They messaged the night before saying I had to pay extra money even though I had already booked months ago and had been confirmed! We did not have WiFi the night before and were waiting hours for them to pick us up and they never showed all because they sent a last minute email asking for more money. NOT HAPPY ATAL! I also messaged customer support and have not had my money back or even a message! DO NOT BOOK

While you may be unsure as to how to find your driver or private transfer company, it turns out it was ok. Just keep walking once out of baggage claim and you'll find a sign with your name on it. I had to walk a good bit once out of baggage claim and was getting nervous I made mistake but there are alot of transfer companies and alot of signs.
Someone checks you in and had to wait maybe 10mins before being guided out to car.
I had female driver in an EV who was excellent at navigating out of the city and driving 3hrs north.
She didn't have much English which made the trip very quite. We stopped about halfway at gas station for snacks and a break to walk around.
Was dropped right to hotel door. Great service.
I did get asked for payment by driver at the end of trip but had already paid online. This was the only mistake which was a little shocking but she called office and misunderstanding was cleared up. Hence I dropped 1star.

An economy-class car arrived, but the driver refused to take the three of us plus our three suitcases, even though I had specified this in advance. We were told a larger vehicle (an SUV) would be sent instead, for which we would have to pay an extra 300 baht (the initial quote was actually 500).
After much deliberation, we agreed. Then, the exact same type of car arrived—but with a different driver—and he simply placed one of our suitcases on the back seat between us. That worked out fine. The driver was pleasant and got us safely to our destination, BUT we did have to pay him that extra 300 baht. That makes absolutely no sense, of course, given that they just sent the same kind of car anyway. Communication via WhatsApp was initially quick and clear, but I’ve received no response to my last message expressing how odd I found the situation. This isn't what I’m used to after many previous positive experiences with 12Go Asia, and it’s a shame things turned out this way—especially since it meant we had to wait an hour and a half in the heat for a different car.

Very happy with the service. Driver was early and was a very safe and respectful driver. Helped with our luggage. Stopped for regular breaks just at the right time when we needed them. Car was clean and very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Company sending me the drivers contact info and vehicle photo before the trip, so I could easily locate. 100% would use this company again anytime.

Booked a “VIP van” but the van was very basic and lacked the usual comforts Thai transfer vans usually have - no tinted windows, curtains, ambient lighting or rear ventilation and just bench seating like a school bus. I appreciate it’s pot luck with this game and they’re all independent drivers and agencies but we had a choice of a few companies on 12go and chose this one (the most expensive) because the van looked the most premium and comfortable. We also had a whole ordeal with a baby car seat that the driver eventually solved with a mate of his but the transfer company didn’t do anything to solve (we had requested one through 12go who supposedly didn’t pass on the message).

I booked the drive about an hour after the planned arrival time to be sure that we wouldn’t be too late.
But to our suprise when we came out the gate half an hour after the arrival the driver was already there and we could start 30 min earlier which was really nice.
He drove safely and was very polite.

My son had to get to Chiang Mai ASAP from Bangkok at night. I entrusted Kanokwan Travel with this and the safety of my son. The driver arrived early and got my son home safely and more than 2 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Thank you
