Het is normaal gesproken niet mogelijk om een ticketklasse te kiezen als je met een busje reist. Toch kun je bij de vervoerder navragen welk type busje op jouw route rijdt. Sommige busjes bieden plaats aan slechts 9 tot 10 passagiers, andere aan maximaal 15 passagiers. In het eerste geval heb je meer beenruimte, bredere stoelen en een comfortabelere rit. De voordelen van reizen per busje
- Busjes komen vaak op bestemmingen waar geen bus of trein komt. Dit omvat secundaire steden en kleinere dorpen.
- In de meeste gevallen zijn busjes de snelste manier om relatief korte afstanden over land af te leggen, simpelweg omdat ze kleiner zijn dan bussen.
- Met busjes kun je uitstappen op een gunstiger punt onderweg en niet noodzakelijkerwijs bij de terminal. Dat kan je in sommige gevallen veel tijd en geld besparen.
Nadelen van reizen per busje
- Sommige busjes kunnen behoorlijk krap zijn en bieden weinig ruimte voor bagage. Eigenlijk geldt dat voor bijna alle busjes. Als je meer dan één tas, koffer of rugzak hebt, kan het een goed idee zijn om een extra zitplaats voor je bagage te kopen. Helaas betaal je dan wel dubbel voor je reis.
- Het is de moeite waard om te controleren of je busje volgens een vaste dienstregeling rijdt of pas vertrekt wanneer het vol is. In dat laatste geval kun je soms lang moeten wachten, omdat het op bepaalde routes behoorlijk wat tijd kan kosten voordat alle plaatsen bezet zijn.
- Je moet weten dat chauffeurs berucht zijn om hun snelle rijstijl. Zelfs de meest gerenommeerde bedrijven slagen er soms niet in ervoor te zorgen dat chauffeurs zich aan de snelheidslimieten houden. Ook als de chauffeur er niet op aandringt, moet je altijd je veiligheidsgordel dragen.
- Als je gemakkelijk wagenziek wordt en je reis kronkelige wegen bevat, is de kans groter dat je last krijgt van wagenziekte in een busje dan in een gewone bus. Neem voor de zekerheid ongeveer een half uur voor vertrek een middel tegen wagenziekte in.

Not the best way to travel by bus you get dropped off at a bus stop which I had to ask 3 people for directions to the next bus station and then I looked for company logo booth but no where to be seen so went to hua hin booth and showed booking so not much information had to figure it out lucky for me the lady at the booth put me on an earlier bus so I was grateful for that but other than that I recommend a coach to travel 🙂

Driver picked up 2 persons along the way, eventhough there were no available seats. Had paid full price for a seat for my luggage, but driver made me put the luggage in the aile, so the two persons could sit there. Not really, what i paid for.
A/C bearly worked.
Driver talked a lot on the phone while driving.

All Mochit stops were sold out so I booked for Ekamai. When I got to the station, I explained that I wanted to get to Mochit. They said okay. Then some passengers and I talked to the driver and asked if he could take us to the Mochit BTS. He agreed. Everyone was helpful. When I booked this ticket, I didn't understand that I had to buy another ticket for my luggage until I read the instructions again. However, the system wouldn't let me buy another ticket with my name again and then I read the instructions again and understood. When you buy another ticket (for your luggage), you have to put in "Luggage seat" in the field where the passenger name goes -- first name Luggage, last name Seat.

Organised chaos. Thought theE Ticket I had the on my phone was enough to get access on what I thought was the bus to Pattaya. How wrong I was. I was sent from pillar to a post trying to find the correct kiosk and bus to board. Meanwhile the clock was ticking away nearly missed the bus and at one point my suitcase was loaded to go on the wrong bus. 🙃

Pros- Everything was on time, when we got to the first van terminal they just had constant vans going out ( I recommend getting there 90 minutes before)
Cons- in the images it said we would be getting a nice looking comfortable coach to Bankok but it was litterally a cramped minibus, aircon worked slightly but halfway through we were sweating, I’m sure this isn’t in all of the transport vans but definitely was In ours
Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone who has time to spare whilst getting from place to place or wants to save a few pounds

Van was supposed to leave at 3.30pm. Instructions were to reach at 3pm at the station. So we reached at 3pm. Van only left at 4plus. Our estimated time on arrival to ekkamai was 6.30pm. We reached at 7.45pm. Driver had zero sense of urgency, making several stops to chat with his buddies on the roadside where there were no one getting off. When for a gas pump, several chatting stops, some dropoffs and only reach Ekkamai more than an hour late. Lucky for us, we weren't rushing for a plane or that plane would have left a long time ago.

12go cancelled and informed me in advance which is fine. They transferred me to another service provider. However, that service provider(van) got too many passengers already.
The driver was not happy with my big luggage and 12go did not give him the money(my ticket fee) in advance. The driver did not do any bad to me, but it would be good to adjust me with more satisfying service provider or have a better coordination in advance so that it will not affect to my experience.

The operators were friend and helpful, despite the fact that I don't speak Thai. I went extra early expecting to have to ask where I found go to get my tickets printed, but they didn't even challenge it and just put me on the trip an hour earlier than I booked, so I got to my destination early. Awesome!

I'm not sure if it was the bus company's fault or the station but we went from one bus stop, to somwhere else over the road, back to another bus stop. Left half an hour late but traffic ok so didn't arrive too late. Bus driver didn't speak English and couldn't seem to read a map so I'm not sure if I got off at the closest stop or not. Journey itself was ok.

Trajet de 3h, pas très confortable mais au prix c’est compréhensible !
Il faut être assez débrouillard arrivé à la station de mochit car il n’y a pas beaucoup d’informations. C’est un peu chacun pour soit Dieu pour tous. C’est un peu le Chaos mais quand on comprend le système ça roule ! Bonne chance

Could've got a cheaper and much better, more comfortable service elsewhere.
We were told to board the mini bus far too early, then ended up driving around Pattaya for 45 minutes or so picking people up ????.
There was no dedicated space in the back for luggage.
Uncomfortable ride with no proper AC on a warm day, only a noisy overhead fan.
The Pullman bus that brought us to Pattaya from the main bus station in Bangkok was cheaper, properly air conditioned, much more comfortable and didn't have an issue with luggage what so ever.
Personally, I wouldn't use the minibus service again.

The trip is suppose to be from Pattaya t tour Station to ekkamai but the minivan stopped at mochit, I thought ekkamai will be the next but the minivan final stop is a minivan station 30 mins walk away from mochit BTS. I think the minivan don't have a fix stop so the details should add
that the traverer need to tell the driver clearly about where to stop in bangkok
