We hat to come 1 hour before, that is still to much for check in. And then we hat to wait further time (again more than 1 h) because the ferry came to late. The ferry back was delated (why???) and the next one will leave 4 hours later!!! What shall we do in this time with all bagage? We lost many lifetime because of this. The men there are friendly and engaged. That was positive.

The boat left and arrived on time. It was comfortable. On Gili Meno you have to pay extra for a small boat because the big boat can't dock at the port. It's cold on the boat, the air conditioning is on very hard. A thicker sweater would be good. Overall, everything was fine.

Really friendly staff to welcome you at the office, a short walk to the pier at Padang Bai and the ferry left on time. The ferry is big and that makes the journey smooth, I didn't feel sick at all. Absolutely worth the extra money compared to the budget options if you are prone to seasickness. It's also great the luggage was stored inside so didn't get wet - this isn't true on every boat in the area.

Was reassuring for us to have been able to book in advance as we weren't sure what to expect when arriving at the port. The music was quite loud on the boat and it was full of people taking selfie. Probably worked out more expensive using 12go but it worked.

Ekajaya was great! Took the 8am ferry to Gili T from Serangan port, and all went well. Friendly customer service, well organized, mostly on time, and the ride was so comfortable that I fell asleep for an hour. After reading reviews from all the ferry providers in this area, I was pretty nervous, so opted for the biggest boat with morning departure. After this first ferry ride, I could see how the waters could develop big waves, depending on the weather. We had good weather but still glad I picked the big boat (it was the long one in the second picture). Just an fyi that large luggage is stored outside on top. Taking my big backpack inside was fine, especially since the boat was less than half full that day. The ferry also makes stops at Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and Sengigi, then went on to Gili Air (maybe more?), but we stayed on the same ferry (no boat switches).

The boat trip was great but the staff on the boat didn't have a very friendly vibe, i asked for a bottle of water and was never brought one, compared to the wahana virendra where we felt welcomed and looked after. However the staff on the transfer boat at gili air and the office staff were great and super friendly.

Everything went smooth, the check in is not directly at the harbour and you need to bring the baggage there yourself. The hall at the port was a little crowded and chaotic but afterall it worked. The ride was relatively smooth, given that the boat is rather large compared to others. Would book again

We left 10min late but still arrived 15min early. Due to the size of the boat there was less movement which was very pleasant, especially if you are prone to seasickness.
Friendly staff and a good air condition made the trip pretty perfect.
