Apakah Kelas & Harga Kereta Api Indonesia Railways?
Bergantung pada tempoh perjalanan dan pilihan anda, anda boleh memilih tiket kelas pertama atau kedua dalam koc sleeper untuk perjalanan semalaman atau memilih tempat duduk keras atau lembut, sekiranya ada. - Proses tempahan dalam talian juga adalah mudah. Anda tidak perlu pergi ke stesen kereta api, seperti kebiasaannya di banyak tempat tidak lama dahulu!
- Harga tiket kereta api biasanya lebih berpatutan berbanding dengan tiket kapal terbang. Namun, untuk destinasi dan perjalanan tertentu, jumlah masa perjalanannya mungkin hampir sama
- Walaupun mengembara dengan kereta api jelas lebih perlahan daripada penerbangan, stesen kereta api selalunya terletak di tengah-tengah bandar, menjimatkan masa anda untuk berulang-alik. Lapangan terbang pula biasanya terletak agak jauh dari bandar

- Untuk perjalanan yang lebih jauh, menaiki kereta api pastinya lebih memakan masa berbanding penerbangan
- Kereta api memang berjalan mengikut jadual, tetapi tidak mengikut jadual bukanlah sesuatu yang luar biasa untuk perjalanan dengan kereta api. Kelewatan juga mungkin teruk, jadi jika anda merancang sambungan ke penerbangan anda, semak dengan teliti masa kereta api tiba di stesen dan pertimbangkan dengan baik.
- Kebersihan kadangkala menjadi isu dengan tiket kelas kedua dan ketiga, begitu juga dengan tandas.

The train was terrible: no leg room, dirty and crowded. These tickets are for economy. If you book through the official KAI app instead of 12go at least you get to choose your seats, and you get tour boarding pass in the app without having to use the machines at the station

Train was on time in spite the large number of passengers waiting on the platform. Seats are comfortable, with AC and kind staff that sells food and drinks. Bathrooms are cleaned.
There are plugs for changing your phone and theoretically also WiFi but it did not work for my phone.
Train stops in several places and there is always an announcement so that you have enough time to get ready.
You need to exchange 12go voucher for the Kai ticket at the train station.

The porters were very helpful , the staff on the train were also helpful and always polite. One thing that let down from a 5 star is the toilets were not in the best condition as there was not hand towels other than rat it was a comfortable journey

Indonesian trains are very confortables, they live and arrive at time not as in France! They are really cheaper and the informations in the station very clearly. If it could be same in France I will use more this way of travel but they are expensive, often in late and more and more in bad state! I’m for the ecology but I’m not enough rich for really respect my convictions….

The train was absolutely freezing, we told the staff but nothing was done about it. We had jackets and blankets, but ended up sick with a cold after a 7-hour journey. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we're now taking medicines.

Very spacious seats and a nice restaurant on board. People do not want to change seats if you want to sit together.
You do not need to be there an hour in advance, but half an hour is nice if you are not Indonesian.

The train was comfortable for the price paid, unfortunately there was not much choice for food and drinks on the train so make sure you bring some with you especially on a 10hr journey.
The booking system didn't let me choose my seats which was a bit of a disappointment.

The trip was fine but the arrival time on the 12go website is incorrect. Departure is at 7 am, travel time is 6 hours 18 minutes, arrival is at 1:18 pm but your website shows 12:18 pm.

Train service is great and very comfortable. Train and station condition are also great. Anyone opting for this will not be disappointed and the ticket once purchased from the website is sent over email within few minutes and all instructions are quite clear. Indonesian people here are very warm and welcoming.
