Arriving at the peer for the ferry was a little confusing as to where to go.
Boarding the ferry we also a little confusing as to what the process is.
That being said, once we realized there is no process. It was simple.

Check-in and Pick-location was not the one sent in the email/e-ticket. It was a 10 minute ride away near Si Wichai 16.
Other than this misinformation everything was well organised.

Отличная стоимость!
Перемещались с острова в аэропорт. При посадке на паром сотрудник уточнил время нашего вылета и указал это на наших наклейках, но при покупке мы уже выбрали время не позже которого хотим быть на финише и поэтому такие наклейки могут запутать остальных.
Сотрудники в порту Сураттхани не смог сразу чётко проинструктировать нас о дальнейших действиях. Сначало надо было ждать в здании, затем в автобусе, как позже прояснилось мы ждали попутчика с другого парома.

Everything (1 ferry, 2 bus)lined up well and was on time. Easy to find the connecting bus and plenty of info given. Second bus (minivan) was very squished and tight. All our bags shoved in between seats and at peoples feet. Seats are ok for a short person, bad for a tall person.

It want clear what the timing should be so we missed the 12:00 ferry then we travelled to the ticket office in Sri Raja for the 15:00 ferry but we also missed that one by a few minutes. This was avoidable as we waited there for more than an hour so we could have left at least 15 minutes earlier and make it. In the end we were on the 16:00 ferry which was almost an hour late.

Ferry really nice and comfortable and the two vans were also nice. We didn't understand before that we're going to take two different cars to get from the ferry to Ao Nang but it went smoothly and as soon as we arrive to Surathani they explained us and told us the wait would be around 15min until the next van arrive. Then the second van made the rest of the way and got us until our hotel.

We hadden tickets gekocht waarbij we om 19 uur aan zouden komen op Koh Phangan. Uiteindelijk waren we er pas om 21.30 uur. De bus was prima, maar op de haven bleek de Ferry die we zouden nemen niet te bestaan, waardoor we daar 2 uur moesten wachten. Uiteindelijk had de boot ook nog vertraging. Er was verder veel onduidelijkheid en weinig uitleg.

The ‘clickable maps link’ on the pdf I got in my emails did not exist on Google Maps.
I copies and pasted the exact address given in the email, it also did not exist on Google Maps.
On the pdf it says pickup is at Surat Thani Town Raja Van. But at the actual place it’s Raja Van Pickup. Which is why we couldn’t find it on Google maps.
The van driver drove very fast.
Once we got to the pier we had to wait an hour to get on the ferry.

The ferry check in with mobile ticket was easy, the ferry departed only 15 minutes late, but the trip took longer than expected and we arrived to Thong Sala 45 minutes late, which wasn’t a big deal, except a friend was waiting a long time to pick me up.

У нас был отель в районе Каосан и нам было очень удобно отправляться на Самуи из этого офиса,который,кстати,выглядит очень солидно-отзывчивый персонал(было очень мило ,когда мы отъезжали,а они стояли и махали нам вслед).Можно спокойно посидеть и подождать свой автобус-есть кондиционер,wi-fi.
Сиденья в автобусе раскладываются довольно таки прилично,есть подставки для ног.выдают покрывальца,так что спать было вполне комфортно,на сколько это вообще может быть комфортно при длительных поездках.Работа всех сегментов (автобус-паром-трансфер до отеля) выстроена четко.Кстати ,советую брать с трансфером до отеля так как пирс прибытия на Самуи находится в стороне от основной дороги,проходящей по окружности острова и ,где ходят сонгтео.
Паром большой,грузо-пасажирский,волны почти его не раскачивают,так что людям с морской болезнью будет здесь наверное комфортнее,чем на небольшом современном лайнере
Вобщем компанию Raja Ferri советую.
Сайт 12go.asia стал настоящей находкой для меня,во время подготовки к этому путешествию в Тайланд.Очень информативный,интуитивно понятный,наличие русского языка,отзывов,вопросов и ответов на них.Теперь ,при путешествиях в азию,я буду пользоваться им сам и советовать другим.Спасибо.

Very good staff, clean bus, pretty spacious seats which you can easily move back without taking space from passenger behind you.
I'll recommend them to do the head count before leaving after the pause.
Ferry is also okay, not modern or something but good enough to do the Job right.

Все прошло нормально. Поездка состоялась. Одно непонятно. Билет был куплен с отправлением в 18.00 час, да ещё пишут нужно за час прибыть. Зачем???? Если в результате отправление происходит в 19.30 час.

Всё супер, но при выборе билетов обратите внимание на то, чтобы был трансфер до отеля на Самуй. Билет будет чуть дороже, но трансфер на микрике или такси на месте вам выйдет от 400 до 600 бат.
Также, в наш самый дешёвый билет не входил ланч-бокс. Но на всех остановках было, что перекусить)
Автобус хороший) по выходу в порту, сразу смотрите на пирсе паром на Самуй. Мне кажется, мы наш ближайший профукали, т.к. были с группой, а в итоге вся наша остальная группа ехала на Панган))
Рассвет на пирсе прекрасен!

Ехали на новом просторном автобусе, даже не ожидал, что будет так комфортно (в сравнении с Ломпфаей) — даже покормили вкусным рисом.

Excelente. Nos dieron sandwiches y agua, mientras esperábamos el bus estuvimos en un lobby muy cómodo. El bus era cómodo y los asientos se reclinaban mucho. Habia mantas y almohada. Una parada para cenar de media hora y seguimos. El viaje paso muy rápido. Luego esperamos el ferry que tambien era cómodo. Llegamos a destino a la hora indicada.

Good service. They provide blanket, pillow, water and chicken fried rice.
Try to get out asap of the ferry and check in the bus so you don't get the last seats (not very comfortable and you get the smell from the toilet)

The mini-bus was new and the air/con worked perfectly, not ice cold not too warm. Our driver was conscious of the speeds travelled and got us to the ferry 25 minutes early. The Raja ferry was old and slow, but the bigger ships are smoother sailing in rough rainy season waters and we were happy to take our time and enjoy the views. Very good service if you like to travel slow and enjoy the company of Thai people.

The seats in the ferry was comfortable. U could choose to sit in an air-condition area or non air-condition area. Free to roam around at the open air area. A little set back was the toilet, its wet & smelly. Other than that, its good!

It was a smooth transfer from Ferry to bus, bus was spacious, they give you little dinner box and blanket with pillows. I slept the whole way.

All true, what's written in here. So sorry for copy / paste: The trip was much better than I expected. The Veronica residence was easy to find, the staff was extremely helpful and explained everything. They gave us a sandwitch and bottle of water included in the price. We were given a pillow and a blanket in the bus, and the seats could be regulated to almost horizontal position. I slept 9 hours, better than in any hotel. Bus had a toilet as well.The bus drive run smoothly, and there were new staff members at the ferry port, again explaining us everything. The ferry took ~2 h to get to Koh Samui, where a van was waiting for us and took us directly to the hotel door. Amazing service for the price! Thanx a lot guys!
