Berlepas telah ditangguhkan selama dua jam. Tandas di dalam bas itu rosak. Jika tidak, anda harus tahu bahawa anda sedang memulakan perjalanan bas yang sangat panjang. Tiada keselesaan di situ. Tetapi mereka tiba dengan selamat

Perjalanan semuanya baik-baik saja. Hanya maklumat yang diberikan oleh 12go Asia adalah sangat tidak tepat.

Mereka menyelesaikan misi membawa kami ke pasar dan pulang ke rumah. TETAPI mereka tidak memberi anda maklumat tentang apa-apa, tiada cerita tentang kawasan dan pasaran anda. Kami sentiasa berada di belakang jadual kerana mereka tidak dapat mengatur siapa untuk menaiki bas mana... Jadi kami menunggu selama 40 minit dalam keadaan panas di hadapan bas kami... Mereka berhenti di kedua-dua jalan di sebuah petrol untuk mengisi bas... Kami mempunyai idea mereka hanya mahu pelancong itu membeli barangan. Anda terpaksa meninggalkan kereta dan kemudian tunggu 15 minit lagi untuk meneruskan perjalanan.

Saya memberikan ini 5 bintang hanya kerana saya sangat bersyukur mempunyai pengangkutan ke Koh Phangan untuk NYE. Ia benar-benar pilihan terakhir yang tersedia. Bas itu penuh sepenuhnya. Tiada bas tidur tetapi kebanyakan tempat duduk bersandar. Saya tidak boleh tidur. Kami mempunyai kira-kira 2 jam menunggu di dermaga untuk feri. Feri perlahan dan sangat kasar, tetapi saya sangat letih sehingga saya tidur sepanjang perjalanan kerana ia hanya separuh penuh.

Bau tandas itu sangat mengerikan ... Dan saya tidak bercakap tentang berada di dalam tandas seluruh bas berbau

It's all very disorganized with little explanation as to what's happening. Also the first bus was very uncomfortable with a disgusting bathroom. With all that being said, I did get to my destination on time which is the main thing

No blankets in a bus, too cold, aircondicion in unmanaged. Toilet is terrible: no water, door is broken. USB recharger not working. Stop for eat is too late, at 1 a.m. and a place of Stop was horrible.

The water was leaking into the bus. Our luggage was wet.

Bin nach 19 Std. In Khao Lak angekangekommen..geplant waren 16 Std..diverse Umsteigeprozeduren einschließlich Wartezeiten von 2 Std..AC gab es nur für den Bus nach Surat Thani..2 Sterne dafür, dass Alles durchorganisiert war, aber diese Tour würde ich nicht mit Bus empfehlen..

The stars are for the cost and and the unexpected laughs! The bus was half an hour late at Bangkok station. We were just toying with hitting the booking.com App as it arrived. It wasn't one bus either, it was 2 buses, a taxi, a 2 hour wait, a van and a ferry. We were covered in different coloured stickers by the end. Comfort wasn't great and it all felt a bit unreal at times ... nobody was expecting so many stages. If you're not backpacking it probably wouldn't suit.

Honestly, the service by the transport company (Songserm) was lovely and I'll use this again. This is more of a message saying that the restaurant we stopped on our way from Bangkok to Suratthani was outrageous, but well...

Got what I paid for. 4 buses from Bangkok to Koh lanta. Buses all rundown but got me to my accommodation safely. Didn't know what was happening the entire time.

After tiring journey in bus with chilling temperature and no proper response from bus driver or attender. We couldn't sleep and had wait at the port for 2.5 hrs to catch the ferry. The ferry guys ripoff on transport after ferry. Overall avoid this journey in case you can take the flight.

At the beginning we were little bit confused because no-one was at the meeting point on the time (18.30) stated at the ticket. Finally it came out the bus was late so in the end we started like half an hour later.. anyway We arrived punctual (13.30) at Ko Lanta The first part of the trip was until Surat thani (6.30). There we changed the bus going to Krabi where we arrived at 9.30. At 10.30 a small minivan picked us up going over Hua Hin Pier to Ko lanta. For an extra 100 baht he brought us till our guesthouse. So it all worked out well, but in terms of comfortability and duration (and costs) definitely the backpacker's choice ;)

The bus was ok. People on the trip were awesome and we actually arrived earlier than expected. The toilet is what you would expect in a moving vehicle (I.e. the smell isn’t fresh roses). The food stop only served chicken and over priced snacks and I’m veggie so found it difficult to eat. Reaching Krabi we were also told to pay 100 baht to get to our hotel. The man was very admandant and wouldn’t really take no for an answer which kind of got on our nerves.

The itinerary was never communicated, so when we had to get out of the bus at 5 a.m. to transfer to another minibus it came as a surprise. Other than that everything went smoothly and we got to our destination early

Seats were broken, no reserved seats, couldn’t sit with friends. Lack of communication but this is just the Thai way.

Guido in Bangkok was late. The trip to surathani was ik. But the stop place IT can be much better then this one.from surathani to Khaolak I was put in local bus. So afterall Maybe 1 point is better.

Was a little confusing at 1st but it was fine at the end. Could've informed the passengers more on what was going on but other than that it was all gravy

Bus was an hour behind schedule. Otherwise it was decent and I would travel with them again.

