De prijs van je busreis hangt af van zowel de bestemming als de klasse van je ticket. We willen je erop wijzen dat niet alle ticketklassen beschikbaar zijn op bepaalde routes, maar voor langere reizen is er bijna altijd een goede keuze beschikbaar. Kies voor een slaapbus voor de meest comfortabele reis met overnachting. Slaapbussen zijn meestal uitgerust met ligplaatsen of zachte stoelen met verstelbare rugleuning, hebben een toilet aan boord en je ticket kan ook andere extra's bevatten zoals snacks of zelfs een lunch of avondmaaltijd. Een nachtbus nemen is ook een goed idee als je wilt besparen op je hotelkamer. Overdag is een expresbus vaak het voordeligst, omdat deze minder vaak stopt dan een gewone of standaardklasse bus. Dit betekent dat je sneller op je bestemming aankomt. Op sommige routes kan het van cruciaal belang zijn om de juiste klasse te kiezen, want een gewone of tweede klas bus kan bijvoorbeeld 6 uur nodig hebben om de afstand af te leggen, daar waar een eerste klas of expresbus in twee uur je bestemming bereikt!

De voordelen van reizen met de bus
- Bussen hebben meestal het breedste netwerk van bestemmingen. Ze reizen naar plaatsen waar je met het vliegtuig of zelfs met de trein niet kunt komen.
- Reizen met de bus is gemakkelijk, want je hoeft niet lang van tevoren in de busterminal te zijn, en het inchecken is meestal een zeer snelle formaliteit in tegenstelling tot reizen met het vliegtuig.
- Buskaartjes zijn zeer betaalbaar. Ja, er zijn dure eerste klas of VIP-opties, maar als je slechts een beperkt budget hebt, is de bus je beste keuze.
- Tegelijkertijd zijn er verschillende klassen van dienstverlening voor elk budget. Als je op zoek bent naar een hoger niveau van comfort, dan heb je hiervoor de keuze.
De nadelen van reizen met de bus
- Bepaalde busterminals kunnen zich buiten het stadscentrum in de buitenwijken bevinden. Dat betekent dat je rekening moet houden met extra tijd en geld om naar deze busterminals te reizen. Op bepaalde bestemmingen kan je dit meer geld kosten dan je zou verwachten, omdat slechts een beperkt aantal vervoersmaatschappijen de route mag bedienen en de prijzen kunnen zijn opgedreven.
- Tijdens drukke weekenden of in het hoogseizoen kunnen bussen die sommige toeristische bestemmingen verzorgen, volgeboekt zijn en moet je van tevoren reserveren.
- Hoewel bussen niet zo afhankelijk zijn van het weer als veerboten, kunnen busreizen ook worden vertraagd of geannuleerd als gevolg van slecht weer of wegomstandigheden. Houd hier rekening mee als je tijdens bepaalde seizoenen of naar bepaalde bestemmingen reist.

En general bien. Aceptable. Compré dos tickets y lamentablemente, la parte de los pies del asiento de mi pareja estaba roto, por lo que el trayecto se hizo más incómodo por eso. También a la hora de compra nos indicaba que nos incluía una comida además del snack y eso no pasó. Pero en general fue okay.

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

Le voyage s’est bien passé, tout est bien organisé, on est arrivé 1h plus tôt.
Pour la partie bus de nuit, c’était top! On a prit l’option VIP-First class, on a eu une bouteille d’eau offerte, un jus, un paquet de gâteaux, une couverture, un coussin, beaucoup d’espace dans le bus, toilettes dans le bus, siège qui s’incline, petit repose pieds, climatisation, prise USB/tipsé…
Vraiment top! On est parti à 19h avec le bus de nuit, pause à minuit pour manger, gardez votre ticket de bus car vous pourrez vous le faire echanger contre un bon pour un repas gratuit.
Seul petit reproche, on ne nous dit rien, on a prit 1 bateau, puis une sorte de bus, puis un mini van, puis un autre mini van, puis le gros bus de nuit. On ne nous indique pas bien toutes les étapes du trajet, les temps de pause, les destinations, les changements de vehicules, les temps de trajets etc. Mais sinon c’était vraiment bien!

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Attention au formulaire de commande ! On vous met d'office une assurance dans le panier. Pour 4 billets, facturation de 580 baths...cette assurance est inutile et c'est de la vente forcée. Sinon, question compagnie Krungsiam tour, Le bus était à l'heure. Nous sommes tombés en panne à 3h du matin. 20 min après nous avons été récupérés par un autre bus. Le deuxième bus était moins confortable.

