They give you the choice to choose your seat but they wont tell that the bottom seats are really uncomfortable and old, and the top ones are new.

Everything was great. The bus arrived even a little before schedule, the chairs were super comfortable. We traveled with family and are satisfied with this trip. For 5* there should be wifi and something on tv screens, that didn"t work.

Автобус отличный, ехали по расписанию. Бул перекус, вода. Во время остановки можно было поесть горячее, но я не стала.
Дорога была приятная, кресла удобные. Кнопкой слева включается массаж спины. Но было ОЧЕНЬ холодно. Толстовка, носки, выданный плед не спасали совершенно.

Ride was smooth. For sure take a good sweather/hoodie to the bus, Its very cold there but I counted with that. The only thing was that We arrived 1,5h earlier - fortunatelly my hostel allowed me to check in way earlier than is the official check in. So count with the fact that it can happen.

The comfort was great. Too much AC and the stewardese was a bit grumpy. She took even earlier from destination our blanket. Movies not in English neither. The rest was great.

Really good facilities, clean, quiet, seats recline really far back, slept really well.
Just one thing. It's bloody cold. Arctic infact. A fridge would be warmer. I woke up several times, not because of a reckless driver, but because I had to pick up my nipples that frozen off over the course of the night.
Word of advice. Take a jacket.
Otherwise it was tip top!

The facilities are great. It is like going Business Class on a plane!!! ????????????However nobody speaks English. One more thing, please put the digital clock on the wall to the true time. What was shown was 4 hours behind time.

Very good service, a lot of Seat space, snacks and blanket. I felt also very safe. But despite 2 pullovers, long trousers and 2 blankets it was still way too cold for me!

VIP means VIP huge leg room great seats even a massage button water snacks at the start stopped around half for something to eat and was given a voucher which we had a noodle soup and coffee and tea at the back end of the journey
Very good experience overall
But it's a long bus trip and didn't sleep as much as would of wished as the movement of the bus but that was expected
Also simple to get a meter taxi from the bus station to our commendation in Bangkok

Voyage pas tout agréable, d'une part parce que les sièges ne sont pas confortables et d'autre part parce que l'on est réveillés plusieurs fois en pleine nuit pour faire descendre et monter des passagers!
Donc ce n'est pas un direct..
De plus la clim est trop forte, vous pouvez supporter une doudoune sans problème.
Arrivée une heure plus tôt que prévu également, Donc on se retrouve à 6h dans une gare de bus à deux kilomètres du centre.
Rien à dire sur la conduite.
Voyage économique mais pas reposant.

The arrival time was at 7 am while the bus arrived to Morchit at 5 o'clock. If you have planned something, it could be a little annoying. The travel was relax and quiet.

On time. Comfortable And smooth ride. Only thing is for anyone who doesn't speak Thai it's not made clear you have a meal ticket so perhaps on the overhead speaker at the stop there should be added a message in English as I realised but many other didn't.

Couldnt sleep actually, chairs are okay but not super comfortable since the headparts are kind of annoying. I couldnt get comfortable and woke up multiple times with aching in my neck. But your feet have lots of space, the chairs can be set back and you get water and some food. Overall an okay bus, but not the best I've been in.

well taken of for the whole trip. food, drinks all provided, not only the before the bus move but in between the trip, wet wipe, coffee and tea was provided. reach destination earlier than expected.

Really comfy seats with massage built in, blankets, smooth journey, tv with music and free headphones. My boyfriend left his phone on the coach and despite the language barrier we managed to get the driver to bring it back! Would definitely choose over one hour plane journey

The air conditioning was freezing and it was impossible to sleep. The seats were also uncomfortable. It was unfortunate, because the last bus I took through Lignite was fantastic, so I'm not sure why this one was so different.

Very nice bus with lots of space for the legs. However the A/C was very cold. We were cold even with the blanket and a sweatshirt. Otherwise very good service, on time ans stopped in nice place for diner.

They did not say the information in English such as when we were having a break and for how long. That we get a meal with our ticket. We arrived one hour earlier than stated. There was no wifi and the tvs did not work.
They provided snack and water. The woman who brought the snacks was really nice.

The seats were very comfortable, reclining far back with a legrest that can be brought up.
I recommend bringing an extra blanked to be warm enough, at least if you sit in the front close by the AC.
On my fist seat the seatbuckle was broken. I later changed to the middle of the bus because of a snorer.
The air around the middle seats smelled really bad by the end of the ride, as the toilet is located in the middle downstairs.
On the toilet I could not detect a proper flushing mechanism, it all just flows down a small hole, with no cover to prevent smell. No2 not advised!
Bring earplugs, high chance of meeting an awful loud snorer.

Seats were comfortable. Bus wasn't too cold in my opinion i did start to get colder towards the end. They gave us an almond cake, lactasoy, coffee/tea, and bottled water. Left late, but arrived on time.

Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of leg room and reclining seats with calf rests. Even with the included blanket it was a little bit too cool for me but others didn't seem to mind.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the nightbus. Very noisy and shaky ride. Bus stops on the way tonlet other people in. Prepare for a ride with no sleep.

Much better than expected! Seats are comfortable and leg room is great which I was extremely worried about before booking as I’m 6ft 8” tall. We left 10 mins early which seems unusual from other reviews but and also arrived 1.5hrs early in Chiang Mai! The movies would be great if you could speak/understand Thai, even the ‘English’ selection are all in Thai. All in all a much better experience that I expected albeit didn’t sleep too much.

We left with a little delay, but that wasn't a problem because in the end we arrived earlier in Chiang Mai. The seats were very modern,; they could almost go vertical en they have screens with movies and stuf. You get a blanket en the tempreture was good for sleeping in our case. You also get a free snack, water and soy milk. People were friendly and toilet was fine. Everything was better then I expacted. You should keep in account that you won"t sleep wel/a lot, unless you are a very good bus-sleeper.

Took the night bus, left on time. Arrived early. Free muffin and soy milk carton to start the journey. Toilet on bus. Very comfortable, loads of space, slept pretty much straight through journey. USB chargers on board.

The bus was good, it was confortable and easy to sleep. The only problem was we arrived 2h earlier, at 04 am, in the middle of the night. Which was a bad hour to arrive and it made us have to pay for one more night of acomodation at oir destiny
