Leider gab es etwas Verwirrung wegen des Abholortes. Abholort war am Flughafen Phuket am Domestic Terminal, Tür 1. Da wir ein Hotel in der Nähe hatten, fragte ich bei der Anfrage, ob wir auch da abgeholt werden können. Leider gab es darauf keine Antwort. Also haben wir uns die 5min zum Flughafen fahren lassen. Als wir dort jemanden fragten, wo genau der Abholhort ist, boten sie an bei Kohyao Sun Smile anzurufen und dabei erfuhren wir, dass der Fahrer doch am Hotel war :D. Naja, schlussendlich war trotzdem alles pünktlich - eine bestätigung des Abholortes wäre nur schön gewesen :)

Excellent way to get to Phi Phi. But it was really hard to locate the start point!! The location given was a 15 minute boat ride from the actual place. Which might be normal, but we nearly missed out crossing because of it!

Hat alles schnell funktioniert. Sind relativ pünktlich los und angekommen. Der Umstieg und 1 Stunde Umstiegszeit war für uns durch die andren Bewertungen keine Überraschung, dennoch könnte der Anbieter diese Information in die Beschreibung ergänzen.

The Bus driver wasn‘t very friendly and drove very dangerously. The boat had over 40min delay and was overbooked, not everybody was able to sit down

The check-in was a bit unconventional but fast, the pier was just a sand beach und we didn’t really get much information from the operator. But he had a good overview and everybody arrived where they were supposed to be - on time.
It started to heavily rain and “storm” while the crossing and the captain slowed down and drove very carefully, so we always felt safe.
The boat was in great condition, not crowded and we even received water for the just 40min drive. On board the operator gave us some
Information what island we were seeing and clearly told everybody who needs to leave where, since we had 3 stops in total (Yao Noi, Yao Yai and Phuket)

Im Großem und Ganzen ganz okay. War recht ungemütlich. Ob auch so viele Menschen mit so viel Gepäck auf das Boot gekonnt hätten ist auch eher fraglich. Rettungswesten sind wahrscheinlich auch nicht vorhanden gewesen bzw. Hat man die nicht gesehen.

Online reservation all worked out. Our boat to get to the island was delayed 30 minutes but to leave the island it was actually early.
The only thing is that it wasn’t exactly as described (no TV, snacks, or air conditioning). If the boat is at max capacity, it does feel quite tight. We had a short 30 minute ride so it was fine but I can imagine it being less comfortable for a long ride.

Staff & staff of other businesses are very helpful. Boat was a great option & we got to where we needed too as scheduled or a few min early.
What we didn’t know was transferring to another boat & waiitng about an hour for the next one.

GREAT Company! I used them twice. On the second trip I made the mistake of booking the wrong day. The company was very easy to get held of, and helped me rectify the problem. They are very helpful with getting your luggage on and off the speed boat, I was worried about that. Good experience.

The staffs at bang rong pier were extremely helpful. We arrived too early and we stayed at a cafe in front of pier seemingly owned by someone related to pier staff. Very nice.
