Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie von Koh Phangan nach Bangkok gereist. Zunächst ging es mit der Fähre nach Surat Thani. Von dort wurden wir mit einem Transfer-Van in etwa einer Stunde zum Busbahnhof gebracht, wo unsere Weiterreise mit dem Nachtbus startete.
Wir hatten das VIP-Paket gebucht und saßen im oberen Bereich des Busses – sehr bequem, mit viel Beinfreiheit. Jeder Platz war mit einer Decke und einem Kissen ausgestattet. Vor der Abfahrt gab es Wasser und Cracker.
Gegen Mitternacht wurde eine Pause an einer Raststätte eingelegt. Mit dem Busticket erhält man dort einen Essenscoupon und kann sich eines von mehreren warmen Gerichten kostenlos aussuchen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Laden mit Snacks, Getränken und Souvenirs.
Alles in allem fanden wir die Fahrt sehr angenehm. Für alle, die günstig und komfortabel zwischen den Inseln und dem Festland in Thailand reisen möchten, ist das eine klare Empfehlung.

Everything was well managed and comfortable. Very helpful in connecting to the small bus and the ferry.
Just didnt like the fact that the lady in suratthani bus station charged us more than double the actual price of taxi from the nathon pier to our hotel. Except for being cheated there, everything was good.

Busfahrt von Bangkok nach Koh Samui:
1.Bus sehr bequem, viel Beinfreiheit, Schlafen gut möglich. Wasser+Saft+Kekse erhält man. Gegen Mitternacht eine Pause, Busticket für Verzehrgutschein.
2. Morgens in Surat Thani Umstieg in ein Minivan ca.1h
(+ Kauf eines Taxi-Tickets für Koh Phangan möglich [Nathon -> Lamai 600Baht]). Beim Ausstieg beim Fähranleger Erhalt des Fährtickes.
3. Fährfahrt nach Koh Samui ca. 1 1/2h

Le voyage s’est bien passé, tout est bien organisé, on est arrivé 1h plus tôt.
Pour la partie bus de nuit, c’était top! On a prit l’option VIP-First class, on a eu une bouteille d’eau offerte, un jus, un paquet de gâteaux, une couverture, un coussin, beaucoup d’espace dans le bus, toilettes dans le bus, siège qui s’incline, petit repose pieds, climatisation, prise USB/tipsé…
Vraiment top! On est parti à 19h avec le bus de nuit, pause à minuit pour manger, gardez votre ticket de bus car vous pourrez vous le faire echanger contre un bon pour un repas gratuit.
Seul petit reproche, on ne nous dit rien, on a prit 1 bateau, puis une sorte de bus, puis un mini van, puis un autre mini van, puis le gros bus de nuit. On ne nous indique pas bien toutes les étapes du trajet, les temps de pause, les destinations, les changements de vehicules, les temps de trajets etc. Mais sinon c’était vraiment bien!

Attention au formulaire de commande ! On vous met d'office une assurance dans le panier. Pour 4 billets, facturation de 580 baths...cette assurance est inutile et c'est de la vente forcée. Sinon, question compagnie Krungsiam tour, Le bus était à l'heure. Nous sommes tombés en panne à 3h du matin. 20 min après nous avons été récupérés par un autre bus. Le deuxième bus était moins confortable.

Von ausswn fix, innen nix. Der Bus war im mässigem Zustand, die Technik hat nicht funktioniert, weder der beworbene TV noch die Massagefunktion. Zu essen gab es auch nicht richtig, nur ein paar trockene Kekse. Es hat von der Decke getropft, die Tenperatur war arktisch. Die Reisebegleitung hat kein Englisch verstanden und hatte keine Ahnung an welcher Haltestelle wir sind….

