Very windy day = very uncomfortable bumpy ride. But its cheaper than a flight so if you can withstand 4 hours of rocking waves, this is the option.

No food available on the ferry. The ferry was 45min late. Only one bathroom, many people were sick on the trip and could not go to the bathroom.

The boat was on time, and not overcrowded. The voice of the television was very high, but I asked the crew and they turned it down so that we could sleep, which I really appreciated. The negative things were a small cockroach which I saw on the boat, and the fact that there was no outside area to sit.

First half of the journey was the air conditioning at max and it was freezing cold inside. Then it got better. Thanks to reviews from other people we were prepared and had warm clothes wit us, so it was not a big deal for us. Other than that the journey was all right. It took approx 5 hours

Suuuuuuuper hot 30+C temperature inside during 4,5 hours... I cannot seat that I would repeat. All the people in other comments and friends told us it’s really cold inside but we experienced the contrary, too much hot inside

vorderes Abteil viel zu kalt und stinkt nach Benzin. in der Mitte ist es viel angenehmer, haben den Sitzplatz gewechselt. "Ticket ausdrucken" sollte präzisiert werden: Mit dem Online Ticket zum Ticketschalter gehen und eintauschen gegen richtige Tickets bevor man zum Ferry Port geht. Die Fahrt selbst war reibungslos. Pünktlich abgefahren, Klo war sauber, zwei neue Kinofilme liefen wenn auch mit katastropalem Sound, Geschaukel abhängig vom Seegang, Sitze soweit bequem, wir konnten gut schlafen.

Boat left on time and arrived in Coron around 10:30. It was nice enough for the price. The AC was very strong and I couldn’t get to my bag so it was a cold 4 hrs. There needs to be more signs in the waiting area so that you know you are in the right spot as getting there in the dark I didn’t know if I was was in the right spot

El Ferry salió muy puntual, servicio perfecto, lo único que hace mucho frío a bordo por que les gusta estar a bajo 0 con el aire acondicionado, recomiendo pantalón largo y sudadera si no quieres acabar congelado.

One star for leaving on time. Terminal tax should be included in ticket so ques can be avoided. One star for a comfy seat. Third star for arriving safely. Ferry was overbooked with people sitting in the hallway. Travel time is not 3 hours as advertised but 5 or more. Snacks and water are available.

Pickup tickets at Montenegro office before heading to Port, you can Google the location before heading out to save 5 minutes. You also need to pay 20PHP terminal fee.

1st queue to register (show tickets), 2nd to pay port fee (20 PHP), 3rd in front of the port gate, 4th for drugs inspection. Departure delayed (30 minutes). AC did not work but it was not problem.

Die Drängelei der Gäste und mehrfaches Schlangestehen für Ticketausgabe sowie Gebühr fürs Ferry Terminal waren echt nervenaufreibend. Wieso integriert man diese läppischen 30 Cent nicht ins Ticket? Und ich habe bereits ein Ticket, wieso muss man an Ort und Stelle nochmal Pappier, Zeit und Nerven verschwenden? Viel zu wenig Platz im Hof, zu viele Menschen die auf einmal zum Desk stürmen. Die Räumlichkeiten der Fähre waren auch bescheiden. Alt und muffig. Aber immerhin sind wir tatsächlich in Coron angekommen! Zum Glück vorher Online gebucht, viele müssen Tagelang auf ein Ticket warten.

Voucher exchange - poor signage, poor queuing and passenger/bag management Pier - poor lighting, unsafe at 6am Seating - dangerous, no safety briefing, no lifejacket discussion, random objects (like a TV!) looming over passengers ready to fall Ventilation - up front, very cold, but beats the hot experience others felt Time - I had anticipated the longer time, but only through third-hand research Ride - I had anticipated the rough ride, crew response tepid, periodic captain announcements and location updates may have eased many passenger anxieties Provide premium seats, and warnings about ferry experience from different parts of the cabin. I don't think you'll have a shortage of passengers, just be honest Main feedback - communication will do wonders where capital expense may be limited Glad you didn't cancel or delay the ride

The ferry was to hot causing people to go down with heat stroke. It needs fans or air conditioning fitting as a safety measure before someone gets seriously ill.

The ferry got us to our destination (El Nido) about an hour late (5pm). The sea was a bit choppy because of a passing tropical storm that had lasted a few days, so lateness was understandable. What was most troubling was the fact that the ferry visibly overcrowded the boat, with a number of overflow passengers sitting in the aisles and wherever they could. This is a CLOSED roof boat where all doors and windows are shut. Life vests were not clearly indicated and we were not briefed. All in all, feared for our lives, would not repeat.

Viajem demorou mais 1 hora que estipulado. Ferry demasiado velho, mal cheiroso e desconfortável. Sentia-se o cheiro do combustivel toda a viajem. Apenas uma wc, suja que dava vomitos. Tripulação simpática

My seat was in front of the air conditioning (I think I was that) so the sound was VERY loud and uncomfortable all the trip ????, while in the front of the boat there where no sound at all and most of people had so much space that they laid on the seats to sleep.

Boat left 10 mins after scheduled time at 12:10 pm and arrived 30 mins after scheduled arrival at 4:30 pm. Seems like a very old boat that hasn't been cleaned in years. There was a bathroom onboard but I was definitely afraid to use it considering the condition of the boat.

You have to exchange your 12go ticket at the montenegro office which is just outside of the port. Arrived about 40 minutes before departure and had no issues. Cup noodles and snacks available on board.
