water bottles were also provided. Excellent service!

We had to change pick up time which we could change with the company, no problem. However, the driver who picked us up had no idea where we wanted to go also specified when booking. We had to show her on her mobile phone.

Everything was spot on. From the pick-up at Ranong Pier to Rawai. The driver was excellent, with a smooth driving style and occasional short breaks at PTT stations. The price is reasonable for this longer journey. On top of that, free water was provided for the journey.

Very good ride and the most helpful driver!
We had flight delay and the risk to miss our ferry (last ferry on that day). The driver waited for us despite the flight delay (30 minutes). Furthermore he helped us by calling the ferry company to take care that the ferry waits for us.
Thanks a lot for the Support!

Risky driving, knew everything better, talked much, on the phone, too. Didn't take the fastest way, journey took a long time. A little accident as well... The car was old. Positive; Arrived in time. Break as wanted, special location could be visited. I paid a lot more and would no longer book with Kim Transfers. The car was NOT better. It was not worth the money.

We were transferred to another vehicle to continue.

He was driving very fast and over the speed limit most of the time. Not happy with taking unnecessary risks in a foreign country. Scary driving at times.

The taxi was great in all parameters, we are very satisfied. We are dissatisfied with the treatment we received when taking the ferry, the person who met us at the port instead of directing us to the ferry kept us in that vendor's place, he made us waste our time, everything was confusing, we no longer knew if we had Have to pay again for the ferry or it passed.

Taxi was 20 minutes late and just arrived after calling the company. Very annoying especially because we just booked the pretty overpriced taxi (in comparison to other companies) in advance to be at the airport on time. The driver tried his best to bring us to the airport quickly but we still were 15minutes late, so keep that in mind when choosing a pickup time.

Pleasant experience! Driver came 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, received a call & notified of driver’s arrival. The driver didn’t speak much English but we didn’t have to converse much since everything is set. Definitely would use this service again for early morning flights!

Communication via whatsapp before trip with driver, pickup with name sign at airport and upon ferry arrival on island. Worry free travel and quick so we cpuld catch an earlier boat. Note that ferry ticket is not included.

The driver was ready to pick us up at the airport and went very fast to Donsak pier for us to catch our boat to Lao Samui. We arrived just in time 8mn before the vessel leave.Without him we would have lost a lot of time.
The second driver at Kao Samui to take us to our hotel was not nice at all but still we review Kim services at 5 stars because they did the job, thank you !