Von ausswn fix, innen nix. Der Bus war im mässigem Zustand, die Technik hat nicht funktioniert, weder der beworbene TV noch die Massagefunktion. Zu essen gab es auch nicht richtig, nur ein paar trockene Kekse. Es hat von der Decke getropft, die Tenperatur war arktisch. Die Reisebegleitung hat kein Englisch verstanden und hatte keine Ahnung an welcher Haltestelle wir sind….

Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

The bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.

The Bus drive was okay, AC not too cold, driving felt a bit adventurous at times but might be due to the height of the vehicle (we sat upstairs). Communication was absolute shit. We were thrown out the bus at one point "Koh samui, Ko phangan go now, go now, go now" without knowing what to wait for. After an hour or so a second bus turned up, we needed to get a sticker for the final destination (check what your ticket says, ours was wrong). Taxi lady wasn't too bossy, we just said we already had a transfer and she let us be. Second bus threw us out at the ferry, again no communication where to go but local workers helped out.
Overall it was okay. Not horrible, not great. Snacks were good though 😉

Bus cómodo , nos dieron jugo , agua y galletas con piña . Nos pareció muy puntual . Les recomiendo que lleven chaqueta porque hace mucho frío y ellos dan una cobija pequeña . Las sillas son reclinables y puedes acostarlas hasta 30 grados . Viajaras con muchos backpackers olorosos pero por el precio es el mejor transporte posible . 5 estrellas

bus was comfy, air con was a good level until the end of the trip when it got a bit cold. You get given water, biscuits, some juice and a blanket. you stop around midnight with the opportunity to get food as well as to go the toilet, they however weren’t that much better than the onboard toilet.

The bus was super comfortable. The seats reclined to sleep and had lots of space. They also give you pillow and blankets and snacks and water. Your ticket also includes a meal to a comedor where you stop on the road. They dropped us of in Surat Thani where you wait for another bus for 2hrs to get to the entrance of Khao Sok Village. From there you Walk or get another shuttle to the place you stay.

Seats are very comfortable and allows to sleep almost on horizontal position.
We had 1 stop for a dinner at 12am. It was a good break with a lot of variety of food.
A bit lacking information on transfers. Besides that, all good.

Penser à prendre un pique nique, pas grand chose sur le bateau et pas le temps avec les différents transferts jusqu’à Suratthani
L’itinéraire n’était pas indiqué, ci-dessous celui qu’on a eu :
- 11h départ du ferry Raja
- 14h15 Arrivée au port de Donsak
- transfert dans un grand Tuk Tuk vers RAJA Terminal, où un autre bus (pas super) attend pour Suratthani, sanitaires du terminal très propres
- 14h30 : Départ de RAJA Terminal vers Suratthani, environ 1h de bus
- 15h45 : arrivée devant l’agence Phangan Tour, on attend jusqu’à 17h
- 17h : Mini bus pour la gare routière de Suratthani, environ 30 min
- 19h15 : départ du bus pour Bangkok, 1 arrêt avec repas gratuit
Seul le dernier bus est de la compagnie affiché sur 12goAsia, très confortable

Very bad! Got a ticket from Koh Phangan to Bangkok center, with a boat and a bus. So we got off the boat after 3h, they put us in some sort of tiny tourist train, then a mini van without telling us how long the ride is going to be. Then we get to a “travel agency” after an hour in the mini bus and there some people get off but not us. After an other 15 min drive (and a small accident on the road, our driver hit a parked cars mirror) we get dropped off at a cafe and the driver just told us “wait here” and left with the van. I tried calling the number on our tickets but they weren’t helpful at all… So after that checked Google maps to find out we were a block away from the bus station in Suratthani . Went there and we got the news that the bus to Bangkok was at 7pm (it was 2:45pm). The bus was fine, not too comfortable but ok. Managed to sleep an hour or two, we stopped at midnight to eat at a big food mall where we had a free main meal, we got chicken on rice.

Facile, pratique, efficace. Tout a fonctionné sans problème, avec juste la confirmation sur le téléphone portable. Au départ de Samui, a l’arrivée à Donsak et pendant le transfert a Surat Thani. Aucun tracas, des correspondants étaient là pour nous accueillir. Contrairement aux critiques lues et à plusieurs expériences similaires en Thaïlande, la Clim n’a pas été poussée à fond dans le bus rendant le voyage supportable. Le wifi n’était pas top mais il était là !
Départ à l’heure arrivée une demi-heure plus tôt que prévu.
Arrivée à Bangkok tôt le matin, un peu avant l’heure de début des transports en commun et avant les embouteillages. Bref un bon moyen de rationaliser son temps et son argent!

