Der Busfahrer war sehr cool drauf und auch nett. Wir sind zwar 10-15 Minuten später losgefahren, weil noch welche kamen aber waren letztendlich sogar eine Stunde früher da. Zwischendurch wurde noch eine Pause eingelegt und wir haben eine kleine Flasche Wasser zu trinken bekommen.

Rude driver no space even though we arrived first we had to sit at the back next to the luggage. doesn't explain anything and tells us to get off the car and then we had to wait 30 minutes in the middle of nowhere for another van to pick us up... didn't even tell us it was going to go to Pattaya before going to Bangkok airport and we arrived two hours later than the expected time

For the price this trip is a bargain in Thailand. The driver did not speak English but was very friendly and myself amongst other passengers could translate for him. The bus itself is in rough but working order. I was never truly uncomfortable (as you might be on local rural buses). Most importantly the air conditioning always worked, and we were never in physical danger. The first pit-stop seemed to happen pretty early into the trip and was a somewhat long 30-minute stop. The second stop was a 10 minute break at a gas station/convenience store about 1 hour from the reaching the ferry terminal. Both places had restrooms, some food options, and amenities.
Considering the driver will in most cases drop you directly at your hotel, the price is very reasonable and the price margin between this and the next step up is a large gap, unless you have healthy budget and want to travel alone.
Two recommendations: 1: Sit in the first seat directly behind the driver because you'll have maximum leg room and be the first person off-the-bus as pit stops. 2: Wear a mask. Many customers were coughing and a lot of germs spread around. I caught a cold on this bus and had to spend the first 2-3 days on Koh Chang sick in my room.

The vehicle was on time and AC was always on too. We took several breaks which was good too. The driver helps you where will you go after you reach the island. I got off at the pier.

Sichere Fahrt mit gutem Fahrer, der eine Raststätte anpeilte, mit verschiedenen Gaststätten. So konnten alle Mitfahrenden etwas nach ihrem Geschmack suchen. Einzig und allein die große Verzögerung bei der Abfahrt stimmte uns unglücklich, da wir doch die Zeit auf der Insel so gut wie möglich ausnutzen wollten. Wir hätten uns gerne ein paar Infos gewünscht, weshalb wir am Flughafen in Bangkok noch fast eine Stunde warteten, obwohl doch alle Mitfahrenden schon im Bus saßen. Hätten wir transparente Infos bekommen, wäre vermutlich mehr Verständnis von den Gästen erwarten zu können.

eine durchaus sichere Fahrt, wobei wir sehr viel Zeit unterwegs vergeudet haben. So haben wir bereits nach nicht mal einer Stunde unsere erste Pause eingelegt, mit der Info, dies sei ein kurzer Toilettenstopp. So weit, so gut. Nachdem wir alle wieder zurück am Bus waren, mussten wir feststellen, dass unser Fahrer sich erst einmal eine warme Mahlzeit geholt hat und diese vor Ort zu sich nahm. Also schlenderten wir etwas über die Raststätte und vertraten uns die Beine. Anschließend fuhren wir weiter, um nach einer Weile erneut eine Pause einzulegen, wieder mit dem Hinweis "Toilettenpause". Gleiches Spiel wie zuvor, unser Fahrer aß erneut eine warme Mahlzeit. Da es dieses Mal aber keine Möglichkeit gab, die Raststätte zu erkunden, standen alle Mitfahrenden am Bus und warteten auf den Fahrer. Letztendlich brauchten wir für die eigentlich 5 Stunden dauernde Fahrt 7,5 Stunden. Wir brauchten also nicht nur unseren mit eingerechneten Puffer auf, sondern setzten noch 30 Minuten Verspätung oben drauf. Sehr schade, da man doch gerne im Urlaub die Zeit so gut wie möglich nutzen und genießen möchte.

Leider hatte ich mit dem Fahrer wohl recht Pech. dann mussten wir auch noch sehr lange auf die Weiterfahrt wegen einem fehlerhaften aber geplanten fahrzeugwechsel warten und waren am Ende über 1stunde und 30minuten verspätet am Ziel

We left on time from the airport and made 2 stops. Operator&Driver were friendly. We got dropped off directly at the reception of our hotel.
Could be improved/was not so great:
- A couple on the bus had to be dropped off at the Laem Sok peer which made the rest of the group being 1.5 hours late for arrival (because we made that extra round of driving to the other peer). I understand it is more efficient for the operator but not for the customers. The couple also was not dropped off at their hotel like the rest of us.
- Bus quite bumpy. Distance between seat rows small for someone who is taller than 160cm. Not the mist comfortable trip
Overall good value for money. 4/5 Stars

Le service du site est parfait ! En revanche Celio de certain conducteur est à revoir .. faire ces courses personnel passe encore en revanche s’arrêter sans explication 45 minutes de plus pour réparer un poste de radio et 1 seule pause en 9h ce n’est pas terrible ..
sans compter d’autres soucis ..

