- Perjalanan dengan bas adalah mudah. Anda tidak perlu tiba di terminal bas lebih awal dan biasanya pendaftaran masuk merupakan formaliti yang sangat pantas berbanding dengan penerbangan
- Tiket bas sangat berpatutan. Ya, terdapat pilihan kelas pertama atau VIP yang mahal. Tetapi, jika bajet anda terhad, bas ialah jenis pengangkutan pertama yang perlu anda pertimbangkan
- Pada masa yang sama, terdapat kelas perkhidmatan yang berbeza untuk memenuhi sebarang bajet. Jika anda inginkan tahap keselesaan yang lebih tinggi, bas juga dapat menyediakannya kepada anda.
Kekurangan Mengembara dengan Bas
- Terminal bas antara bandar mungkin terletak di luar pusat bandar, di pinggir bandar. Hal ini bermakna anda perlu mengira kos masa dan wang tambahan untuk tiba di sana. Di destinasi tertentu, bergerak dari terminal bas boleh memakan belanja yang lebih tinggi daripada yang anda jangkakan kerana hanya sebilangan kecil syarikat pengangkutan sahaja yang dibenarkan untuk menyediakan laluan tersebut. Harganya juga mungkin lebih tinggi.
- Ketika hujung minggu yang sibuk atau musim kemuncak, tiket bas untuk ke beberapa destinasi pelancongan mungkin akan habis dengan cepat dan memerlukan tempahan awal.

Good Transport. Arrived earlier than sceduled in Baguio which I like very much. Only thing needs improvement is the waiting area for passengers need safer and more relaxing.

ang tagal ng biyahe nmin pauwi. from baguio to manila.. 11:20 am to 8:30pm...grrr grrr...bkit kailangan dumaan pa sa naia3?? lumayo pa lalo un biyahe namin.. malapit na kami sa dropping point sa pasay dinaan pa sa naia 3. dpat sinabi nyo n daaan pa ng naia para sa ibang bus nalng ako ng pabook..????

there was some confusion as to the seat assignments. the seats assigned online did not match the bus seating. we booked three tickets that were seated together. in the end, we were all separated into different seats. because of this, the bus left 20 or 30 mins later than scheduled.
but other than this trouble, the bus itself, as well as the ride, went smoothly.

Great experience and we arrived in Baguio even before the ETA even we encountered traffic in NLEX. The only thing is that we’re unable to choose a sit numbers during the booking process ❤️❤️

They had to change the bus from premier to deluxe at the last minute. Not a deal breaker, and they had refunded my P20, but the bus was a bit old already.

Seats were a bit uncomfortable without a headrest. But was an enjoyable ride. It was an hour early in arriving to the destination.

First of all, the bus looks nice and neat just that we were hoping that next time they find a way to use less plastic and go for something "zero-waste" then have a variety of snacks to be offered. Add pillows too. Also, I was wondering of why I had to pay 910php online when the amount projected on my receipt was only 740php? Anyway, I hope this will be acknowledged for the further improvement of your service. Thank you! :)
P.s. - add more entertainment. And more movies on the ipad. The really good ones! Or karaoke LOL.

Had a problem with my booking but the staff from iwantseats has been very helpful to coordinate me a seat with Joybus. Should have been a failed and stressful experience but thanks to the iwantseats staff for ensuring I will be in Baguio in time for a friend’s wedding.

Please give us the option to reserve seats. We also did not appreciate how digital tickets still have to be printed. High stars for comfy seats, free snacks and blankets! Add free wifi!

Cubao Terminal is a horrible stinky noisy place and really needs upgrading. Clean the baggage compartment occasionally - my bag was filthy after the trip. Also would be nice to have one or two services in the daytime, so I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night. What’s the point of arriving in Baler early in the morning if you can’t check in anywhere til midday? Ok it would take ages to get out of Manila but at least people wouldn’t arrive feeling like death...
Plus:
The bus was in good shape, comfy and the aircon was super. There was no terrible, max volume movie, just subdued music - thank you! Driver seemed careful. And, miraculously, the trip took LESS time than advertised! A good deal overall i think:)

I enjoyed the trip. The bus was very clean. Comfort room is very clean. Some of things like the food tray, foot rest are defective. Overall, GREAT RIDE/TRIP!!!

Fair enough. We ended up in the semi-deluxe bus and it was less comfortable than the real deluxe ride. i wonder how we could determine when we could be put on deluxe or semi-deluxe when the fare is more or less the same. hope you guys could be more specific next time.

the trip was great. did't expect it would only take 3 hours to reach Baguio. However, I was worried about our tickets a day before our trip because it was not emailed to me until I called iwantseats. Hope 12go will answer queries immediately.

Our scheduled trip was at 12:30 am. Please don't expect from your passengers to have printouts of the confirmation email & instruct us to look for a computer shop nearby at 12 midnight to get our printouts. Para san pa ang QR code & confirmation number?? Atl wala kayong printer at scanner? hindi kami nagbayad ng P800+ para mastress sa inyo. Kakairita.

Bus is very clean and very comfortable. I would definitely choose Joy bus over any other buses.

Took quite some time to get actual tickets as company needs an actual printout contrary to what has been said in the email "Please print it OR otherwise have your booking number on hand...". If you can, please print them out in advance to avoid delay.

A very pleasant and hassle free journey. We extended our journey to NAIA T3 and the person at the booking office was very helpful. The snack and water given by the very pleasant drivers assistant was a very nice touch and totally unexpected. Customer service at its best. I would certainly recommend your service. First class. Bus was clean and comfortable, driver and bus stewardess were kind and accommodating. Did not like how the bus stopped by the side of EDSA Cubao instead of parking inside a terminal.

Left the terminal 30 mins. late from the original sched but trip was fast. Arrived Baguio within 4 hours. Restroom inside bus has a foul odor. Bus stewardess was also coughing hard the entire trip (without ever covering her mouth) and it was very unhygienic and uncomfortable for the riders.

The bus left 30 minutes after scheduled departure. Then had to stop at the other station. It was stinky the whole time smells like sewer. Then it broke down. Something with the air pressure. We lost an hour and a half because of that. The lady attendant was coughing hard the whole time. Then when we got to Baguio, the driver just dropped us on the side of the road outside the terminal. So it was a chaos trying to get all our luggage and fighting the crowd that's walking on the sidewalk. It was a mess.

Toilet has no sink and tissue. Also,water containers to flush the toilet are empty. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, driving was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks

Travel was great because it was fast. I find it really a hassle though that I have to PRINT the ticket. Printer is not that accessible nowadays which is why etickets with QR codes should be enough.

Terminal is not exclusive and dirty. There were many flies inside the genesis airconditioned room. The girl attendant of the bus had cough and was not using a mask. She can contaminate the whole bus with her virus. No blanket was given. The bus was suppose to leave by 11:00am, we left 11:20am.