Bus was comfortable to sit on, seats reclined well. However, legs especially knees & feet end up hurting and aching because of how you’re laid/ sat - making it very difficult to get in a comfortable sleeping position.
Would recommend overall, it was surprisingly quick for a 12hr journey, there weren’t any issues & can’t argue with price either. USB ports on bus do eventually work once you’d been travelling for a bit too.

Очень доброжелательный персонал. От офиса довезли сами на чьей-то машине, когда мозги уже были в кучку и вообще непонятно куда и что с вещами. Я бы сделала более детальную информацию о том где находится офис, потому что заказывая такси трудно выбрать точку высадки. По факту офис не там где на картах Гугл, а в самом здании вокзала на каком-то из этажей. Не знаю на каком, потому что меня везде сопровождали вплоть до платформы где стоял мой автобус + за моим билетом сходили. Салон автобуса невероятно комфортный, особенно для ночной дороги, кресла отличные(можно лежать). Дали в дорогу снэки и воду. Маршрут получается такой до Самуи: Автобус-еще один автобус-паром-минибас до отеля если соглашаетесь на их предложение и стоимость. До центра Чавенга 300 бат, это хорошая цена. Такси берет больше, а на сонгтео вы будете молиться всю дорогу не сдохнуть. Была задержка на паром, отправились не в 8, а в 9. Но на вокзале есть кафе и можно перекусить пока ждёшь, также есть розетки. Паром очень комфортный. Также есть кафе и зарядки. У выхода уже ждал человек на минибасе.

Bus run down, nothing is working. Not entertainment, not massage seats. Only thing working was ac on too cold! Long trousers and a jacket plus a blanket and you still freeze.
Change bus 05:00 only to get "extra money" from people not booking throu 12go. Change took 1,5h. Second bus very run down with holes in seats and a hole in the floor! Also some strange thing when you leave your ticket at one place and got handed another ticket at another place. Just dropped at the pier no check if you knew where to go. Had to ask around for it.
You got there but could be organised much better.

The first trip was very nice. We got some water and snacks. We knew that we have to change the vehicle, but didn’t know at what time. In our case ist was at 5 am in the Morning and we had to wait until 7:30 am for the next bus.
All in all it was a good ride for the price but maybe the people need more information in advance.

It was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.

Как способ добраться от точки в точку это терпимо. Но не смотрите на красивые названия ВИП и тд. Это просто старенький автобус в котором всегда дует со всех щелей кондиционер и холодно настолько что все прячутся с головой под плед (и местные и тайцы). Это моя вторая поездка. В первой мы сидели во втором ряду и кроме холода дискомфорта не ощущалось. Но в этот раз мы были на последнем ряду и это уже не так радужно. Спинки сиденьев на последнем ряду не раскладываются полностью, а когда шел дождь на меня лилась вода с потолка со всех щелей. Я бы посоветовал брать скотч заранее и заклеивать кондиционер если не хотите ангину. И на пересадках не ждите что вам кто-то поможет, будете бегать сами и искать куда вам дальше (хотя в моей первой поездке был ответственный который старался помочь на пересадках получить билеты и указывал направление). Подитожу. Как средство добраться из точки А в точку Б это нормально. Мы не спешили, но автобус опоздал на час до Бангкока. Как какой-то комфортабельный автобус думаю что нет.

We traveled from Bangkok to Samui.
The bus is awesome. The seats are crazy good, there’s even massage built in then.
It’s maybe too cold inside, yes, but if you read the reviews and get some warmer clothes on, it’s fine. They also provide a blanket and a cushion.
There’s also some nice complimentary stuff: crackers, a soft drink, water. And a stop at night market with a free buffet.
We were late due to heavy rain and Bangkok Friday traffic, we called the company and they agreed to wait for us for 10 minutes.
All the staff from the bus terminal to the transfer to the ferry is very helpful and polite.

El servicio en general está bastante bien. El micro es bastante cómodo. El chico nos explicó todo a la perfección. Se hace un poco largo el trayecto porque después del micro vas a una combi, a otro micro y recién ahí al ferry. Pero en cuanto a servicio y atención está más que bien
