- Busjes komen vaak op bestemmingen waar geen bus of trein komt. Dit omvat secundaire steden en kleinere dorpen.

Nadelen van reizen per busje
- Sommige busjes kunnen behoorlijk krap zijn en bieden weinig ruimte voor bagage. Eigenlijk geldt dat voor bijna alle busjes. Als je meer dan één tas, koffer of rugzak hebt, kan het een goed idee zijn om een extra zitplaats voor je bagage te kopen. Helaas betaal je dan wel dubbel voor je reis.
- Het is de moeite waard om te controleren of je busje volgens een vaste dienstregeling rijdt of pas vertrekt wanneer het vol is. In dat laatste geval kun je soms lang moeten wachten, omdat het op bepaalde routes behoorlijk wat tijd kan kosten voordat alle plaatsen bezet zijn.
- Je moet weten dat chauffeurs berucht zijn om hun snelle rijstijl. Zelfs de meest gerenommeerde bedrijven slagen er soms niet in ervoor te zorgen dat chauffeurs zich aan de snelheidslimieten houden. Ook als de chauffeur er niet op aandringt, moet je altijd je veiligheidsgordel dragen.
- Als je gemakkelijk wagenziek wordt en je reis kronkelige wegen bevat, is de kans groter dat je last krijgt van wagenziekte in een busje dan in een gewone bus. Neem voor de zekerheid ongeveer een half uur voor vertrek een middel tegen wagenziekte in.

Our trip was meant to take 2hours 15 min to reach Kep. Our bus was nearly two hours late. Once we were on our way we quickly came across an extremely rough road. I’m
Talking huge pot holes that meant we could only travel 10km an hour…. This went on for no less than 3 hours!! We finally arrived at Kep after a 5.5 hour very rough journey plus the 2 hours we had to wait.
If we had been told about the road and how long it would take we would have expected it . We have to travel back on that road in two days to catch a flight so will allow at least 6 hours to get there. The road apparently is not going to be fixed for at least another year

It was a very well organised service run by 2 main people who made it clear where we needed to be and when. They ensured you got the right bus and went to the right location.
The bus was very uncomfortable, my back pack couldn’t even fit in front of my seat - there wasn’t enough room, let alone my legs fitting. We arrived over a hour late.

Didn’t even leave Kampot until 1hr after departure time. Ended up going on a 40min detour to arrive back at the office (where we departed) to pick more people up! Eventually arrived in Kampot at 3pm instead of 1:30pm. Driver also stopped several times to get himself food or pick others up. Wouldn’t go with this company if you’ve got plans in Kampot for later that day.

The location on the ticket was not right. I got this feeling and read a review about it so asked the company to pick me up at my hotel. They did, so that was very nice! The trip was a little bit bouncy and hot but okay.

Der Treffpunkt aus der Buchungsbestätigung war nicht richtig. Wir sind erst über eine Stunde später losgefahren und der Fahrer hat während der Fahrt permanent mit seinem Handy gespielt und lautstark telefoniert.

Was not told about the multiple transfers. Boat from koh rong to sihanoukville was good. Everyone kind. Bus from sihanoukville to kampot good. But was unaware of a transfer. Got on another bus from there and then after a stop, was dropped at border to Vietnam. Everything good there. Except for the seatbelts being broken. Waited on Vietnam side for a while. Cafe i was told to wait in was hell and everyone that worked there was an absolute disgrace. Nothing to do with the company, but id avoid. Another van brought me from border to bus station. And then had to get on a Sleeper. Which is where majority of my rating comes in. There is no other way to describe the driver of the Sleeper bus other than an ignorant asshole. Slamming on breaks. Constantly honking. Then screamed at me when I asked for toilet. Zero communication skills. Maybe let your drivers know that screaming doesnt = understanding. Disgusting behavior. Was also 2hrs late.

Bad cars (no van, 12 and 15 seater without a/c), too many stop overs and finally no information in your travel description about the permanent awful situation of the road from Kampot to sihanoukville. Never ever again.

We left early (about 15 minutes earlier, because all the pasengers were there) but arrived 30 minutes Late. There was no AC in the car, so it was way too hot during the journey. The 20 minutes Break was unneccessary

I arrived with a 2-hour delay.
• In Kampot, the departure was delayed by 40 minutes.
• After crossing the border, we waited 30 minutes at the meeting point for our driver. We were not informed of his location or what he was waiting for.
Overall, the communication between the different transport segments was very poor.
• The driver who kept us waiting after the border crossing had major communication issues. While his English level was acceptable, his tone and instructions were unclear, coercive, and confusing. He refused to answer questions or provide explanations.

I would not recommend this company if you want to go the Kep. I asked twice, to two different people, if this was the bus to Kep and they said yes. It was suppose to stop at Kep on the way to the Vietnam boarder but this did not happen. I asked in the van when they dropped off a colleague if I should get off for Kep as we weren't too far away and the person next to the driver told me no, we're "x" amount of km away. We then passed the beach area and the bus driver showed no signs of stopping which is when I said something. When I was let off the bus we were 10-15 minutes away from Kep tourism office where I should've been dropped off. There was no tuktuk/grab and I had to hitch hike back. There was no apology from the driver.

The wrong pier was put on the ferry tickets and no one thought to inform us after multiple phone calls of us trying to find where to pick up tickets. Eventually when we found it 35 minutes later, they knew this was an issue. The ferry was over an hour late which would’ve been fine if we were told. Lots of people sick on the ferry. Got to the bus station to be told we’d missed the bus as the ferry was late and had to wait 2 hours. Tour office smelt as rubbish was everywhere so couldn’t wait there. Eventually when we got on the bus the driver drove fast down the bumpy roads and we had to stop to have the tyre fixed. Said we would arrive at 5:15 and arrived at 8pm

We booked the transfer between Sihanoukville to Chau Doc. We had to change vehicles multiple times, and wait an unacceptable amount of hours in between each transfer. We arrived to Chau Doc many hours later compared to the especified time! And all of it because we had to wait forever for no reason.
