Apakah Kelas & Harga Kereta Api ONCF?
Bergantung pada tempoh perjalanan dan pilihan anda, anda boleh memilih tiket kelas pertama atau kedua dalam koc sleeper untuk perjalanan semalaman atau memilih tempat duduk keras atau lembut, sekiranya ada. Ambil maklum bahawa pilihan kelas tiket adalah bergantung pada laluan dan tempoh perjalanan anda. Pada dasarnya, kereta api anda mungkin menampilkan koc kelas pertama. Tetapi, anda tidak akan dapat menempahnya jika tempoh perjalanan anda hanya dua jam yang singkat. Secara umumnya, tempat tidur kelas kedua ialah pilihan yang bagus untuk perjalanan yang lebih jauh. - Perkara terbaik tentang pengembaraan dengan kereta api ialah tiada kesesakan lalu lintas. Walaupun pada waktu sibuk, cuti panjang hujung minggu atau musim cuti.
- Proses tempahan dalam talian juga adalah mudah. Anda tidak perlu pergi ke stesen kereta api, seperti kebiasaannya di banyak tempat tidak lama dahulu!
- Harga tiket kereta api biasanya lebih berpatutan berbanding dengan tiket kapal terbang. Namun, untuk destinasi dan perjalanan tertentu, jumlah masa perjalanannya mungkin hampir sama
- Walaupun mengembara dengan kereta api jelas lebih perlahan daripada penerbangan, stesen kereta api selalunya terletak di tengah-tengah bandar, menjimatkan masa anda untuk berulang-alik. Lapangan terbang pula biasanya terletak agak jauh dari bandar

Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Kereta Api
- Untuk perjalanan yang lebih jauh, menaiki kereta api pastinya lebih memakan masa berbanding penerbangan
- Kereta api memang berjalan mengikut jadual, tetapi tidak mengikut jadual bukanlah sesuatu yang luar biasa untuk perjalanan dengan kereta api. Kelewatan juga mungkin teruk, jadi jika anda merancang sambungan ke penerbangan anda, semak dengan teliti masa kereta api tiba di stesen dan pertimbangkan dengan baik.
- Kebersihan kadangkala menjadi isu dengan tiket kelas kedua dan ketiga, begitu juga dengan tandas.
- Jika kereta api anda banyak membuat hentian, dalam keadaan tertentu, sukar untuk anda mengetahui masa untuk turun kerana hentian tidak selalu diumumkan atau ditandakan dengan jelas, kecuali jika terdapatnya skrin elektronik.

The train arrived maybe 20 minutes late. The ride was supposed to take 3 hours but took at least 3.5 hours. So, we arrived an hour later than we were supposed to. There was no wifi available even though it was supposed to be included with a first-class seat. Food was supposed to also be included but there was just a sad trolley with very minimal options. The AC was not working well and the air was actually considerably cooler off the train than on it.

Esperienza molto positiva, treno pulito e comodo, con servizio bar e ritiro immondizia continuo per mantenere ordine e dare confortare ai passeggeri. Controlli ad ogni fermata che ci hanno fatto sentire molto sicuri e assistiti. Viaggiare in treno è un modo davvero comodo e confortevole per girare il Marocco.

Modern comfortable fast train. Easy to find our carriage. Luggage storage in short supply but the carriage was not full so we all managed. The train was late so that was a bit confusing but platform staff were helpful.

Your app overcharged us by $30!!! Didn't get the email that contained my tickets! Has to cancel and rebook to the next train departure! Wasnt a good experience dealing with the desk at the train station. They said you over charged us as the actual price was only $59! NOT $89.04

I thought I will be offered free lunch or snack, as this was suggested by the 12go website, but the service man asked for money. I didn't have to pay for WC or Aircon, no TV on a board.

The ride was nice and the AC worked. But half an hour in the bus broke down and we stood in the heat without the machine working. No AC and the sun was burning but they could solve it (other bus drives were stopping to help) and the rest of the ride was totally fine.

Very capable driver who ensured we had a break midway and arrived on time. My only regret is that there was no clear, advanced warning that we had to pay an additional amount for our luggage. This meant we had to run to stand in a queue to pay this fee and get stickers for our luggage. I have never seen this done in any other country and the bus company should seriously consider a better alternative.

The train was 2 hours late departing, close to four hours late arriving. “First class” I want expecting an Italian rail experience but it was close to travelling in India standard. The seats and carriage absolutely stunk and the toilets were unusable and the stench was rank. Need to lift their gain before the World Cup.

Although appearing chaotic at the station, it is actually fairly organised. You need to make sure you purchase a separate ticket for your bags to get loaded in the storage area. You do this at a separate office by the side of the main station. 12Go is a useful app to help you get tickets. Communication was good too.

Clean station, clean train, fairly comfortable - even for a 6.5 hour trip. Train left late but arrived in Marrakech bang on time. Air Con was fairly poor even in First Class. Loved the higher speed double decker trains for comfort and quietness but these older ones did the job and the drivers were very diligent.

I traveled in second class. It was fast, comfortable, and clean, but the carriage was dirty and the windows were grimy, so I couldn't enjoy the scenery. There were no particular problems with the reservation.
