- Reizen met de bus is gemakkelijk, want u hoeft niet lang van tevoren in de busterminal te zijn, en het inchecken is meestal een zeer snelle formaliteit in tegenstelling tot reizen met het vliegtuig.
- Buskaartjes zijn zeer betaalbaar. Ja, er zijn dure eerste klas of VIP-opties, maar als u slechts een beperkt budget hebt, is de bus uw beste keuze.
- Tegelijkertijd zijn er verschillende klassen van dienstverlening voor elk budget. Als u op zoek bent naar een hoger niveau van comfort, dan hebt u hiervoor de keuze.
De nadelen van reizen met de bus
- Bepaalde busterminals kunnen zich buiten het stadscentrum in de buitenwijken bevinden. Dat betekent dat u rekening moet houden met extra tijd en geld om naar deze busterminals te reizen. Op bepaalde bestemmingen kan u dit meer geld kosten dan u zou verwachten, omdat slechts een beperkt aantal vervoersmaatschappijen de route mag bedienen en de prijzen kunnen zijn opgedreven.
- Tijdens drukke weekenden of in het hoogseizoen kunnen bussen die sommige toeristische bestemmingen verzorgen, volgeboekt zijn en moet u van tevoren reserveren.

La experiencia, un poco decepcionado, te venden los asientos como salen en la foto..unos asientos vip, imclonables , enormes, etc y después no te deja reservar ninguno..te asignan automáticamente , la plaza 1 y 2 , q son las q no quiere nadie ( son los asientos de alante al lado del conductor, no tienen nada que ver con los de la foto , son asientos normales ,en la plaza 1 no te entran ni las piernas jajaja) y el precio es el mismo , quitando eso , fueron puntuales , y nos acercaron al puerto.

Voyage chaotique mais c'est normal au Vietnam vu les conditions de circulation, les couchettes ne sont pas dimensionnées pour des personnes de 1m80, le personnel était agréable

It was great. Bus left a little earlier as we were already complete before departure time. We got bottled water and seats were comfortable. Even better, we needed to get to the Pier to catch the Ferry and upon arrival in Rach Soi they had a transfer van waiting to take people where they needed to go, thus brought us to the Pier :)

Probably a fine operator, but when we booked only seat 1 and 2 seems to be available. At least during booking, it was not clear to us that this was the bench next to the driver in front of the van. Pretty cramped, relatively little legroom. Not comfortable and not at all the luxury seats from the pictures. We paid the same amount as the other passengers.
Again, probably the transportation is fine but be aware of seat 1 and 2.

Smooth ride, dropped us of at our hotel for free (another 30 minutes from the bus stop on the other side of town). If you book the (cheap) front seat nr 1 and 2 you have to sit in the front next to the driver, not in the luxury jacuzzi like chairs.

Véhicule confortable mais dommage d’être devant (pas assez d’espace pour les jambes) alors qu’il y avait de la place à l’arrière.
Conducteur sympathique mais parfois dangereux alors que les ceintures de sécurité ne sont pas accessibles ou disponibles.
Un employé a essayé de nous vendre les places derrière pour un surcoût de 10$ supérieur au prix initial des places (7$).

Hele tijd aan het niezen, vies aan het hoesten. We moesten voor in op twee stoelen zitten. Terwijl de hele bus mooie fijne stoelen had. Dit moet aangegeven worden vanuit 12 go asia dat dit andere stoelen zijn.

Be careful with this provider. They seem to only sell the ‘cheaper’ front van seats on 12.go - this front seat did not have a seatbelt! When asked if we could sit in back (due to no seatbelt and van nearly empty) they said we had to pay more - we were unsure if this was true or not or was a scam (as when booking through 12go nothing was mentioned of this - it was just the only seats showing as available). Driver spent more time looking at phone than focusing on road so it was a terrifying experience. Staff didn’t speak English - which is absolutely no problems but also seemed dismissive and rude rather than friendly and helpful which we have found everywhere else in Vietnam so far! Only giving two stars due to dropping off at hotel in Can Tho which was a really nice touch - but the only good thing. We chose to get a different bus back and wouldn’t recommend to any tourists.

Der Fahrer ist wie wild gefahren und hat alles und jeden angehupt. Wir haben unnötiger Weise einen Stopp gemachr nur damit der Fahrer dort Mittagessen kann bei einer 3 Stunden Fahrt.

Everything was straight forward and easy getting from Ho Chi Minh to Can Tho, the bus was clean and the driver friendly.
The only downside would be that the driver didn’t tell us that there was a free shuttle that would drop us near our hotel included in the price and it was very confusing at the Can Tho bus station.

The bus left 45 minutes before!
We manage to catch the next one but had to run from one point to another in the city, 30 minutes away from the first meeting point.
This was completly unprofessionnal from the bus compagny.
The communication was also difficult.
We will not recommande the compagny.

Good staff, English speaking. Fast and efficient service right into the middle of Saigon, which was much easier than other companies that terminate in Mien Thay.

One of the headrests of the seats was nearly falling off and you needed to constantly adjust it to keep it in place. Not much leg room when someones seat in front was fully reclined. The stop to eat/get snacks was great, the van was clean and the trip was very smooth otherwise.

Bus arrived one hour later and i was told the bus driver droppes me off close to my final destination. He did not. It was miles away. I had to take a taxi.

Vehicle was great and was well driven. Arrived early. The only issue I had was that we would like to have selected seats but the option did not present itself during the online booking, so we found ourselves in the back row seats which was not our preference.
