Victoria We were picked up at 13:08 (was suppose to be 13:00 but after reading previous reviews I knew that the taxi would not be running exactly to time.
The driver helped us with our bag and the taxi had good air conditioning and was comfortable despite being full of other passengers.
The driver showed us where to go once we arrived the ferry pier and the process was straightforward.

Nicholas LStarted off a bit bad - van had not arrived and so called the number on 12go, and the woman had to check where the driver was. Driver ended up being 30 mins later than scheduled time - which would be fine if we weren’t fretting about somehow missing the van. The van kept on stopping at places, but not to pick up passengers? Then ended up getting dropped off at the pier, getting on the boat which was probably the best part. Snacks were available to buy.. Weird experience? Probably more like 2.5/5
