It was quite unclear that the bus didn’t actually leave until 7pm and we had to take another mini bus to the bus station from Tara Travel and wait there for 2 hours. This should be made clear.

Le véhicule était vraiment malpropre et vieux, la suspension fesait en sorte que je me suis fait brassée tout le long du trajet. Ponctualité n'est pas de mise. J'ai mis trois étoiles car j'ai demandé avant départ, d'arrêter en route pour u arrêt à la toilette, se qui a été fait.

Il faut savoir qu'il faut arriver 30min en avance, qu'il faut attendre dans l'agence. Ensuite on attend 2h avant le départ avec un autre minibus, mais sinon le voyage s'est fait tranquillement et agréablement, pour un tarif plutôt raisonnable

It was a hassle ride cause you have to transfer your bag from one bus to another... You have two buses to ride... From Bangkok to Nong Khai then from Nong Khai to Vientiane Laos... It says here 16:00
(4:00pm) but it was like we left from the agency at 6:30pm and then the bus left in Bangkok 8:40 pm (20:40)... This is expensive here.. Cause the ticket they gave me bangkok to Nong Khai it cost (400+ ThaiBaht) and Nong Khai to Vientiane cost 55Thaibaht. I can say you can do it by yourself cause when you reached to the place(bus terminal) that's the time they buy you ticket in which you can do it by yourself... You can save alot and spend lesser than you pay here at 1100 ThaiBaht.

El servicio es bueno, pero no puntual, llegaron casi una hr después, pero en general todos muy amables, te dan una cobija, y llegando a tu destino el taxy gratis a tu hotel

3hr 30 minute delay before we left Bangkok. It was very frustrating as rather than being told that we would be delayed - we kept being told just another 10 minutes.

If you live in Bangkok center, I would not recommend taking this trip to Pattaya, as the trip is a van taking you to a bus station in the west suburb of Bangkok and then the bus ride would take another 3 or 4 hours to Pattaya. I wish they have told us which bus station the van is taking us to first, so we do not end up spending much longer travel time. However, the bus is clean and leaves on time.

Nous pensions rejoindre une gare routière et avons été un peu perturbée par le devanture de l'établissement et l'absence de renseignement comme nous avions 2h d'avances... mais 15 min avant notre départ en bus tout était très bien organisés ils nous ont emmenés en minibus jusqu'à la station de bus. Grand bus climatisé qui a bien vécu mais on a de l'espace pour nous jambes c'est important pour 13h de bus. À noter les repas sont compris dans les longs trajets (on peut échanger nos tickets contre un repas chaud ou boissons à la pause à mi chemin). Et pas de wifi contrairement à ce que j'avais pu entendre des bus les deux que j'ai pris n'en avait pas.

We were going on a 3 hr journey to Kanchanaburi, so I purchased the most expensive fare with the best looking pics of seats, etc. I wanted us to have AC and a comfortable trip. We arrived at the location provided 30 minutes prior to departure, which was 8:00am. The door was locked and a sign said open at 10. We were quite confused. Our driver said buses cannot pick us up at this location, so we piled back in the cab, turned around, then saw someone open the door to the office for other customers. We got back out of the cab. The lady checked off our names and we waited. Around 8:30, she piled us all into a beat down minibus and drove to a second location, a sort of bus depot. We were traveling to Kanchanaburi and were directed to a second even more beat down minibus. The bus was dirty and smelled. The driver couldn't start it and so 4 workers had to push it to jump the clutch. Then as we were leaving someone packed 2 boxes of baby chicks in the seats behind my children and sent us on our chirpy way. 3 hour ride. Turns out NO air-conditioning in this stinky, dirty can. This is not what I booked on 12go! I purchased the most expensive fare, with pictures of a beautiful leather seat and foot rest. Those ladies at Tara Travel totally misguided us. And trying to communicate was a nightmare. You never knew what was happening and questions are pretty much all met with the name of your destination. My advice, refuse to get in ANY crappy vans! I have complained with 12go, let's see if they fix this by refunding what I overpaid! What I received was clearly the cheapest fare, no AC, filthy bus. 2 stars because the driver did get us there safely only 30 minutes late.

Nobody on the bus was able to communicate in englisch and we got no information about stops or anythig. We stopped at a kitchen next to the road - nobody informed us that there would be a meal included. The aircondition was ok for a few hours but without any explanation the last 2 hours it was freezing cold. We arrived without any accident and the driver drove quite safe.

Thé office opened late with no excuse. The people were waiting in the streets. The person in charge barely speaks english . But the shuttle left almost on time and the trip was ok.

I did manage to go from bangkok to kanchanaburi, but the part that was done by tara tour & travel was pretty bad. The people that work at tara are extremely unfriendly and they just drop you off at the busstation, so you can also just take a grab to the minivan terminal and buy a ticket there. The rest did go as planned although it took a bit longer.

Booked to pick us up at 11 but left at 11.30 but still got there on time :) Tara travel was a little hard to find as maps says it’s over the bridge on the right side but it’s the left of the road. Had to swap buses but got aircon and a comfy seat. Really lovely people

I got on a first mini bus that took me to another bus station, where I waited around 30 minutes for another mini bus to start.
I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry. As I was aware this could happen, it did not bother me. We got there in the end !

Booking process was easy. We arrived at the Khao San Road office 30 minutes in advance, as advised. We were told to wait and left only at 11.30, half an hour late, when a man came out of the office who had already been there when we checked in and led us to a van that had already been parked there ever since we got there... he drove us to the bus station and showed us the platform where again we waited for quite a while. No one told us what we could expect, they didn't speak much english so information was very poor. Eventually the mini bus arrived that would drive us to Kanchanaburi. This was a comfortable van with good ac. Along the route we stopped a couple of times to pick up or drop off passengers. We arrived in Kanchanaburi around 5.30 instead of 3.30 as scheduled. All together it was a comfortabele drive but if you choose the 11am bus just consider it a travel day and don't make any plans as the time schedule means absolutely nothing.

I was only 3min late and van to bus station had already left. But Khao San put me on next bus 1h later. However my earlier stop in Pranburi was not communicated to driver so i had to take a taxi back to where i wanted to go.

I wanted to go to Pranburi but the lady of the office decided I will go to a city 20km before it. It makes more sense to go to the bus terminal and buy the ticket directly from the bis company. It saves about 300 Baht.

We had to change 3 times from the bus before we went away. And when we were finally in Kanchanaburi, i just got out of the bus, and they said I had to walk to the hotel. This was just at a busy street, in the middle of nowhere...

It does take you from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, but you will be brought to a bus station for a mini van transfer (without any verbal explanation however)
We were there 30 minutes in advance and the shop was still closed until 5 min before dept. time, but in the end we left precisely at the booked time
Long story short, we got there as promised but don’t expect any explanation/service apart from the vans.
