The tour was excellent. We arrived over an hour early in chiang mai, check in was simple, seat comfortable and they provided a blanket. The toilet in the bus was CLEAN and worked! If you know flix bus in Europe this is 1000 times better. They gave water, and snacks. You can charge your phone on the bus and they do stop during the night for food at a restaurant. No internet on board but that isn’t promised either. They do turn off the lights during the night

The trip itself was really great, the bus is very comfortable and big, and you get a free water and a free snack. They also give you a blanket, since it gets cold from the ac.
The problematic thing was changing the voucher to a real ticket, you have to do that in advance at the sombat tour office, which is around 2km away from the bus station. This is not mentioned in the voucher and if we didn’t read about it in the comments, we would have not have known. The sombat office at the bus station was empty, and it seems it’s permanent, so you can not change it there. The ticket includes a meal coupon, which was also not mentioned anywhere, besides in other traveler comments.

I always use Sombat Tour between BKK and Hua Hin. Excellent bus service. 12Go booking site advised to be at the bus station one hour before departure time but it was not necessary. I waited too long doing nothing.15 minutes before departure time is enough.

Everything was ok. The Bus was on time and we even arrived earlier in Chiang Mai than scheduled.
There was a lot of space in the Bus for every passenger, but the seats where not as comfortable as expected.

The bus was good , very comfortable seats and the driving skills was good. My only complaint is that there was no announcement in English to explain that we had stopped for the meal at the restaurant. It took me a while to work out what was going on.

It was really good experience. The seats are big enough, you can have also massage, they give you some sugar snacks which are totally fine, they give a bottle of water. We stopped just one time in the middle of a trip. Everything was good.

Seats are comfortable, they give you small snacks and earplugs to watch movies. Not much directions given for the meal we had at the bus stop (included in the ticket) it would be nice if it was explained a little. Overall we were comfortable for that very long trip !

돈므앙으로 방콕에 도착한 뒤 곧장 후아힌으로 이동하는 데 가장 완벽한 선택이었던 것 같네요. 출발 시간은 조금 늦었고 방콕 시내 다소 교통체증이 있었는데도 후아힌 도착은 정시에 했어요. 의자는 매우 넓고 편안하며 실내 공기도 쾌적합니다.

Surprised how comfortable the bus was. Much more room than on a plane. Water provided and an onboard toilet.
Staff at bus station helpful.
Bus terminated in Bangkok very near a Metro station.
Would use again.

They only reason I did not give them a 5 rating nobody knew English. Bus was exceptionally comfortable clean. 10 min depater delay. In Huanin there where Taxis available. We got a Bottle of water.

Only downside for me was the fact that the operating staff didn't speak a word to me and everything was in Thai.

Agree with many other travelers, when the seat is reclined, there is no leg room so very uncomfortable if you cannot bend your legs for a long period of time. Secondly, no announcements in English so can be very difficult to get your bearings, especially as this is a night bus and you would be naturally tired as well. Other that that, very pleasant journey, the hours just went by without actually realizing it.

Very good service stopped near the big market so very easy to catch the A1 bus to Don muang so very easy transfer. Don't fall for the taxi drives unless you need to go elsewhere the bus is 30baht

Bus from Lampang to Bangkok left on time. Smooth traffic and arrived Bangkok in 30mins past estimated arrival time.
Suggest to do the toilet break announcement in English too as we don’t know how long is the break, skipped the shop and went straight to bus.

Très très bon voyage avec cette compagnie, son bus et son "steward".
Fauteuils super confortables, quasiment allongés pour dormir, très larges et... Une fonction massage !
Service de boissons et snacks tout au long du voyage (21 heures) et arrêts judicieusement prévus pour se dégourdir les jambes, pour ceux qui ne dorment pas.
Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix d'avoir pris le bus et non un autre transport.
Nous recommandons fortement, ainsi que les services de 12GO.

VIP 31. The bus itself is absolutely fantastic, incredibly comfortable though it definitely needs a USB port to charge devices. However, the stewardess was a complete disaster from the very beginning she not only didn't understand English but was both rude and confusing against our attempts to communicate. Later, when we arrived at the station she had supposedly told us, she didn't come to tell us we needed to get off and when we realized it on ourselves and tried, it was already past the 10 minutes and she wouldn't allow us to leave. Therefore, we traveled another 40 minutes and payed 500 bahts in a taxi to arrive to our destination. It is a shame such a fantastic service hires these type of people. Very strange to find this type of staff in Thailand.

Unfortunately not a word in English so we felt lost on lunch break -didn’t know what to bring...what to eat..how it worked- you could think to provide a simple activity sheet to international customers
The toilet smell was killing us
Probably I would have done a quick toilet stop every 3 hours (it is really hard to use it with all the bumps and the smell)

Het was een prima trip prima bus met heerlijke stoelen en veel been ruimte. Goede service met zoete snacks en drinken. Jammer genoeg sprak de hostess geen engels zodat we niet begrepen dat we bij de enige stop van de reis met onze ticket een maaltijd konden krijgen.

Comfortable trip with spacious lounging massaging chairs and good service. You receive a neck pillow and blanket. Only reason it wasnt a 5 because there weren’t any plugs to charge your phone and sometimes it got a little smelly because of the bathroom. Some kind of air freshner would have helped.