The bus was fine, but then we had to wait 4 hours in the midddle of the night for the ferry. The boat was horrible, puked my ass off

Timetable ok. We arrived in time. Bus uncomfortable. No food coupon and no water. No information about stops. The bus toilet was in unacceptable conditions, too dirty. And the toilet at the stops were not free. We were dead on time at the Pick up point but we had to make some call to be sure that somebody will come to pick us up. The company man came after 45 minutes. Never more with paradive travel.

Bus was warm, but not too warm. And there were blankets. But the smell of urine was terrible. We arrived at 4 0 clock at the pier and had to wait 3 hours for the ferry, while sitting on a wooden bench

the bus got a flat tyre so took a lot longer than expected. the a/c above where the seat was leaked water on us the whole trip

My seat was broken, the backrest contstantly went all the way back. The leggrest didn't work at all. The staff was verry unfriendly and rude. During the whole trip they said anything about what was going to happen next. And the end it worked out fine, but it was nicer to know what was happening.

Bus arrived late, ferry got to Koh phangan 2 hours later than listed. The seats were very uncomfortable and absolutely freezing, especially since you can't turn the aircon off since the individual dials are broken. They say you can get a blanket on request but the only time you see an attendant is very briefly as they are herding you on and off the bus, so I wasn't able to get one. If you bring a jacket or something it's manageable. Three stars because despite the discomfort it was safe and there were no confusing transfers to deal with yourself. If you've got the money go on the train or fly, but if you're on a budget then bring a jacket and water/snacks and you'll get to Koh phangan in one piece.

Ride was smooth but hard to hear sound of movie....I suggest English subtitles so the unfortunate can read. Also, I do like to read and above reading lights were not working. I asked driver who said he would fix it...never did!? It's a long ride if you can't sleep!

Only food/drink stop in 18H was at a very expensive, dirty shop from which I'm sure the bus company gets commission. We had to wait for over 2 hours at night for the Ferry and arived 1,5 hour later than promised. The crew wasn't very nice too.. But the price was ok

Bus was uncomfortable, I am used to sleeping well on Thai buses but this one was really bad. They didn't provide blankets and the a/c was too cold, internet didn't work. Ferry was ok. The whole thing was well organized though, I can't complain about that. We arrived later than it was indicated, but that's not a big deal.

I had a join ticket (Bus from Bangkok train station to Surat thani, then ferry to samui. All was good, except the driver was rude to the travelers on the bus. Then there was a 3 hour wait at a run down, dirty station in Surat thani at 3 am where they charge you to use the restroom. Then we took another bus to the Pier where we had another two hours wait. This was during Songkran holiday, however. Cost effective travel with inconveniences......Pure Thailand

Colectivo sucio con olor a pis, lo cambiamos 2 veces, luego esperar 3 horas por el ferry. Llegaba supuestamente a las 9 am llego a las 12 am.

The pickup at the BK Hua Lampong station was on time. The bus was cosier than the plane in my opinion. We had plenty of toilet stops on the way and you can sleep the entire time. Also the minibus was a pleasant experience especially when on board the ferry. Will travel with them in the future

Bus leg: the woman on the bus was rude. You could smell the toilet and there was only one rest stop (after 5 hours) at a shitty place owned by their friends rather than the several with a large 7-Eleven that we passed less than 15 mins earlier! Also the collection point was BK central station, it then took about an hour to drive to Khao San Rd to collect more people (we would have preferred an option or dropdown in the booking to pick it ourselves as we rushed to get across BK in traffic so that we could sit in traffic back to KSR!). No complaints about the boat leg of the journey. You can sit in the sun on top or in the shade and AC downstairs and you can get refreshments and even beers. Boat was big and stable and had good toilets.

The bus and the ferry were both nice, tho they were both at least one hour late! The bus pick up location could be a little more obvious and convenient. Overall good journey for the rest.

It was okay, but in comparison with other bus trips in Thailand this time no food nor snack nor water included, stopped at VERY dirty and expensive food place, wi-fi not working half the time, no stop for food since 1AM to 12AM

Couldn't lower my seat because there was a pole behind it. Sat too close to the toilet, which reeked something horribly everyone someone opened the door. They didn't arrive at the pickup until 40 minutes after what we'd been told. Arrived two hours before the ferry left in the morning, which sucked.

Pretty comfy bus, slept with backpack next to window to spoon, so no theft. Overall good ride

Killer!!! Crazy drivers. Great food stops. Plenty places to get cheap giant beers to pound. Do it!

Bus left late and not in front of the building, but around the block. Nobody seemed to care that we were travelling with two children, nor did anyone bother to give us the refund for the overpaid ticket for them (children get a discount). The seats were okay, but it was impossible to turn the air con off. No complimentary snacks. Instead a useless 45min stop in the middle of the night. We were dropped off around 4am in the middle of nowhere and they let us wait there for aprox 3hrs only to be picked up by another bus that brought us to the ferry terminal. everything was delayed. had to walk several hundred meters with the children, while other busses went directly to the ferry. the ferry was alright. could have been worse, but all in all a disappointment.

Главное быть без кучи чемоданов и приготовиться к нескольким пересадкам, в общем если вы хотите сэкономить то весьма приемлемый вариант.

Was okay. The station where we swapped over busses was dirty and filthy. My seat was semi broken. When I booked my bus ticket online they gave me an option to reserve particular seats only to find on arrival that we in fact were just put on any seat. And woman on board assisting was extremely rude to all of us and if you asked a question she would just yell. Don't think I'll be going with this company again.
