I had the best Seat but also the worst. In the front and without any working safetybelt.
As almost Al-Saud you get no information on when the foodstop will happen (and the only chanse to get to a toilet- if you Are a women you can”t use the toilet on the bus because men has always pissed all over the small small toilet). And the stop on a long ride will always bee in the middle of the night. Of you Are lucky to get any sleep you can bet your wild horses that the stop will happen then. No one will alert you on the stop. No one will inform you that you provenynøytralitet should have a food ticket. And no one will tell you where to get the food. The buss was old, smelles stark of mould and the rest of the equippment on the Seat (the footstep, the safetybelt) didn’t work. Vip24 Are suppose to be the best busses. Not with this homosyn anyway.

Very disappointing experience.
The taxi arrived 40 minutes late, despite being pre-booked for a specific time in the morning. I contacted the company after 20 minutes of waiting. This caused unnecessary stress, as I had to catch a ferry.
What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterwards. The delay was denied, even though I provided screenshots as evidence.

The driver was on time a little early actually, the weather was bad but he got us there in one piece. Only real problem was that he dropped us off at the wrong hotel. The hotel called the one we should have been dropped and they come and picked us up.

Punctual and very friendly driver. Unfortunately, he couldn't speak English and wasn't familiar with Koh Lanta, but that wasn't a problem. He even made a short stop halfway through the journey.

Very clean car, driver on time. Can't complain! I booked last minute the night prior. I phoned up the company just to be sure in the morning. Kinda had the feeling that the booking didn't go trough but the in the end all is well!

Le chauffeur était attentif à notre confort, il a demandé si la température du véhicule était correcte pour nous, pour la musique aussi. Sa conduite était adapté à la circulation.
