Excellent and very efficient. We actually arrived an hour early and they put us on a boat immediately headed for the mainland. We were taken by covered motorbike to office close by. We had to wait for the driver because we were so early. Quick and fast car to our Pattaya hotel. Highly recommend!

It took longer to pick everyone up than the trip to the actual destination. We were almost an hour late. It's not a big deal, but you could mention it somewhere.

This was a great experience, much better than the outward trip. I arrived more than an hour early for my speedboat and waited only 5 minutes before I was taken to an earlier speedboat. From the pier in Rayong I was taken straight to the office and told I would have to wait 30 minutes but if there were no other passengers I would get a private car. Five minutes later I was taken to a private car and driven direct to my condo in Jomtien, driver was great, spoke good English, put my address in GPS and told me exactly how long it would take. She was alsohappy to stop for a toilet break, perfect service from door to door.

Info about Pick Up time was coming a bit late (0800 Info for 1130 Pickup) so WE we're a little worried. Van was there way ahead of time but offered to wait. Driver was superfriendly. Speedboat Service left noch wishes Open. Everything well organized and luggage was even carried for us. 10/10

The driver arrived late, I expected this as he had multiple pickups but checked on the morning to get a more accurate time and was told 1145, he arrived sometime after 1200. Then we went to Pattaya, he got lost! Finally picked up some more people there and left. Van was old and not in good condition, very bad gearbox, and he was a bad driver, at one stage he virtually stopped in the middle of the highway to make a call, presumably he wasn’t sure which exit to take, this is very dangerous. We finally arrived at the pier in Rayong after we were supposed to be in Ko Samet. He just waved us in the direction of the check in counter, very unprofessional. There we had a nearly 45 minute wait for our speedboat arriving well over an hour outside the advertised arrival time. As this is a service you do daily I would have thought your timings were accurate, sadly not. I hope the performance is better in the way back and this was just a one off.

good communication with the driver beforehand (ended up leaving earlier to avoid traffic, but I was asked and he waited for me), had the luck of being the only passenger and I vibed greatly with the nice driver - I could connect for olaying music, and we made a stop to smoke and go to the toilet. very nice experience (car seat was also quite big and it was well climatised and ventilated).

Very unfriendly service at the Khao Sok minivan office as well as by our driver from Khao Sok to Surat Thani. No explanations of where to go, not answering any questions. Driver stopped multiple times just to chat with locals, smoke a sigaret or pick up a friend. From Surat Thank the service was better, although we arrived at the ferry 2 hours early which just sucked. Missed a whole day by travelling. We also weren’t that we were stopping in Surat Thani. 2 stars because we did arrive at our location in one piece. We would recommend paying zxtra for better service, although the options are limited in Khao Sok.

The driver came even 20 min before the time. Everything was nice and non problematic. Straight from my hostel to the Phuket airport, also to the right terminal (driver asked if my flight is in the country or outside) :)

Driver was on time, duration of the trip was faster than expected.
The seats were very confortable.
The only suggestion is maybe to get a WhatsApp text the day before because I was wondering if the driver will really come. I usually receive the name plate and driver name for other cities.

It was a bit confusing...
First it said: Ban Phe Pier as pickup - I went there and asked around. Then I had to go/drive back to the bureau across Nuantip Pier.
Better tell exatly where to meet/pickup
Rest was fine - car, driver, dropoff...

Забрали прям из отеля по указанному адресу. Почти в то же время что и на билете.
От отеля до остановки доставили на автобусе, от остановки до пирса доставили на мотоцикле, на пирсе без очереди посадили на спидбот.
Очень комфортно и быстро.
We were picked up directly from our hotel at the address indicated. Almost at the same time as on our ticket.
We were taken from the hotel to the bus stop by bus, from the bus stop to the pier by motorcycle, and at the pier, we were transferred to a speedboat without waiting in line.
Very comfortable and fast.
