I will never use you again I made a mistake with the date I was at the pier they would not change the date I had to bye another ticket I will pursue this with my bank to get my money back I have also talked to people not to use your service I payed for a ticket that I could not use your staff are very rude because of my mistake they said that I had to bye another ticket

If tickets were purchased through 12go.asia, than meet directly at the Pier for check-in and luggage security check. There is no bathroom or air condition at the pier, so be prepared if you check-in too early. My group checked-in about 30 minutes from departure time. We departed about 15 minutes late. Business class deck was very rocky in upper deck. I'd recommend purchasing the economy class deck because it is lower and will have less rocking back and forth.

All personnel from ticket agents to security were professional and friendly. The trip itself was not the least bit pleasant as it was VERY rough and many passengers became sick. Also - I still don't know why I paid an additional 50 baht for "Priority Handling"???

Very good and organized Ferry, clean and staff are very friendly and co-operative..
The only suggestion is in the toilets..
It should also have handle to hold when you are in..
Otherwise it's highly recommended..

Prompt service in schedule, economy class was ok and worth of money, last time I travelled in Business, but my opinion is not to pay extra for the table in so short trip. Plenty of room to sit alone if you want

Paid extra for the business class and well worth it, although we were siting at the front where there is no access to a small table, like the other seats in the centre of the ship. We will book ferry again in April and will try and get the seats with table on the outside.

Best way to get from Hua Hin to Pattaya. Service was good, comfort ok but very disappointed that there was not an outside observation area. Really needs a snack bar or small restaurant.

Very comfortable. Staff helpful but boat left Hua Hin approximately 30 minutes late and arrived at Pattaya 50 minutes late even though the sea was very calm and no wind. It is a long pier in Pattaya with no help for the elderly. We are over 70.
