Шикарные спальные сидения. Включён перекус, напитки и небольшая горячая еда на остановке. Кондиционер в этом автобусе был нормальнвй, не пришлось заклеевать скотчем.

Ехали семьей все было замечательно. Встречали на платформе, завели в автобус. Давали пироженки и воду. Были пледы, кондиционер, туалет внизу. Сидения раскладываются почти полностью, укрылись пледами и спали всю ночь. По дороге остановка в 12 ночи покормили в кафе (еда местная, есть можно) потом вышли и смогли прикупить фруктов, печенек и прочее. Спасибо перевозчику. Правда для тех кого укачивает 2й этаж все время покачивало, но правда нас не укачало.

The journey itself was quite comfortable. I had an old bus to travel on so non of the mod cons like USB ports.Yet the driver let me get off earlier than the original planned stop as I had made a mistake with my end destination in Phuket. Yet unfortunately, my luggage had been opened and searched through that I had put in the hold and my cash card was taken from my carry on bag, I assume when i had gone to the loo or fallen asleep. So Lock your luggage up and carry all valuables in your pockets. School boy errors on my part really.

The seats were great, we had a lot of space for the legs and we could lower our seat without bothering the person behind us. However, the service was mediocre, the hostess was disrepectfull, i never saw anything like that. She was screaming at passengers, threw things on the floor and was very agressive. For example, the bus left later than expected, so i just went down to take something i forgot in my bag. When she saw me go down the stairs, she just yelled at me, with big movements with her arms, to go back up. Also, during the trip she was serving little cakes for snacks, and instead of passing them gently to the passengers, she was throwing them at us very agressively. Finally, at one time during the trip we stopped to grab two other passengers. Half of the bus was empty when we left at the beggining, and we had a bag that was running all over the floor because of the movements of the bus, so we decided to put it on the seat beside us. It turned out that the seat was occupied by the new passengers. When the hostess saw our bag, she started yelling something in thaï. I don't know what she was saying, but i believed she wanted to know who layed down his bag there. I was kind of scared because she seamed really mad. I said it was mine, and told calmly that i could take it back. Again, she grabed it very agressively and threw it at me. Over all, this woman clearly didn't like her job, and she offered us a horrible service. Also there were some instuctions given during the trip about the arrival in bangkok. We never understood what it was because she only told it in thaï (we never heard her talk to us in english), and it finally turned out that we arrived at an other bus terminal than the one that was mentionned. In a good way, it was closer to the place we were going after, but when you are taking a trip bus, you expect it to bring you to the place that was mentionned, and it wasn't the case. We only understood that we weren't at the good place when we looked on google map. Over all, the bus was comfortable, but the service given was the worst i ever saw.

The buses are extremely comfortable so it is possible to sleep on the overnight bus as the seats fully recline. You are provided with water, snacks and a blanket for the journey. The bus can be quite cold so bundle up. The bus makes about 1 or 2 stops along the way as well. There is a toilet on the bus but still bring your own toilet paper. The bus left about 15 minutes late and my foot rest could not go back down once reclined but all and all very comfortable ride and journey with no issues. We even arrived at Mo Chit earlier then expected. Please confirm with the driver which bus terminal you will arrive at as there are a few in Bangkok.

The bus ride it self was okay. Started a bit late, but still arrived early. The drivers was speeding a bit which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. The included food gave me and my friend food poisoning.

Понравилось. Комфортабельный автобус. Удобные спальные кресла. Вода, сок, булочки. Радушно встретили в кассе, быстро поменяли ваучер на билет. При отъезде проводили на платформу. Днём бесплатно хранили вещи в кассе. Очень хороший вокзал, многие кафе, бутиков, на третьем этаже огромный зал по продаже антиквариата, очень интересно. Рядом с вокзалом небольшая полянка на которой можно поваляться в ожидании рейса. Восемь часов пролетели незаметно.

Extremely comfortable seats with three times the leg room than standard economy seats on planes. Comfortable air-conditioning. Overall pleasant experience which I would be more than happy to do again.
We arrived earlier than expected which was okay as we had no prearranged transport from the terminal however could see people who had and were frustrated.
No meals on the trip provided only snacks however opportunity to eat during a 20 minute stop is available. Recommend bringing additional snacks and eating prior.

ผมนั่งขาไปและขากลับ กรุงเทพภูเก็ต
เอาไอแมคขนไปด้วย นั่งชั้นล่าง เลขที่37
ชั้นล่างคือแอร์นรกมาก ร้อนไฟฟไหม้ รถขับเร็วแล้วแอร์หาย หายใจแทบไม่ออกเหงื่อโทรมเลย
ควรปรับปรุง แมลงแกลบตัวเล็กๆ กินขนมผมไปหมดเลย และไต่บนตัวนิดหน่อย คนเกลียดกลัวแมลงสาบควรเลี่ยง
นอกนั้น ก็โอเคครับ รถถึงเร็วกว่ากำหนดการ อาจจะหวาดเสียวหน่อย เกือบสวัสดีท้ายรถสิบล้ออยู่รอบนึง
ที่นั่ง ใครจะไปควรหาหมอนรองคอไปด้วยครับ
แต่คะแนนน้อยเพราะ จองรถวีไอพี 24 คุณพระวีไอพียังน่ากลัวขนาดนี้ ธรรมดาจะเป็นอย่างไร
โกรธมาก แจ้งว่าแอร์เสีย เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าก็ขึ้นไปนั่งข้างบน อ้าวววว

Staff didnt speak english, so i didnt know when there would be a break or what's going on. There was a meal at the mid break, but nobody told me. I was lucky enough to walk inside and got seated at a table with other passengers. Bus was quite comfortable and driver was nice. At least he could tell me how long the break will be.
No fresh water in the bus toilet!

