Wir wurden an der Grenze nach der Kontrolle vergessen, der Bus fuhr ohne uns weiter. Der Fahrer hat uns auch nicht informiert, dass wir ein Einreisedokument ausfüllen müssen. Wir hatten dann einen finanziellen und zeitlichen Aufwand um weiter nach Singapur zu kommen.

Comfy ride and good driver. Arrived/departed KLIA ½ hour late. No signage to indicate which platform to wait at (unlike at Melaka Sentral). Advertises itself as a Massage bus, but doesn’t work.

Fast alles ok: Guter Bus, pünktlich, Grenzübergang problemlos. Aber: der Fahrer hat während der ganzen Fahrt telefoniert, ist flott gefahren und hat dabei kaum Abstand zu anderen Fahrzeugen gehalten. Habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt.

開車40分就有第一次休息去廁所時間，但又不通知休息多長時間，又不廣播這是休息，只停車，十分亂。之後在過關前都沒有洗手間時間。但車的設施和空間都很足夠。

The bus was comfortable with air condition. However, the bus driver took a long time to return to the bus during a toilet break. It would be nice if the driver had informed the passengers that he was going to take a much longer break so that passengers will not be left wondering what was going on and had to sit in the bus for a long time waiting for the driver to return.

I took a trip from Berjaya Times Square to Golden Mile Tower with my family during the holidays. My experience was a little different in that they didn’t leave anyone behind at immigration (though the bus ticket does say that if you get left behind, ride another Starmart Express bus). There were staff at each of the immigration borders with checklists of the bus passengers and who were waiting as you got out of immigration. The staff on each side were helpful. We even thought our bus had already left but another Starmart Express driver pointed us in the right direction. We got to the Singapore immigration by 2:00 PM after leaving by around 8:45 AM. We spent 2-3 hours in immigration and arrived at Golden Mile at around 5pm. Overall, the bus company wasn’t a horror story like some of the reviews here (which I was prepared for and took the risk on) but I think they can improve on changing the timeslots to manage expectations better and give clearer instructions on the procedures at immigration etc before the bus trip so people know what to expect.

At the starting point bus was delayed by 30 or 40 minutes. Scheduled reaching time 04.30 pm was delayed by more than three hours. Attendant was reluctant to help passenger to put their luggage in bus boot.

Excelente servicio, el bus se retraso unos 20 minutos, pero la sala de espera es cómoda y con buen acondicionamiento. Es un trayecto de unas 2 horas y los asientos son espaciosos.

The coach took the side roads fm Melaka to Muar to pick up passengers. At JB custom, I was told the bus to Boon Lay broke down n I had to go to Golden Mile.

Der Fahrer ist gefahren wie der Henker. Hat uns am Golden Mile Tower "rausgeschmissen". Türen auf, raus und mit Karacho wieder weg.... Für den Preis absolut i.O. ist aber ein Abenteuer.....

The drivers have been very unfriendly and didn‘t explain anything about where we are and where we have to go at the border. It took us double as long to Singapore as expected.

The driver was a man of few words, I thought the driving was very reckless as well, he nearly left 2 people in Singapore immigration, also the immigration is a absolute joke it took us 1.5 hour to get through not enough staff and no sense of urgency at all, do not book this if your under time constraints.

The outward journey was great. Comfortable seats and good driving. Took about an hour longer but the immigration line was very long despite being 4am. Return journey was not as nice, very fast bumpy ride in bad weather conditions. Thrown out my seat a few times and as the seatbelt had been cut completely of this did not made me feel safe.

Drive was good. A little delay throughout kl traffic. Should schedule the arrival time more back. Unfortunately no screen advice at ipoh. Asking was really helpful. Overall comfortable seats and reliable service. Would do it again

We only can get down and go to the toilets at the border pass. Despite the fact the driver stoped two times, one for petrol and the other for his own business. And also we arrived at Singapur two hours later.

Auch wenn wir etwas erstaunt waren, dass der Schalter der Busgesellschaft sich im Krankenhaus befindet, haben wir ihn rasch gefunden. Abfahrt war pünktlich, der Fahrer war in Ordnung. Leider sind unsere Mitreisenden nach der Pause viel zu spät gekommen und dann musste noch getankt werden - insgesamt eine Stunde Verspätung.

Hallo, sind pünktlich abgefahren, einen Stopp gemacht. Der Fahrer ist sicher gefahren. Die Sitze waren bequem. An der Grenze mussten wir eine Stunde warten. Der Bus stand dann vor der Tür. Alles gut, immer wieder.

Wir sind von Mahkota Medical Center in Malakka nach Singapur Golden Mile Tower gefahren. Die Abfahrt war noch pünktlich. Danach sind wir allerdings noch extra Schleifen gefahren um weitere Gäste in Malakka und Johor Bahru einzusammeln. Insgesammt hat die Fahrt 3 Stunden länger gedauert als angegeben. Der Fahrer verstand nicht ein einziges Wort Englisch. Außer die sehr bequemen Sitze war die Fahrt inkl. Grenzübergang einfach nur schlecht und chaotisch.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Wir konnten unsere Tickets auf dem Smartphone zeigen, wurden pünktlich abgeholt und der Bus wartete hinter der Grenze auf alle. Durch die lange Schlange am Immigration Counter in Singapur, verzögerte sich die Fahrzeit um ca. 1h. Die Sitze waren sehr bequem und es war auch nicht zu kalt klimatisiert. Essen und Trinken waren strengstens verboten. Es gab zwei kleine Stops. (ca. 10 min). Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Altough the bus was a bit late, the checker made sure we're on the right seats. After the first stopover, we were asked to transfer to another bus, which was inconvenient for me because I brought 2 luggage and a rucksack with me. After crossing each border, I had to check where the bus was parked and kept showing my ticket to several employees to help me locate the bus. What I didn't like was we consistently changed buses and waited long to leave, perhaps waiting for the bus to be full. The trip was okay but I wish it could've been a better experience for me since this is my first time availing this service.

It takes longer than expected. But it was quite flexible as I booked the bus for 2pm, then I just changed my bus earlier in the bus stop directly. They let me change my timeslot since there still some vacancies.

It said the trip will take around 5 hours. At the end it took 10 hours. It was 6.10am bus. Arrived to Golden Mile tower at 4.30pm. It was quite cold. All the way AC worked and you can't close it completely. Highly recommend to people who can't stand to wear pants and take warm hoodie if take this bus. There was no proper stops for food and toilet. All stops were mostly to pick up and drop of people. No information was provided on what's going on so you have to guess about everything. Where to go for immigration and where the bus will wait for you after you pass it. The driver was not talkative and only limited information provided regarding stops and so on.