Aller simple de Koh Phangan à Bangkok centre
Penser à prendre un pique nique, pas grand chose sur le bateau et pas le temps avec les différents transferts jusqu’à Suratthani
L’itinéraire n’était pas indiqué, ci-dessous celui qu’on a eu :
- 11h départ du ferry Raja
- 14h15 Arrivée au port de Donsak
- transfert dans un grand Tuk Tuk vers RAJA Terminal, où un autre bus (pas super) attend pour Suratthani, sanitaires du terminal très propres
- 14h30 : Départ de RAJA Terminal vers Suratthani, environ 1h de bus
- 15h45 : arrivée devant l’agence Phangan Tour, on attend jusqu’à 17h
- 17h : Mini bus pour la gare routière de Suratthani, environ 30 min
- 19h15 : départ du bus pour Bangkok, 1 arrêt avec repas gratuit
Seul le dernier bus est de la compagnie affiché sur 12goAsia, très confortable

We were left in the middle of no where early in the morning when we were to transfer to another bus. No one knew what to do and how long we were waiting. So it was confusing and stressful and tiring. Bus run down, nothing is working. Not entertainment, not massage seats. Only thing working was ac on too cold! Long trousers and a jacket plus a blanket and you still freeze.
Change bus 05:00 only to get "extra money" from people not booking throu 12go. Change took 1,5h. Second bus very run down with holes in seats and a hole in the floor! Also some strange thing when you leave your ticket at one place and got handed another ticket at another place. Just dropped at the pier no check if you knew where to go. Had to ask around for it.
You got there but could be organised much better.

The first trip was very nice. We got some water and snacks. We knew that we have to change the vehicle, but didn’t know at what time. In our case ist was at 5 am in the Morning and we had to wait until 7:30 am for the next bus.
All in all it was a good ride for the price but maybe the people need more information in advance.

We traveled from Bangkok to Samui.
The bus is awesome. The seats are crazy good, there’s even massage built in then.
It’s maybe too cold inside, yes, but if you read the reviews and get some warmer clothes on, it’s fine. They also provide a blanket and a cushion.
There’s also some nice complimentary stuff: crackers, a soft drink, water. And a stop at night market with a free buffet.
We were late due to heavy rain and Bangkok Friday traffic, we called the company and they agreed to wait for us for 10 minutes.
All the staff from the bus terminal to the transfer to the ferry is very helpful and polite.

Bus got us and transferred us to exactly where we were meant to go, nice and comfortable bus would definitely go again however I booked for better seats and ended up having cheaper seats and never got reimbursed for this? Also no real sense of communication, you just get dropped off in the middle of no where and wait for tomorrow to speak to you, then you wait a few hours for a minivan which then drops you off at the pier but doesn’t tell you which pier to go to. Luckily the girl behind the counter spoke a little English and helped us out.

Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man um 5 morgens aus dem Bus geworfen wird, ohne viel Information. Dann quetscht man sich samt Gepäck auf die Ladefläche eines Pickups. Der Fahrer wirft einen irgendwo raus und zeigt auf einen Minibus. Der wiederum schmeißt einen raus und zeigt erneut auf einen Pickup. Letzteres bring einem zur Fähre, wo man ca. 2,5 std. auf die nächste Fähre wartet, welche ca 2 std nach Koh Samui fährt. Dort angekommen sollte man sich im Vorhinein um einen Transport kümmern. Wir dachten wir könnten einen günstigen Transport über Grab buchen, aber leider war kein Fahrer anzufinden, weshalb wir für 700 B. vor Ort ein überteuertes Taxi nehmen mussten.

No complaints about the ticketing service at all, everything is good, fast, good value and route selection. Comfortable information on the route, clarifications, important details of the trip! Well done!!!
There are questions about the rules of transportation in the country, too complicated schemes for exchanging some tickets or reservations for others and thirds. I understand that the reservation system in the country has not yet been digitized, and in the old way keep it in the logbooks. Because of this for the first time there is a misunderstanding of what needs to be done and what the rules are. Although all the staff on the way responsive and explain the necessary steps. Transport on the track corresponds to the descriptions from the website. Read reviews and comments to find more important information about important trip details

Everything was absolutely on time! The personnel is great and cheerful. The bus is a bit old but still very comfortable for the long trip. So I am satisfied. Especially if thinking about a dirty cheap price :)

the stopover for food was at 23.30 h. Why not doing this earlier and let people go to sleep ? Instead it is done half way through leaving just under 5 hours.
But most of all: the temperature in the bus was far too cold. Put on 3 T-shirts and a jacket plus the blanket from the bus and still felt cold !!!

