Bus Ipoh-Penang. Check-in problemlos funktioniert. Man zahlt 2MYR p.p. „Ausstellungsgebühr“ für den Boardingpass. Bus kam um 12:25, sollte um 12:30 abfahren. Abfahrt um 12:50. Bus war sauber, bequeme Stoffsitze, außreichend Platz. AC vorhanden und gut funktioniert. Ankunft um in Butterworth um ca 14:45. Da wir mit Verspätung gerechnet haben hat die Busfahrt für uns gepasst!

Der Bus fuhr pünktlich in Melaka ab und kam mit ca. 1 Stunde Verspätung in Butterworth an, was aber dem starken Verkehr zuzuschreiben war und nicht dem Unternehmen anzulasten ist. Die Sitze sind bequem, obwohl das Fahrzeug schon sehr in Tage gekommen schien (löchrige Gardinen, fehlende Beleuchtungsabdeckung, defekter Fernsehbildschirm...). Unsere Koffer mussten wir selber einladen und bei der Ankunft erstmal im Gepäckbereich auch wieder selber zusammensuchen, weil sämtliches Gepäck verrutscht war. Der Support vorab ( eTickets, Info etc.) von 12Go war gut.

Das Fahrzeug hatte sehr bequeme Sitze. (Rückenlehne war verstellbar)
USB C & Normaler USB waren beide pro Sitz vorhanden und funktionierten.
Wir fuhren von Kuala Lumpur nach Singapur.
Bei beiden Grenzen hatten wir keine Probleme.
Absolut Empfehlenswerte Busgesellschaft.

Bus was lovely, spacious, very good AC. Trip took an extra hour due to traffic by the boarder but otherwise was good! Make sure to exchange the 12go voucher for the actual ticket. We arrived in plenty of time and someone showed us where to go.

It was ok. Took longer than 5 hours tho. Old and dirty bus, but for the price I let that slide. Overall okay, not too bad. Great alternative if you’re on a budget! ONE THING THO, be aware that there will be stops at the border, which takes some time (passport etc), and there is gonna be a long «food/toilet» break at a food hall. This requires cash, every stand and food place in there only accepts cash. THERE IS NO ATM THERE. We were not aware before travelling, so make sure you have some Malaysian Myr, if not you will end up starving and bring thirsty like me and my friend. Bus drivers did also either speak and understood english, some words but…

We had to exchange the bus voucher for the ticket, and we had to pay extra! We had the voucher on paper, as recommended, but it didn't help! The bus was very old, the seats were broken and very dirty. Bus was about an hour late. The only good thing is the low ticket price.

Der Tausch meines Online-Tickets in eine Papier-Ticket war problemlos aber notwendig. Der Bus war ok. Wir kamen halbwegs pünktlich los (10 min später), aber die Reisedauser war fast eine Stunde länger, weil die Verkehrsdichte sehr hoch war. Ich kann es trotzdem empfehlen.

Bus left on time. Made the scheduled rest stop and arrived without incident. The seats are wide and comfy, plenty of leg room. The bus arrives in Butterworth at the same location as the ferry. You just go one floor up the escalator to connect to the ferry to Penang island. Easy as pie. The instructions for the ticket are simple and you just go to a ticket counter at the station to get them printed.

Easy to book online. Went to bus station to get tickets printed. Walking distance from old town. Came back in morning to catch bus. Waited in air con room until boarding. All very easy.
Bus journey was smooth. Good driver. Highly recommend this booking company and bus company.

The bus driver did a good job. He drove safe and the bus was comfortable. But it took 7 hours to get from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. We left at 9:00 am and arrived at 4:00 pm!!

Bus ride took longer than expected. Instead of 4.20h it took us 5h with no traffic jam. No steward and snack as in description. No communication from driver about next stops or breaks. Seats were comfortable and enough space for the legs. Plan enough buffer time and buy snacks upfront.

Die Busfahrt an sich war sehr unkompliziert und mit dem online Ticket ein normales Ticket zu bekommen war äußerst einfach wenn man den passenden stand zu dem Busunternehmen gefunden hat, bei welchem man die Fahrt gebucht hat. Leider war der bus wie viele Taxis und GrabCars auch etwas kalt. Wir hatten eine direkt Fahrt gebucht, dennoch hat der Bus an einer anderen Station in Ipoh gehalten und wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir nun aussteigen müssen oder nicht. Der Busfahrer konnte leider nicht wirklich englisch und es war etwas schwer sich zu erkundigen. Sonst ging die Fahrt sehr schnell und war angenehm.

Sri Maju from Penang Island to Golden Mile Complex. Clean, spacious seats, no switching of buses required along the journey and no excessive number of stops and detours. Overall happy with my journey.

It’s nice bus, thank you The driver for the safety. However, if the bus stop at the rest-stop where we can buy food, it would be better. The place where we stopped just have the restroom and drinking machine. There is no way to buy snack after more than 2 hours sitting on bus.

Не много непонятно было где получить билеты, но на стойке информации быстро и вежливо объяснили куда пройти. Автобус очень комфортный. К счастью для нас он задержался в пути и вместо указанных 6:30 приехал на конечную только к 9:00.

Couldnt Sleep, driver spent first 2.5 hours talking away really loud with some guy, then later when we were stopped stuck waiting line with bus traffic buildup from boarder the driver played a movie on his IPad had had the sound blasting so loud you can hear it through whole bus...he should use headphobes is disrespectful on an overnight bus. The fact it was the company employees disrupting and not guests i would never recommend them. They arent professional.

Bus ride was comfortable and staff was friendly enough, unlike many of the other bus companies servicing this area. The bus was over 3 hours late, but a good portion of that delay was waiting for other passengers at immigration, which is not the fault of the bus company.

Hat alles bestens geklappt! Da wir etwas früher als geplant am Counter eintrafen konnten wir ganz unkompliziert auf einen Bus früher umbuchen, perfekt! Personal am Counter und dr Busfahrer waren sehr nett! Der Bus allerdings hat die ganze Fahrt über an der Hinterachse schrecklich, laute Geräusche von sich gegeben. Aber auf jeden Fall würden wir dieses Unternehmen wieder buchen, daher eine Empfehlung!

Really comfy and spacious seats. Which also recline. Had a 30 mins break about halfway to eat and use the bathroom. It was pretty chilly since it had a/c but can’t complain about that.

El bus salió perfecto a la hora, es comodo y con excelente aire acondicionado, pero no tiene baño y no dan agua. Intentan parar pronto si alguien avisa que necesita ir al baño. Antes de llegar a la frontera el personal para media hora a comer. El tramite en la frontera el personal nos dió la cartola semi-rellena y nos acompaño, fue rápido. En internet informaba que llegaría a las 16:40 hrs. pero llegó a las 20:10 hrs. y nos dejó en la calle en Hat Yai.

Bus was comfortable, AC a bit cold. Good thing: got wifi in the bus. Bad thing: drivers don't speak English so you don't understand much in importants moments like border controls, but nothing terrible. And also they should explain you better how the border control works.

- Bus sehr komfortabel, viel Platz und bequeme Sitze.
Contra:
- Bus war 4 Stunden verspätet bei der Ankunft
- der Busfahrer fuhr sehr agressiv
- der Busfahrer rauchte während der Fahrt, der Rauch zog stark in den Fahrgastraum
