Well organised and nice ferry. We arrived 1.5h before departure to get the immigration paper work done which takes a bit of time. Ferry ride was comfortable and went quick!

We went from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Mook, we had to change boats in Koh Lanta, overall the boat was about 30 Minutes late. The boat from Koh Lanta to Koh Mook/Lipe was very crowded, some people didn‘t get a seat, which is not acceptable for this price.

Excellent service. Went to the port the day before we departed just to look around and the Speedboat company offered us a free transfer from our Hotel to the harbour. This saved us a taxi fare. Brilliant

The van ride was fantastic, on time and smooth journey.
The boat was horrendous- first of all we stopped at an island with nothing on it for 1 hour, even tho it was supposed to be only 20 minutes.
We then stopped again because 2 people out of the whole boat wanted to see another tiny island with nothing but rubbish on the beach.

The boat was about 45 minutes late arriving at the pick up location and 50 mins late arriving to my final destination. Like others, I do wish they tell you when you book that they stop at other islands, andwhat the route looks like, just to help plan coordinating pick-ups at the destination. I had no way to contact my driver meeting me at the destination to say I was running almost an hour behind schedule, but thankfully he was still waiting for me when I eventually got here. The guys on the boat were helpful with bags and had everything else down to a science. And I do understand that Thai time is a real thing! :) Schedules are just more relaxed here than what i’m used to in the states. But some extra communication between the boat drivers and the people working at the pick up points would be really helpful so we at least knew what was going on. Otherwise it was very easy.

Wir wurden auf ein voll besetztes ausflugsboot gesetzt und mussten warten bis alle passagiere vom Ausflug zurück waren. Danach noch ein ausflugsstop von dem wir nichts wussten. Das war nicht gut gelöst. Lag wohl daran das wenige Touristen von koh tarutao nach koh lipe weiterfahren wollten.

Un peu difficile de trouver l'embarcadère, qui en fait est bien à Saladan mais n'est pas l'embarcadère principal. On doit attendre dans un petit bar qu'on vienne nous y chercher en pick-up pour aller à l'embarcadère concerné, plus petit et décentré. Apparemment certains voyageurs sont informés puisqu'ils y arrivent directement ? Mais ensuite ça se passe plutôt bien, un peu de retard mais rien de grave. La mer était plutôt moutonneuse et le speed boat tapait un peu, mais l'équipage a fait le job. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez les tympans délicats, 3 hors bord de 250 cv chacun ça ronfle fort, surtout si on est à l'arrière...

L'accoglienza in aeroporto è stata ottima,Il transfert dall'aereoporto al porto non è stato dei migliori, l'autista del van guidava dando dei brevi colpi di acceleratore e poi lasciava di colpo per tutto il viaggio, andare a scatti non è il massimo per chi patisce il mal di auto... non ne capivo il motivo ma se continua così il van, che era nuovo , avrà presto dei problemi.....dal porto a Koh Lipe il viaggio è andato bene con il motoscafo veloce in un paio di ore siamo arrivati

The boat is really small and the engines make too much loud noise (it’s imposible to sleep).

Overall smooth ride. We bought a direct ticket to Koh Lanta however the boat stopped in Koh Phi Phi...result, 30mns delay getting to destination. Not a train smash but better be aware.

Tout était bien! Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire par contre est le manque d’aide du personnel à l’embarquement avec les bagages. On nous regarde se débrouiller comme on peut sans qu’aucun ne lève le petit doigt pour aider.

L'heure de ramassage fixé par 12go n'était pas bonne 7h00 au lieu de 7h45. Nous aurions apprécié de rester plus longtemps au lit et surtout de prendre un bon petit déjeuner au lieu de la boîte fourni par l'hôtel.
La mer était assez calme et la traversée en speed boat qui dure moins de 1h30 est très rapide pour rejoindre Phuket depuis Ko Lanta.

Some of the driver's behaviour wasn't been safe during trip. For example, they switched drivers while cruising (several times), leaving no one at the wheel for brief moments. However, the worst part was when the driver made a hard left turn at full speed, without warning the passengers. He made that turn because of something he watched, who turn out to be just to catch an fish from the sea. I was expecting more professionalism from the tripulation in general, and the driver in particular.
On the other side, they gave a bottle of fresh water to every passenger for free, who was a nice gesture.

Bien. Lo q cabe esperar, aparte hicimos una parada de 15 min en una playa bonita, dan agua. Los trabajadores de la empresa atentos, se explican bien. El desembarco tb estuvo correcto, por una pasarela flotante y te embarcan y descargan el equipaje. En el puerto de pak bara has de pagar por entrar allí y por ir a kolipe 220 bth. Lo avisaron en el ticket de confirmación del billete. Todo correcto.

El viaje en el fast boat estupendo, fue rápido y puntual. Sin sobresaltos.
Lastima que por la mañana nos dijeran que nos recogían a las 06:30 en frente del hotel Chanalai Garden, y no lo hicieron hasta las 07:30 que nos vino a buscar un taxista privado (no una minivan) después de llamar dos veces a la empresa y pedirle información. Nos hace pensar que o se olvidaron de nosotros (llevavamos allí desde las 06:15) o tienen un descontrol muy grande...

To pick us up from Hotel, to take us to the pier was fantastic. The fast boat also very comfortable.
One detail, it seemed like there were not enough safe jacket for every passenger.

Boat was a bit late and very full but it was quite well organized. People got tags where they’re going and our backpacks were tagged too. Boat picked us up from the shore and dropped us off at Koh Muk pier, no need for longtails.