The ride was cool. Driver did his job well and we had two or three stops to get food/snacks/drinks or a toilet break.
He even drove us to the parts of Koh Chang where our Resorts are located. That was really nice, didn‘t know that this was included!

The ride was very uncomfortable. You jumped along with every rise in the road as if you were riding a horse. We didn't get anything to drink or eat. We were at our destination 2 hours later. There were communication problems with the driver. Nevertheless, the driver was nice.

The bus to Koh Chang was on time and efficient. However, the bus itself was incredibly bumpy for the whole duration, even on flat motorways and a few of the seats were visibly very broken. Luckily this was only on the way there, as the return journey was much smoother.

The driver started in time, he drives very carefully and respected the speed limit, also we reached the ferry in time, everything was very well organized.
The driver spoke no english so We did not get any information how long the trip will be, how much stops he will make and when the ferry will come.
We were told that We would have a driver to our hotell When We arrived.
But We had to take a taxi... Everyone else had a free lift to there hotell.

Хороший автобус, хороший водитель. Но туалет в автобусе не мыли со дня выпуска автобуса с завода. И в нем совсем не было воды. Если туалетом нельзя воспользоваться во время поездки, то надо делать не менее двух остановок за 5 часов поездки.

Es war alles O.K.
mit Klein Bus ca. 24 Sitzer bis zum Pier gefahren.
Dann muste man aussteigen und zu fuss auf die Fähre.
Überfahren nach Koh Chang.
Dort warte ein Fahrer mit einem 9 Sitzer Bus , der brachte einen bis zum Hotel.

Abfahrt von Klong Son Bus ca. 30min früher als auf dem Plan stand. Gemeinsam mit unseren Mitreisenden, zwar etwas unkoordiniert aber trotzdem problemlos, haben wir die Fährfahrt und die Wartezeit auf den Anschlussbus verbracht. Ankunft am Flughafen ca. 20min später als geplant.

From the station was taken later than the designated time; there was also a long wait in an uncomfortable place after the ferry, keep in mind that the bus may be delayed by 2 hours approximately. in general, except for the schedule - no comments. The road is long.

MAIS: je n'avais pas la confirmation IMPRIMÉE du voyage. J'ai dû repayer un billet (600 thb), à cause d'une employée très désagréable au comptoir.

Прилетели S7 в 2 ночи . Пока прошли миграционный контроль и таможню, вышли в районе 3-х. Билеты на семью из 3-х человек , испугавшись отсутствия билетов по приезду в кассе, приобрели заранее через 12go.asia. По их таксе стоимость каждого билета обозначилась в 680 бат ( включая билет на паром). С учетом комиссии платёжной системы насколько я понял каждый билет вытянул примерно на 720 бат Примерно в 6-30 утра в кассе на Ко Чанг ( у выхода 8 ) появилась девушка кассир. Ажиотажа среди желающих особо не было, но я уже был в кассу вторым, и после меня тоже иностранный народ подтягивался. Показал девушке распечатку пришедшего на емейл ваучера, она проставила на ваучере присвоенные ею нам места в автобусе и напомнила , что к указанному в билете времени в 7-50 надо быть у кассы ( мол к проходу в автобус пригласят). По посадке все прошло нормально, автобус на 40 человек оказался почти заполненным , и в 8 утра мы выдвинулись . По пути была лишь одна санитарная остановка минут на 15 у придорожного кафе ( туалет , перекус), и в 14 часов мы уже были на пирсе. Выгрузились с автобуса , каждого спросили в какой отель, исходя из этого наклеили на одежду цветной бейдж и мы двинули на паром. Паром по времени занял 30 минут, на пирсе Ко Чанг нас по бейджам встречал Водитель , который нас распределил по минибасам, который довёз нас бесплатно до отеля на Клонг Прао. Дорога немного утомила, но трансфертом мы остались довольны! Респект!

Все очень просто. Ждёте возле 8 выхода в Суварнабхуми. Там будет стойка с надписью Ко Чанг. Мы ехали в небольшом басе. С кондиционером. Сделали всего 1 остановку, что радовало. Потому что обычно на них все подвисают. Доехали за 4.5 часа до пирса. Паром входит в стоимость. Этот же бас отвёз до Кай Бае. Моя гостиница на Лонли. Туда не повезли, но сразу пересадили на тук-тук. Так что все отлично! Спасибо! Ничуть не хуже частного трансфера.

Wenn möglich für die Fahrt einen Minivan wählen. Die Fahrtüchtigkeit der grossen Reisebusse ist meiner Meinung sehr fragwürdig. Unsere Fahrt dauerte viel länger als angegeben und der Bus war technisch überhaupt nicht in Ordnung.

Автобус выехал по расписанию.Все организованно,понятно .Пересадили на острове на мини бас и довезли до отеля бесплатно. Если самолёт прилетает в 6 утра,то такой вид трансфера очень удобен.

Pünktlich und freundlich allerdings wurden unsere Onlinetickets nicht getauscht so hatten wir keinen Anspruch auf einen Sitzplatz da diese fest bei Direktkauf vergeben wurden!
