The boat is very good and we had no problems at all. The only thing is that they make ir seem that the boat will go straight to Lombok (around 2 hours trip) but it stops at Gili T and Gili Air before lombok! This adds 1 hour more to the trip.

Das Gepäck wurde sinnvoll sortiert und man bekam Bändchen für die Destination. Die Fahrt verlief gut, da es morgens noch nicht so starke Wellen gab.

The boat ride was very smooth! No need to be scared, we read lots of bad rewievs before so we were dreading the trip bit there was no issue at all. The boats are a bit late and they leave aproximatly one hour after schedualed time, but other than that it was smooth sailing!

Wir wurden ersten von einem Hafen zum anderen Hafen mit dem auto gefahren und nach einer Verspätung von knapp einer Stunde gings dann im nicht klimatisierten Boot los.

I don't think it was technically late, but the schedule on 12go was different to what they told me when I arrived at the pier. It was due to go at 9.55 but when I arrived I asked if it was running on time and they told me, yes it's running on time so they will be leaving at 10.40... Otherwise it was very well organised and the departure and arrival times they gave me when I was at the counter at harbour were accurate.

A well-organized company, especially when it comes to baggage transfers.
However, there was no air-conditioning on the boat during the crossing and there was a slight delay on departure and arrival.

40 minutes late, but we arrived at Gili with all the suitcases. No A/C, just windows opened, and with some water coming in from outside through the windows or the walls... Ask about the boarding point because in the vouchers appears a different one...
Despite all, the trip was not so bad as thought.

The arrival time was wrong on the ticket by more than an hour. We went to Nusa Penida and waited for an hour for more passengers. This was not stated on the ticket nor mentioned on the ride until at the pier.

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir sind eine halbe Stunde später gefahren (was hier nicht unüblich ist), das Gepäck wurde zum Boot gebracht, es gab eine Klimaanlage, die Sitze waren bequem. Alles top.

The goat actually leaves from another harbor, so you have to walk and go on the back of a pick up truck with your luggage. It takes 20 minutes to go to the other harbor. I guess we were too late so we left at 10.40 instead of 10.00. Also because of the wait in Gili T and Gili A, I arrived in Lombok 2 hours later than what I was supposed to. The boat was comfortable though

Boat came more than one hour later, when entering there was only space upstairs. The music was so loud upstairs that you could feel it in your chest and ears were painful. They were punching people to buy beers and other drinks and didn’t want to lower the music down after several complains.

The trip was overall very comfortable, with new boat and helpful staff. We left a bit later than scheduled, but nothing dramatic and also that's something very normal to happen when travelling to the islands, given dependency on sea conditions. Most importantly, the boat felt very safe.

The boat is better than some others we have taken but be prepared for a long hot journey. The dock they tell you to go to is not the dock the boat goes from, so you have to arrive at the dock one hour early, then walk to a car park with your luggage and get into a very cramped vehicle to another dock on the island. You get on the boat and they may overbook the seats. Then you have to go on a tour of all the islands, each stop takes a good 45 minutes whilst they get luggage off and then put more passengers on. The time stated on the website is the physical time the boat will be moving to get to your destination but do NOT expect to arrive when it says you will I would add hours on.
Our stated arrival time was 11:45. We arrived at almost 2pm!

I was surprised to see that everything went really smooth. The boat was only 10 minutes late at departure, but on time at the destination. The travel time was even less than stated. From Gili Air I got to Nusa Penida directly, did not have to change boats or anything. You could buy beers, water and soft drinks on the boat. Seats were quite comfy, staff was nice. Very well done.

Overall good experience. After reading tons of horrible reviews of all companies I felt like it's always a risk whichever company you choose. Our trip however was very smooth (it was also calm weather). Boat left about 30 min late but the trip took only 1h30 so arrived pretty fast. Besides that there were enough lifejackets on board, windows were open so no need for AC. They played some music on the top deck which you can use if you buy a beer.

Bad weather was not their fault, but people vomiting with the pitching in the swell.
Safety was very poor. Overcrowded. No safety brief. Embarkation through the water off the beach, passing children on board. Any emergency would have been total chaos.

boat departed on time and has plenty of seats to chose freely. I travel with a partner and despite we get no designated seats, we were able to stay together the whole trip.
ppl need to read the ticket too, some of the passengers were making questions about why do we need a transfer to another boat to get to nusa lembongan, when it has been explicitly written in the ticket the entire time.

You had to pay a harbour twx for using the ferry but this was not included in fare andvthere was no prior information about it. Many ticket holders git onto jetty to be turned back to pay this. Ferry was late, chaos on wharf, you were asked to wait in a room for your ferry but all those that came late got first pick at seats. We were crammed into the bottom of the ferry and again some passengers thought their bags deserved a seat over passengers. The trip was otherwise comfortable, the seas claim. Getting off the boat in Panang Bai was difficult, you had to literally push you way out through taxi and other drivers vying fir fares. Some had got onto the boat. Cars packed the small parking areas around the harbour causing gridlock.

Bought tickets from Gili Meno to Sanur and was not told that we should pay an extra fee of 25k rupuiah/pp for a transfer boat that takes you just off the harbour in Meno. Communication was very poor and it wasn't due to language barrier.

Boat was comfortable enough, but departure time was listed at 8.45 and direct. We only boarded at 9.15 and made two stops at nearby islands - one stop we sat in the harbour for 30+mins. So the advertised 1.5 hour trip time, was reached before we had even really left… appreciate some things out of their control, but lacking in commincstion to passengers

Our ferry to Padang Bai was scheduled to depart at 9:20 a.m., but it arrived more than an hour late. We had to wait outside in extremely hot weather, with no clear information or assistance whatsoever.
What made the experience even worse was that, despite the significant delay and the inconvenience caused, the company refused to offer any refund or even the slightest goodwill gesture.
Extremely disappointing service and absolutely no consideration for their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The boat was a bit cramped but the service from the staff was great. The boat left on time and disembarking was quick. I would recommend sitting on the deck as it is much more spacious but quickly fills up.

I mean we got there but that’s about all I can say. It arrived 45 minutes late. No direction how to pay for the tax surcharge on the Gilis islands when leaving to go to nusa Lembongan. It was rammed full with numerous people not having seats and sitting on the stairs. People being sick in the main cabin as the toilets were insufficient/non existent to my knowledge.
No idea what was happening when we arrived to nusa penida, we needed to switch there but this was not communicated at the time, I assumed this when other passengers going to the same place got off. Made to handle bags myself across 2 small speedboats instead of them all mooring up on the pontoon, there was plenty of room! Was not told we would not be arriving on a beach so shoes got wet, had I known I wouldn’t have worn them, you would assume yellow bridge harbour has something. Would not use again.

Boat handled our luggage and transfer boat to Gili Meno, as well as return trip. Tickets were good at port, no issues there. Boat is nothing fancy. Can get hot, but we grabbed a seat in front of the AC and out of the sun on return trip, which was much better. Boat gets packed, expect every seat to fill. You’ll need to put non suitcase bags in your lap. Would book again due to time of trip and no issues, wish price was lower though.
