Kierowca jechał jak szalony, rzucało nami po całym busie, po drodze jeździł i załatwiał jakieś sprawy i nie był to odbiór pasażerów). Wyzywał się z innym kierowcą podczas jazdy. Wspólnie z innymi pasażerami stwierdziliśmy, że pierwszy raz widzimy tak szalonego taja i to w tym negatywnym sensie. Co do pojazdu, to brudny, śmieci po poprzednich pasażerach i zgrzytająca skrzynia biegów.

Przewoźnik się spóźniał, taniej i szybiej byłoby wziąć taksówkę z lotniska do portu bez ich transferu, natomiast mieć transfer do hotelu na Ko Yao Yai, gdzie tubylcy bardzo naciągają przy transferze.

1. Godzinne opóźnienie taksówki
2 taksówka zamiast jechać bezpośrednio do punktu docelowego zawiozła nas na lotnisko
3 czekanie pół godziny na następną taksówkę
4 pozostała trasa przejechana w żółwiem tempem . Może dlatego ,że kierowca przeglądał internet w czasie jazdy ... Chowal telefon jak zobaczył , że jest filmowany.

We had a pick up from the hotel and were leaving with the van from a central point in Koh Sok. This point was just new, clean, comfortable and offered drinks like coffee. All seats in our van were full but still the trip was rather comfortable. The driver was driving correct and give us in the middle a coffeebreak. I can recommand this transfer.

The cab picked up passenger for different city too thereby took a long detour thereby journey got extended by additional two hours and didnt reach the destination at promised time. Also have to find the driver of our own at unknown place. There was no call from the driver if he has come or not nor was the meeting point mentioned on the voucher.

He was a good driver but he told me hes gonna drop me off first, wo i knew when we areive and told the air bnb person. Then out if nowhere, he passed where I would stay and made me sit in the van for another 35 minutes to drop people off that lived much further away. Just so he could save 2 minutes for himself- he said he lived where I stayed so it was on his way home… caused me problems because the person that should have let me in was gone by then. I was quite angry.

The ferry boat was excellent: well organized, comfortable seats.
But the taxi ride was not pleasant at all: well organized were cramped with 11 people in one van. I had to sit in the back, between the suitcases and I felt trapped. The driver was also speeding so I was afraid the whole time.

A point to point transfer was complicated by having to tell different drivers 5 times our destination. We had van swaps, 3 different drivers, forced waits at different points and no one who really even knew where we had paid to be transferred to. Ferry was great. Call me taxi was not.

Nowhere did it say we will stop in Khao Sok to drop people off and pick more people up. Adding an extra 2 hours to the trip. My Airbnb host was very upset that I was so late and almost did not let me in for the night. Also, I have back problems and the extra time sitting was VERY BAD!

The driver arrived late, only 5 minutes but there was no communication. However the main issue was driving through phuket checkpoint on the way to the pier the driver was pulled in, he threw a bag to the rear and said "sorry" landing under the seat in front of me, this was a private transfer for myself, husband and two children. The driver was searched and then the van was searched and they found the bag, I do not know what was in the bag but assume drugs of some description, he then had to drive to the nearest atm to get cash to pay the fine back at the checkpoint

Long waiting time at Sura thani port 1,5h.
After arriving at the port at 12:30pm all other passengers left with the buses. I was the only one who walked down the peer to the minivan pickup. Start of the Minivan was scheduled at 2pm. We actually started 20 min before time because i was the only one. We picked up another passenger at the other port.
Driver went really fast and tries to overtake whenever possible.
Event without any traffic we arreved at 4:30pm, 1h later then scheduled. So the scheduled time ist not realistic at all. I would not recommend this trip.

The driver arrived an hour late; there was no explanation or apology, he was very rude and didn’t even say hello. The driver was driving far too fast. And there was no further information about the schedule, ferry departure times and so on; they just handed us the ferry ticket. Up until now, all the transfers we’ve booked with you have gone smoothly, but this time we were unlucky.

Driver was on time, the vehicle was good but there were 2 seats next to driver and the middle one was not at all comfortable (no space for both feet and uncomfortable headrest). I travelled like like that for 3 hours where I paid same price as everyone

the 10 people shared van was a very practical choice for getting straight to the airport from Khao Lak to Phuket. Driver picked me up 10 mins before the agreed time but i was already waiting- the driver was kind and respectful- The van was almost full and there was space just for a small hand luggage. Comfortable seats and air conditioning in the van!

It would have been good to know in advance when the bus would stop and how many times. The driver was really friendly but it would be good if they could speak a little more English or at least give you a brochure so you know what's going on and who will be staying at each stop.
