Line MKakitangan itu kasar, menjerit (dalam bahasa Vietnam) dan menolak kami ke dalam bas dengan beg galas kami. Dia membuat pengembara lain ketawa dengan mengatakan sesuatu dalam bahasa Vietnam, yang agak tidak selesa. Memandangkan bilik bagasi di dalam bas dipenuhi dengan beberapa kotak, kami terpaksa menyimpan beg galas besar kami di dalam bas dengan laluan yang sempit. Tiada perhentian sepanjang 11 jam perjalanan kami ke Danang. Sekurang-kurangnya kami tidak diberitahu pada bila-bila masa. Pemandu itu merokok di dalam bas. Sekurang-kurangnya tempat duduknya ok selesa dan mempunyai bantal dan port USB.

Jan PSetakat ini syarikat bas terbaik di Vietnam. Kedua-dua perjalanan singkat dalam van dan perjalanan menaiki bas malam adalah sangat selesa dan perkhidmatannya jauh lebih baik daripada yang biasa kami lakukan (contoh kecil: pengumuman di dalam bas tentang waktu rehat, kasut disediakan untuk turun dari bas...) . Pemandu bas sangat baik dan cuba menjawab soalan kami menggunakan Terjemahan Google walaupun mereka kurang kemahiran bahasa Inggeris.

Ben PTempat Duduk Selesa tetapi tidak cukup ruang untuk beg semua orang. Selepas 4 orang pertama, tiada ruang jadi beg orang lain diletakkan di lorong / di antara kaki. Pemandu cuba meletakkan beg saya di belakang dan menghempas pintu di atasnya beberapa kali, tidak muat jadi saya hanya membawanya ke tempat duduk saya. Perihalan mengatakan 20kg bagasi setiap + barang peribadi, tidak mungkin 10 beg 20kg akan dimuatkan dalam van itu. Jika anda menaiki van ini jangan biarkan pemandu cuba menjejalkan beg anda di belakang hanya bawa ke tempat duduk anda. Juga agak pelik pemandu berkeras saya menukar tempat duduk apabila kami mengambil orang baru, terperangkap dua lelaki terbesar di dalam van betul-betul bersebelahan antara satu sama lain. Macam.. kenapa? Selain itu, ia baik, pemanduan selamat, van bersih, anda juga mendapat sebotol air dan bantal leher.

Natalia SThe bus itself looked convenient and well-equipped, however, the sleeper areas badly needed cleaning, there was dust and hair everywhere, especially in the corners! The driver made zero effort to make the ride smooth and safe – the journey felt quite the opposite, me and my husband were constantly worried about falling off the top level. But the most terrible thing is that we were not dropped off at the designated station. Instead, the staff member told us to get off in a spot which looked like the middle of nowhere without explaining anything and got back in quickly, after which the bus took off immediately. It was the shoulder of a busy highway, we could barely see anything besides the lights from the speeding vehicles and motorbikes. Turned out that the bus station was on the opposite side but still very far, while crossing that highway was definitely dangerous and therefore not an option. As far as I understand, the bus was supposed to take us to the very bus station and not to some random spot more or less close to it! I assume, this was done because the bus was already running late and we do not speak the language, unfortunately, so we couldn’t really object. We did eventually find a way out and had a pleasant stay in Vietnam’s biggest city, but this experience was still frustrating, and such an attitude to passengers is nothing but unprofessional!

Andy MThe bus was an hour late to Nha Trang, which i suppose is expected in Vietnam. The ‘cabins’ are good with a blanket and pillow, and also USB charge point. WiFi is good. The TV’s are useless and no way to control them or interact like on a plane with touch screen.
During the night, there were many short stops, but the staff and driver made no attempt to let anybody know they were stopping or for how long etc. You had to just guess.
Finally, random people kept getting on and off throughout the journey, and sleeping in the corridor which was strange but I suppose not terrible either. Just was conscious of anyone wanted to Rob things, this would be an easy way to do it

Shani WGot placed in the back of the bus, which seemed less comfortable and smaller than other reclining seats - but when booking, there didn’t see to be a distinction in seating and only gave one price option. The journey itself was okay.
However negatives, they do not drop you at the location stated. Dropped us off in the middle of a motorway where we were mobbed by taxi drivers. Be aware, grab here is metered. We were 15 mins (drive) from the drop off, which translated to an hour walk to the drop off location on Google Maps. We also arrived 5 hours earlier (was suppose to arrive at 11, but got there at 6am) with no warning - so it was a hurried rush off the bus and resulted in long wait to check in.
It got us where we needed to be but service was lacking and rude.

