Trip went good. Took longer because of picking up a lot of people, so we only arrived much later in Hoi an. Additionally, we could not drive into the old town as we expected, so it took longer to reach our hotel. This could have been communicated earlier.

We were not expecting a minibus but it was reasonably comfortable and efficient. Better indication of where to wait at start of the journey might have been helpful as we were inside and everyone else was outside where the bus stopped. The two stops were very close together which seemed odd and the second was unnecessary. It was great that they dropped us at our hotel though.

Hue tourist chose not to pick up from our hotel but the coach journey was fine, The toilet stop was a shop with no facilities other than the products for sale and a clean toilet, no where to sit etc but this was a relatively short trip. The driver dropped us very close to our hotel in Hue which was very much appreciated

More than just a bus ride from Hue to Hoi An: they stop at different places along the way and you can even have an hour in Da Nang. Really enthusiastic guide on the bus, who brings you (close to) your stay in Hoi An.

We took this bus from Hoi An to Hue. Pickup at our hotel was not available (even though the bus passed right by it), but no problem as the pickup point was only a 10 minute walk away. Although the scheduled departure was 7:00am, the office advised us to be at the pickup point at 7:30 when we requested hotel pickup, and the bus arrived exactly at 7:30. More than just a bus ride, there's also an English-speaking guide on-board who provided a lot of information about the area and local culture. Due to bad weather (fog), the bus took the tunnel rather than the Hai Van pass, which is just as well for safety reasons. A 20 minute stop was made in Lang Co for people to use a rest room, and then we were on our way again. We were dropped directly at our hotel in Hue, so there were no taxis to contend with. This was a very good experience, and I'd happily take this bus again.

The bus driver nearly crashed with a motorbike and went out of the bus with a steel bar to hit the other guy. Other than that the bus smelt funny. Ther rest was fine! If you like wild adventures this is your ride!!

Large bus with decent leg room. However, we traveled during monsoon season with heavy rain. We asked for the bus to drop us off along the way where there's place we can hide under the roof but they instead dropping us off at their usual stop which has no roof. So, basically we were all wet.

No issues. The seat was comfortable. We went from Hoi An to Hue. The drive was beautiful through the mountains! We stopped halfway at a toilet (bring your own toilet paper). The driver was good and the guide was friendly. They gave us a bottle of water. Beware that the point on the google map is not actually where the address is in Hoi An. Instead go to the historic Hoi An hotel which corresponds with the actual address that they give you. The driver will pull in there. Don’t panic, there’s no sign and the people in the hotel or the tourist center next door don’t really know but it is the right spot.

I used private car Hue to Hoi-an(Vietnam). Driver(name of AN) arrived on time car was super nice. Driver was guide few places on way to go. We arrival exactly right location. Really appreciate 12go HUE company and driver 'AN'

First off, the entire Hue to Da Nang journey took 3 hours, not 1.5 hours as stated on the website - this is very misleading.
The driver was 20 min late, he called the hotel and told them that he would be late, I didn't receive any messages / whatsapp from the driver. Then the hotel front desk told me the driver was going to be late after I checked out. I could have waited a bit in my room if I had gotten the info earlier.
The driver spoke very little, very little English, basic Hi, yes, no, sorry, nevertheless he was polite. I'm not sure if it's the Vietnamese culture, they just can't keep their hands off the phone. He was reading messages, texting, making calls and answering calls on the phone (no Bluetooth no "hands-free") throughout the entire journey. Hence he was driving slow on the fast lane while the other cars were honking and over-taking us.

The office,from which the bus had to leave, was closed.The bus itself came 45minutes later the scheduled and the vehical was old,definitelly not the one,that was in the picture.Aircon was not suffivcient to cool the bus at all.The agent came 15minutes before the bus and informed us about everything,however with such circumstances and the high price,I would expect some discount or free watter at least.

The bus is small and very cramped more suited to a local school run than a 4.5 hour journey. Narrow seats and no leg room.

we really enjoyed our trip to Hoi An and our tour guide, Bon, was very good (we learn a lot from him);
the bus was a bit old and it was not very spacious for tall peopke; also we jumped inside with every bumb in the road...

Turned out to be a small van rather than a bus, very little AC and the driver was kind enough to stop for him to have a bathroom break while no one else got the chance. Have seen much better service for cheaper in Vietnam.

Pickup time and location was unclear (I suspect 12go Asia picks a random spot?) And the bus seats were a little small, but a comfortable ride overall and the driver and guide were very helpful and professional. I would suggest that you email or call ahead of time to confirm pickup time and location. Also very reasonably priced compared to a taxi to da Nang then separate bus or train!

Pro: they picked us up right at our doorstep and came only fifteen minutes late.
Con: - they stopped several times without reason.
- very uncomfortable seats.
- We were told during the trip we couldn't get to the centre of Hoi An. "No problem", we thought since we didn't need to go to the center. People with stops in Da Nang and right before the centre were dropped off to the centimeter. We were simply told, "you have to get out", and they took our bags out while we explained we were a five minutes ride away on the edge of Hoi An. No "sorry". No other options. They just left. We had to walk forty-five minutes along a busy motorway. This is actually the second time it happened during our visit to Vietnam only this time they had somewhat of an excuse. We are never travelling with these people again and probably never going to book with 12go again.

Stopped halfway at some cinnamon oil factory to try to sell it to us, then stopped to wash the bus and fill up with gas. Otherwise, picked up a couple of km away from our departing hotel and dropped off right outside our arriving hotel. Wifi on the bus was fast and free.

Bus is tiny with small leg-room. It is also serves as a tour bus for people visiting Phong Nha Cave from Hue so lots of pick ups before you leave the city. No water unless you are part of the tour.

Not a nice trip. the minibus was packed and we had to sit separately, us two in the bsck with the luggage and our daughters next to the driver. We were dumped out of the bus by an unhappy driver next to a hotel where they didn't let us get out, not a great expérience at all.
