Apakah Kelas & Harga Kereta Api NSW TrainLink?
Bergantung pada tempoh perjalanan dan pilihan anda, anda boleh memilih tiket kelas pertama atau kedua dalam koc sleeper untuk perjalanan semalaman atau memilih tempat duduk keras atau lembut, sekiranya ada. - Proses tempahan dalam talian juga adalah mudah. Anda tidak perlu pergi ke stesen kereta api, seperti kebiasaannya di banyak tempat tidak lama dahulu!
- Harga tiket kereta api biasanya lebih berpatutan berbanding dengan tiket kapal terbang. Namun, untuk destinasi dan perjalanan tertentu, jumlah masa perjalanannya mungkin hampir sama
- Walaupun mengembara dengan kereta api jelas lebih perlahan daripada penerbangan, stesen kereta api selalunya terletak di tengah-tengah bandar, menjimatkan masa anda untuk berulang-alik. Lapangan terbang pula biasanya terletak agak jauh dari bandar

- Kereta api memang berjalan mengikut jadual, tetapi tidak mengikut jadual bukanlah sesuatu yang luar biasa untuk perjalanan dengan kereta api. Kelewatan juga mungkin teruk, jadi jika anda merancang sambungan ke penerbangan anda, semak dengan teliti masa kereta api tiba di stesen dan pertimbangkan dengan baik.
- Kebersihan kadangkala menjadi isu dengan tiket kelas kedua dan ketiga, begitu juga dengan tandas.
- Jika kereta api anda banyak membuat hentian, dalam keadaan tertentu, sukar untuk anda mengetahui masa untuk turun kerana hentian tidak selalu diumumkan atau ditandakan dengan jelas, kecuali jika terdapatnya skrin elektronik.

Unfortunately by the time the train arrived at Albury there was no hot meal, no sandwiches remaining. And, as usual, the train was late so we got later than planned at Melbourne. Unfortunately, this is now so common that it is no real surprise anymore.what a shame.

I tried to withdraw my booking as I had booked directly with the rail service (much cheaper). I was denied. Plus I was not allowed to change my ticket and get off at the stop before!! Very nconvenient.

The seats were reasonably comfortable if a little too close. Not the train companies fault, but a passenger from across the aisle changed her seat which she had already put fully back and she sat in front of me and tried to do the same until I spoke, up then she put the seat upright. It would have been in my face, so rude of her.

No staff on duty on a Sunday, had to find somewhere to put our cases, we paid first class as we had extra bags, turns out we didn't need to pay extra
Toilets on station locked, as no staff.
Guard did move hubby from seat 36 to number one, so we could travel together, which was very good of him.
Paid extra for insurance, but hadn't asked for it intentionally

The service was late on the day we traveled but the staff were wonderful and patient. And kept us informed along the way.
Cannot praise the staff enough for their work. Always informative, always pleasant.
The carriages were clean and the food on offer had catered to all types of snackers and meal goers.

Everything was good except when I arrived at the station I checked the expected arrival time of the EPT at 8.30. The young man said it was half an hour late which was no real issue as I had plenty of work to do
At 8..26 I thought I would check if the train had arreived. To my amazement, the train was not only in but it was ready to depart in 4 minutes
Had to dash back to my table and grab my things and yes I made it
BUT WHY WAS THAT ADVICE GIVEN. COULD HAVE MISSED THE TRAIN ALL to gether

Train was 95 minutes late. There was no charging ports and the seats recline too far to enable you to work if the person in front decides to have their seat back. Quite poor in this day and age. Also the Train was quite slow.

The aircon was on all night even though was very cold. You have a lot of leg room, but very hard to sleep comfortably because of the head support.

Comfy seats, great legroom. Staff were efficient and friendly.
A pity there was no vegetarian option for the hot dinner. I'm vegan but there wasn't even a vegetarian option. Very disappointing, especially in this day and age.

Train was replaced by coaches from Melbourne to Arbury, where we joined the train. Consequently we arrived over an hour late in Sydney.
The buffet car and support on board the train was excellent.