Great experience considering it's a night bus. Still quite difficult to sleep on though (similar to the night train) and the arrival time of 4.30am was a bit of a pain!

Grundsätzlich war alles ok. Der Bus sehr gut. Es wäre toll, wenn einem jemand vorher gesagt hätte, das man morgens gegen halb 6 aussteigen muss und ca 1 Stunde auf einen lokalen Bus wartet der einen dann 2 1/2 Stunden zum Zielort bringt.

Ожидала, что будет прямой автобус до Донсака и паром. По факту высадили в Сураттани и потом подъехал минивэн. В Натон прибыли в 9-30 (на 8ч пароме). А так, место в автобусе довольно удобное, даже удалось немного поспать!

Bus was really comfortable. We have got pillow and blanket, water and donut. All could be nice but air conditioner destroyed all road. It was too much cold in the bus, it didnt let us sleep. Second thing is that we had to have direct bus to Khao Sok but they left us on a bus station in Surat Thani and we had to wait for another bus - nobody told us about it before.

Отличный трип за такую цену. Всё организовано очень технично. Тайцы передают сонные тельца туристов из рук в руки, из автобуса на паром и так далее. Автобус до парома очень комфортный, но одейвайтесь теплее, кондиционер адовый.

There was a unmentioned switch of the bus to a regular bus. We rode the regular bus for 5h at the end of the trip.
The so called VIP bus was very old and not in good condition. False pictures in the advertisement.
The trip lasted couple hours longer than promised.

Die Begleitung gab sich größte Mühe alles zur Zufriedenheit der Fahrgäste zu gestalten, ohne dafür im Gegenzug etwas zu erwarten. Es wurden kleine Snacks verteilt, in der Fahrtpause wurde man an den kostenfreien Tisch mit Essen geführt zu guter letzt wurde in Bangkok ein Zwischenhalt eingelegt um einen Teil der Gäste an einem günstigeren Platz rauszulassen. Die Sprachhindernisse wurden mit vorgefertigten mehrsprachigen Schildern überbrückt.

Très mal indiqué , personne ne savait nous renseigner sur la plateforme de départ. Heureusement qu’un jeune voyageur nous a vu en panique à l’heure de départ prévue et qu’il est venu à notre secours! Accueil désagréable dans le bus, un vrai frigo tout le voyage , transition au mini bus comme des objets ( même pas le temps d’amener notre fils de 5 ans aux toilettes... ) bref on fait le retour car on a déjà réservé et que le remboursement n’est pas possible ... long , cher et pas accueillant !

Bis surat thani war alles perfekt :) guter service, und sehr bequeme sitze mit reichlich platz
dann wurden wir einfach aus dem bus "geschmissen" , wussten nicht dass wir den bus wecheln mussten. Der zweite Bus war dann leider ohne irgendwelchen service und überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Schade

Smooth trip and all connections worked perfectly. I give it a 4 because it says VIP but the bus is quite outdated and uncomfortable. Be ready to not get a proper sleep. Keep in mind that in the big stop you’ll get your dinner (at around midnight) and it’s quite easy to get confused with all food stalls. Just go with your bus ticket inside be main eating room and you’ll be served a quite nice dinner. Also bring a sweater for the journey it’s freaking cold with the airco even if they provide you already with a blanket.

Die Fahrt war angenehm. Die Pause war auch in Ordnung (leider hat die Dame wenig Englisch gesprochen, aber auf nachfragen war das kein Problem). Wir kamen pünktlich an, es gab eine kleine Flasche Wasser, einen Snack und eine Decke. Der Bus hatte genug Platz. Würden es wieder buchen!

We had a night trip from Bangkok to Khao Sok, it was okay. The bus was old, a seat belt was missing. As always, the air conditioning was too cold. The connection bus was extremely old and dirty. But we left on time and arrived.
