i booked one hour before the pickup, was immediately contacted in whatsapp to confirm the pickup in 40min, they even called the hotel to confirm i am aware of the pickup soon, very responsive, very clear, pickup was on time, air conditioned. only annoying thing is they bring you to the pier 40min ahead of departure so need to wait a long time

We left the Nopparat Thara pier at least 20min late, so we arrived 30min late at Tonsai Pier. The seats were very old and look like they never get cleaned… Otherwise, the ride went well !

I booked only an hour before and therefore wasn’t collected (totally understandable). They sorted everything no problem and put me on the ferry that same day and refunded the difference. For this I have to give a good review.

The staff were very helpful. I was using a cane and they made sure I was safe with every step. I especially appreciate the help getting my luggage off the boat and onto the pier.
