Wyświetlało czas przyjazdu o 14, wyszlo 1,5h dłużej. To jest dokładnie ta sama opcja co Phantipem tyle ze drożej. Z surat thani bus do krabi i tam przesiadka do minivana na Koh Lante. Ogólnie spoko ale lepiej brać bezpośrednio phantip - i taniej i nie oszukują na czasie dojazdu

Wszystko na czas. 3 postoje w trakcie przejazdu busem. Niestety jakość dróg pozostawia wiele do życzenia, płynność jazdy była niewielka, ale to już nie wina kierowcy. Prom płynie 1,5h, przemieszcza się wręcz nieodczuwalnie.

Beznadziejna firma Phantip. Słaba organizacja, wycwanili się . Nie pomagają w transporcie walizek, za każdy kilogram życzą sobie 100bath dopłaty. Autobus stary, dziewczyny które zbierają bilety nie ogarniają niczego. Zabrały mi bilety po czym przyszedł jakiś ich kierownik i kazał mi pokazać bilety, mówię im że mi zabrały, kazali mi zmienić busa i się przesiadać, nie zgodziłam się. Nie polecam tej firmy . the trip was very well organized, didnt have to wait long for transfers. only thing that was shitty was the busstop after like 10mins where they told us to buy something, the shop was very overprized and cooperates with the phantip travel organization to maximize the costs

Smooth process from start to finish. I was worried after reading the reviews but we picked our tickets up at the Samui Phantip office where they were very organised. Ferry was smooth and on time. Easy to locate the Krabi bus, it took a while to leave but nothing to complain about. Journey was fine, driver did not speed, and drove responsibly in heavy rain. We had backpacks and did not have to pay any extra to put them in the hold. The guy measured people's suitcases and large ones were charged 100 baht.

Asked support if check-in 30min before is ok and they said yes.
After arriving at ferry port the situation for all the travelers was a bit unclear if we need to go to the check-in counter or directly to the ferry and which ferry port
The ticket we got at first check-in was already direct for the ferry and the stuff on site helped us to find the right port

The transfer was ok and on time once I found the car. The pickup was very unclear and very badly communicated. They mark the pick up point as a statue in Ao Nang beach, then have you pick a hotel. My hostel was not listed, so I had to pick something else nearby. Then I contacted support who told me to wait at the nearest bus stop. What kind of direction is that in Thailand? No side of the street, no clear coordinates. Thank god someone from 12go called me 5 minutes before the departure, otherwise I'm not sure I would have found the driver.

The van left 1.5h late due to too few people booked (but that was a lie as it pulled into the terminal full of people just before we got it) it was obsiously just late from the previous trip.
Driver drove like he stole the van. Literally no one overtook us on they way, we were faster than everyone on the road.
Seat belts in the van are not 3point and will most likely kill you in a crash.

The bus part of the journey was on time and fine, the ferry was late and instead off arriving at the island 4:30pm it was almost 6pm. It was also a giant car ferry rust bucket. I'd pay more next time, this was the cheapest option

Why do I book online to then be issued a paper ticket that no one checks anyways. Waste of resources.
Quite tight seating, not possible to relax and many pick-ups/drop-offs of random items - like sitting in a fancier delivery truck.
Rest stop at the most awful place, which smelled like faeces.

Comfort on boat and in a bus was good. But what I don’t liked about it, was no information at all. You buy a ticket and you know only one thing - go to Phantip travel 1 hour before. No information about anything else. possibility to buy food on boat or while the road in bus. On the way in bus, first stop was at the gas station and the driver tells you no food. Then he stopped at the second stop, with no good food… I was really afraid to buy anything without end in hospital, sorry…

On time.
New well maintained minibuses.They are never as comfortable as a big bus but the air con worked & the seats were in good condition.
The drivers were helpful and drove well.
There is a half hour break and vehicle change at Krabi bus station where you can buy food and drinks.
Pay 100 baht extra for a hotel drop off.

The ferry was good. No complaints there. Chairs were comfortable and it didn’t feel crowded.
The bus:
The chairs were comfortable. The power outlets didn’t work. Bus felt like it was on the older side which is fine but there did seem to be a lot of exhaust fumes in the interior. My eyes burned and I had a headache for the second half of the trip.
The nice thing was that the driver stopped at 2 locations along the way to get out and stretch, use the washrooms, and grab a bite to eat at the local establishment.

Super easy, someone was waiting for us at the exit of the trainstation. While waiting for the van we had the possibility to eat and drink something and go to the toilet. Drop off right in front of the ferry terminal and at arrival on the pier in Koh Samui again a van waiting for us. It was a nice and worry-free experience.

The trip was great and on time. I enjoyed it.However it was very difficult to find the Phantip office and then to get from there to the ferry. If the taxi driver did not wait for me I would not have been able to get to the pier with my luggage. It is difficult for a 72 year old. Thete should be an office at the pier or else transport to the pier

Big clean ferry with air-conditioning and easy access for suitcases. Bus arrived right on time and took us to the airport with no issues at all.