Steffen FWe traveled with Viet nam Travel bus VIP sleeping bus the whole family. My wife and three children. The trip was generally okay - Reasonably clean cabins with pillows and blankets. Three drivers, who next didn't know a word of English, and were a bit rude. There was no toilet on the bus and they didn't stop for dinner, so buy a lot of snacks in advance. However, they stopped on request when we had to go to the toilet. The television didn't work.
We stopped outside Nhe Trang and had to take a Shufflebus into Nha Trang. they tried to squeeze 14 passengers with luggage into a bus with room for 8. So we took our own taxi

Elma TI got put in the middle seat furthest up front between the driver and another person to my right. I didn't know this was even an option, and frankly i would have liked to receive a discount considering that this was considerably less comfortable than what I expected. Secondly, sitting here allowed me to observe the driver texting and driving every 20 minutes, which was very unsettling as we were driving through the mountains as the sun was setting.

Theo GI put 4 stars because the support service and the office staff was very helpful and kind. However be aware that you are not allowed to sit wherever you want in the bus... We were in the back for the first half of the travel. Some people left the bus before us, and we were happy to take their seats, so it was less awful when the bus was going on difficult bumpy roads than in the back. We were shouted at by the driver when we tried to change seats. At the next stop, a mother got in with her son and we were 4 people in the back for 3 seats, with the 2 unoccupied seats before us that we were not allowed to take. So he could definitely have let us move.

Theresa BHue->Hoi An. Very hard to find the pick up point in Hue. In the booking mail was a screenshot of Google maps that showed a completely wrong place. The place is at the Mayla cafe, search to find the correct address. Also be aware that you will change minibus in Da Nang for some reason. Bus was not too late and arrived at time. Drop off is around 50.000 Dong in taxi away from Hoi an old town

Also you still have to arrange your own transport to the station. So it's pointless to buy bus tickets via agoda/12go really.

Adam WBEWARE THE SNEAKY INSURANCE BUTTON. In general, the booking process was straightforward and there were many options for travel types and travel duration, and different price points.
However, the “insurance” option is largely hidden at the bottom of all the contact information and above the legalese. Since we booked using mobile, when we selected “no insurance” for some reason the button was then moved back on the confirmation screen to the most expensive insurance option, which we only realized we’d been billed for when we looked at our credit card statement. Both companies (12go.Asia and “Mister Prakan”-the insurance company listed) point fingers at each other as to whose responsibility it is to reverse charges. We are still waiting for a refund at the time of writing this review.

Petra RWe booked a bus at 7 PM, wasn‘t possible so we had to change our plans for the day and take an earlier bus at 5 PM. We agreed on the the earlier bus only because of the dropping point near our hotel, sadly for us, the dropping point was not nearby and we had to take an expensive taxi at 3 AM to the hotel…Be aware of that before booking your trip! Only good thing was the change from a 44 to a more comfortable 33 seater…

I might have just been unlucky as I was at the back, on the bottom. But otherwise coach was comfortable enough.

Jervy AThe bus is well maintained and clean. The driver drove well during the entire trip. My additional suggestion would be first, it took me a while looking for the correct waiting area. At the ticket booth I was told to go gate 4 and turn right. I was looking for the bus and could not find it until one guy approached me and ask me what I am looking for. Then he pointed where to go even then it took me another 5 minutes to find as the staff are just pointing me instead of assisting me. Second, announcement to be made in English so we know how long the stop over would be as I was hesitant to go away of the bus as I did not know how long the stop over is.
