Travelled with this company 3 times. HCMC to Mui Ne. Mui Ne to Dalat and Dalat to HCMC. No complaints with any of the journeys. Nice buses and comfortable. The road from Mui Ne to Dalat is incredibly bumpy but not the bus company fault. Overall consistently impressed.

Excellent trip, checked address beforehand, address shown on their website / Google is correct for departure on Hoi An, the drop off in Hue was at a local car park about a km from their office which was a bit of a shame as our hotel was round the corner from their office. Toilet break after 2 hours. Overall, excellent.

Better than the last trip we did with Sinh Tourist when we were all put on the back so did not have our own space (make sure you don't get seat numbers 36-41) but this one was fine. As usual the beds are a little short, especially for one our group who is 6'5" but that is to be expected on all semi-sleepers. Air con was also freezing cold, but again that is the same for every sleeper bus in SE Asia. So in terms of in comparison to others, Sinh Tourist still does a fantastic job!

Wir hatten 2.5 Stunden Verspätung - statt 6h, 8.5h Fahrzeit. War einerseits den zwei längeren Pausen (mit Essen), andererseits dem Verkehr geschuldet.

Smooth border crossing to Cambodia, staff was very efficient and kind. Transfer bus to siem reap from Phnom penh was not so comfortable, however it had wifi which the first bus didn't have.

Check in was fine and well organised to relive the chaos around the ticket office.
Coach was ok albeit a little old and tired, seats not holding when sitting up.
Overall for what you pay not a bad journey and would recommend.

The bus from Mui Ne was perfectly on time, clean and as safe as could be expected.
It is not 5-stars because the wifi was nit good and not shared with everybody...

Bequeme Liege-Sitze. Decken wurden verteilt und es gab eine Flasche Wasser kostenfrei.
Keine Toilette an Bord, aber mit zwei Klo-Pausen kommt man gut durch.

The bus arrived to Danang 5 minutes later but made it to Hue 45 minutes earlier. It had a stop for toilet, AC worked well.

No complaints about this bus journey except for the fact that we arrived two hours ahead of schedule... at 4:30am. I’ve also spoken to other travelers who took this same sleeper bus and experienced the same inappropriate arrival time. There were local taxi drivers waiting to pounce on us when we arrived in Hoi An as well so you know this is the routine. Make sure your hotel/hostel is expecting you early.

The stop after less than an hour for an half one is a bit ridiculus. Too short after departure, too long for a 4h ride.
The seats are very unconfonrtable.
Climatisation fine, water fine, smile of the chauffeur wonderfull.

we traveled from nha trang to da lat. we found the office easily and had to check in at the desk in the back then get our bag tags from a different desk. the bus was fine and driver communicated how long we would be stopping. kind of annoying we stopped about 45 min in to the drive but it’s not it a big deal. arrived in da lat on time. would use again

The service is all good. They give you mineral water while waiting & on they bus. They even provide blanket. They will wake us up when we had arrived the stop.

The bus was clean and the seats were confortable (little bit small if you're taller than 1m80 on the sleeper bus). Bus leaved on time and it took 3h hours instead of 4 to arrived at Hué.

Driver picked me up from hotel on time and was driving safely during the trip. One most important thing to improve is the air con system in the bus. I was assigned to the middle row of the sleeping bus which cool air did not flow from the the both left and right side air con outlet.

Having travelled with Giant Ibis a day after this trip it reflects very poorly on SinhTourist. It should be made more obvious that wed’d be fobbed off with another operator on an old and uncomfortable bus with poorly trained staff (no communication during border crossing whatsoever), and how hard is it to list an accurate destination arrival time?). “It’s asia” doesn’t cut it anymore. SinhTourist and Long Phuong need to up their game. 12Go should update this trip to include details/photos of the actual bus company used (Long Phuong Cambodia), we should at least get an accurate description for the premium of booking through the site.

In der Buchungsbestätigung ist die Adresse einer Sinh Tourist Office im old town quarter angegeben. Aber dort bekam ich nur die Info, dass der Bus von der Sinh Office 2 abfährt, etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. War für mich kein Problem, aber mit mehr Gepäck und bei Regen wäre das bestimmt kein lustiges Unterfangen. Die Office 2 ist ein eher ungemütlicher Ort zum Warten, da direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen und rundherum Motorbike Werkstätten. Es gibt auch nicht wirklich viel Platz für wartende Fahrgäste und schon gar keine Sitzplätze. Die Busfahrt selbst war eigentlich recht gemütlich. Kritikpunkte: Der Busfahrer schaut penibel genau darauf, dass niemand mit Schuhen den Bus betritt. Man gibt seine Schuhe in einen Plastiksack, den man zu seinem Platz mitnehmen darf. Der Fahrer wird sofort laut und schimpft, wenn man nur kurz versehentlich mit einem Schuh in den Bus steigt. Ich kann es schon verstehen, dass es besser ist, wenn gerade ein Sleeper Bus sauber bleibt, aber man kann das auch freundlich sagen. Außerdem war es im Bus für meinen Geschmack viel zu warm. Die Klimaanlage war zwar leicht an, aber eben nicht kühl genug. Und ich war mit kurzem T-Shirt und kurzer Hose bekleidet. Auch andere Fahrgäste meinten, es sei zu warm. Die Platzverhältnisse sind auch relativ knapp bemessen in diesem Sleeper, wobei man hier die Beine besser ausstrecken kann als in anderen Schlafbussen. Das ständige Hupen bei Überholmanövern und Kreuzungen fördert nicht unbedingt die Nachtruhe, gehört aber zu einer Reise in Vietnam dazu. Insgesamt, trotz der Kritikpunkte, eine gute Fahrt..man kommt günstig von A nach B und erfüllt somit seinen Zweck.

the first impression was not good. on 31 May we booked our bus trip, this went smoothly and easily. on the day of departure we walked to the specified address with our backpacks to find out that the office is closed since 1 june and moved to another location. on the way to the new address we asked several people, not everyone was equally helpful probably by language and culture. finally reached the bus in the nick of time. once in the bus it was super, the service is good and it was comfortable. so far the best sleeper experience in Vietnam.

For the first time in Vietnam (we are travelling here about 80 days now) we had a bus driver who drove real safely and without constantly claxoning. Compliments for the driver.
The only minus point was that are group of 7 persons had 2 seats which were not capable to sit in an upright position.

The trip in the bus was quite confortable even if the air conditionner is either too cold or too warm every 10 minutes. They provide you with a small blanket. The wifi is working well. I advise you to go directly to the address of the agency (our hotel called and give us the address) because if you go to the getting point, you will have seats left and probably not be next to the person who travels with you. Careful however to take dinner with you if possible and toilet papers, the first bus stop was sooo disgusting ! Second one was Turkish toilets, just so you know. Try it one time, it's an experiment ;-)