Рейс 08.02.2018г на 19:30 из Бангкока с Южного автовокзала был организован и прошел в целом хорошо.
Недостатки:
1. Мы сидели на 1 этаже автобуса места 37,38,39 - присутствовал запах туалета.
2. В салоне сильно работал кондиционер и было периодически холодно.
3. От туалета на остановке мы были в шоке. Может местное население такой туалет и считает нормальным, но мы были в шоке. В туалете вместо унитаза мы увидели отверстие в полу, а смывать надо было чашкой из маленького огражденного типа "бассейна"
4. Не было вай фая.
Плюсы:
1. Удобные сидения в автобусе - раскладываются.
2. Быстро приехали
3. Была вода, сок и кекс
4. Были пледы.
Совсем не понравилась поездка из Пхукет Таун Термина 2 до города Бангкок 05 февраля 2018г на 19:00.. Нас посадили не на наш автобус. Мы купили билеты через интернет на 19.00 на вип24 автобус, места 37,38,39 до южного автовокзала города Бангкока. Получили билеты в кассе автовокзала. Наши билеты проверяли сотрудницы (2 женщины) на платформе Терминала 2. В билетах должно же быть указано - до Южного автовокзала. В результате мы приехали на Северный автовокзал города Бангкок. Как такое могло произойти? А кто тогда ехал на наших местах в автобусе до Южного автовокзала? Это было сделано специально? Или оплошность сотрудников на платформе автобуса?
В автобусе из Терминала 2 Пхукет Таун до Бангкока мы тоже сидели на 1 этаже места 37,38,39. Периодически пахло туалетом в салоне. И почему то не было сока, только вода и кексы. Пледы были и вай фай был до полпути. Если бы не то обстоятельство, что нас посадили на не тот автобус, то мое мнение бы было лучше о вип автобусе. Но так сервис не дотягивает до статуса вип.

Всё понравилось, автобус отошёл вовремя. Кондишн регулируется (можно вообще закрыть).Тёплые вещи не понадобились. Прибыли в Пхукет на 2часа раньше. Единственное, мне , ростом185см., Нужно было приспособиться к креслу, а супруга с сынкой(7лет) даже выспались. Ну и ещё, в кассы нужно подняться на 3 этаж торгового центра SC PLAZA(сразу можно не найти, они находятся среди торговых рядов).

It's convenient and comfortable ride..The bus air-conditioning is cold so bring your jacket/sweater with you..The bus driver drove within speed limit and I'm a Muslim they even cater halal food when we reached at pitstop as included in the fare..totally recommended to everyone

Alles hat super funktioniert: Unkomplizierte Buchung und Check-in, freundliches Personal, 2 Fahrer die regelmäßig gewechselt haben, pünktliche Ankunft, sehr guter Bus mit Snack, Getränk und funktionierender Klimaanlage. Insgesamt sehr seriös und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Confort incomparable sur un VIP 24 places.
Climatisation poussée à l'extrême. Peut-être n'y a t il pas de régulateur de température ?
Difficile de parler en Anglais pour pouvoir descendre sur les arrêts avant la gare routière de Phuket Town.
Un très bon voyage dans l'ensemble.

Really great drive from Bangkok to Phuket! The bus left about 30 minutes late, but we still arrived on time. There was no movie playing all night, like most other busses, and I was able to turn the AC vent away from me. The chairs reclined back very far, and blankets and snacks were provided. Overall a great experience.

W takim autokarze jeszcze nie jechałem. Autokar jest bardzo wygodny, dużo przestrzeni. Siedzenia rozkładane, spokojnie można całą podróż przespać. Polecam !!!

Worst bus trip I ever had.
Let's start from the positive: A lot of space in every seat, clean seats and bus in general. A bottle of water and cake snaks offered.
BUT: A horrible driving (sudden breaks, for example) and (maybe) too small wheels for such a big bus mad the bus move like hell on the road. It was very very unconfortable and we couldn't rest at all during the whole night.
Moreover, music was very loud, until they turned it off during sleeping time. The individual lights were not working so if you wanted to read it was not possible.
The stops in Bangkok were confusing, the driver did not speak English and so he couldn't tell us where we were. We got off in the northern terminal instead of in southern terminal.
A hell of a trip.

TV was only on for one movie.the night light above seat did not work. We arrived in phuket town 2 hours late the on board device was non existing. We stopped for half hour for food and there was no food available in the vip area.

Trip could have been excellent, but when we arrived at the bus station the staff tried to put us upstairs on seats that we did not book. This behaviour makes me angry, so dishonest it is. I booked two seats downstairs, and still they treated us as if we would not have understood what we have booked. Apart from that the journey was good.

The driver didn't talk in any language except Thai, he left us in the middle of the night somewhere at the high way because he didn't stop at the proper bus station. It's ridiculous.

Overall trip was okay.
Seat comfort 6/10
Stopped off for free food half way through. Snack and water also provided whilst on board.
Only issues, the A/C had a faint smell of urine (fan located near the bathroom I presume)
Wifi didn't work.
Bathroom was dirty.
