Satu-satunya perkara yang perlu anda ingat ialah anda perlu memaklumkan pengendali teksi tentang keperluan anda terlebih dahulu, supaya mereka boleh mengira tambang yang sesuai. Jika tidak, bil akhir mungkin lebih tinggi daripada yang disangka.
- Teksi ialah pengangkutan terbaik yang membolehkan anda mengekalkan penjarakan sosial semasa pandemik.
- Teksi mungkin satu-satunya pengangkutan yang tersedia untuk membawa anda ke beberapa destinasi yang tiada sambungan ke kereta api, bas atau van, apatah lagi sambungan ke kapal terbang.
Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Teksi

Got a taxi from Prachuap Khiri Khan to hotel drop off in Bangkok. The driver Jack Rattakorn was professional, friendly and a very good driver throughout the journey. Can definitely recommend :)

But you should not advertise with a picture and specification that you are using an electric vehicle - when you know you will provide an older traditional car.

Fantastic service! From the easy booking process and quick communication to the smooth ride itself, everything exceeded our expectations. Our driver was wonderfully polite, showed up right on schedule, and gladly made a quick coffee stop for us along the route. The car was modern, spotless, and nicely air-conditioned. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will certainly be using 12Go again on our next trip!

It was a bit unclear where the van would pick us up, but after some texting via WhatsApp with the dispatcher we got the confirmation that they pick us up at our hotel. The journey went smoothly and we even had a short break (after 1,5 hour drive) to get some snacks. The airconditioning in the van was a bit too warm for us though. We arrived on time at the harbour, lunched (at our own expense) and went onwards with the catamaran to Koh Tao. Good service.

Our driver was on time, but said nothing and made no attempt to confirm he was our driver or our end location.
He drove fine for the first half of our journey. After stopping for petrol he began driving aggressively and rushing - switching lanes erratically and driving up other cars backs at high speeds. When we asked him to slow down he said he has to get back to Hua Hin after he drops is off which isn't really our issue as he's accepted this fare. He then continued driving the same way so we asked him to drive safely again, then he used his phone to photograph his speedometer and tried to show this to us to prove he was driving at the speed limit which wasn't the issue - it was the moves he was making to overtake in a rush - and we also wanted him to focus on the road, not his phone.
We arrived at our destination, he didn't even attempt to help us with our luggage and drive off as soon as he could.
Based on this experience, I won't use this companies service again. This driver made us feel unsafe and made no attempt to change how he drove after we flagged this. His only concern was how soon he could get home.

Torch is the best, most reliable service I have used. Using transfer services for 6 months, 4 times minimum a month, in Thailand, reliability and dependability are crucial. Its been perfect with Torch. Never failed to communicate and be on time, normally about 45 minutes early to EVERY pickup! They are fantastic!

Although the drive itself is a bit rough, the driver was extremely friendly and understanding. He even bought us water and took breaks when we needed and didn't when we needed to continue. He was on time, car was ok.

Very good car, exact time . Good communication, humble driver.
Only thing need improvement is - driver was using phone most of the way , checking messages and scrolling facebook and watching reels whole driving. I felt scared time to time .

We arrived at BKK airport almost two hours earlier than the pick-up and the coordinator was able to arrange for the driver to pick us up. We really appreciated the flexibility and quick response. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver drove very safely making the journey very pleasant. Thank you very much again for accommodating to the last minute changes to the pick-up time!

The car was new and very clean. Our driver was on time and dropped us at our destination as estimated. He kept the cab a comfortable temperature and stopped at a very nice, and clean rest stop for us to stretch and use the toilet.
