Le bus à fait des arrêts toute les 20 minutes soit pour récupérer ou déposer des personnes sur le chemin soit pour que le chauffeur s’achète à manger ... Nous sommes arrivé à 14h pour u lieu de 12h30 initialement prévu.

The bus left right on time. On the way there was some trouble with a wheel so we stopped for like 40/50 minutes. Stopped again right outside of Nha Trang where we had to move to another smaller bus with not enough seats. The bus drove to Nha Trang city, but it died off a thousand times. The driver was more than angry about this and was very rude.

After a confusing start of a different small bus to big bus transfer everything was excellent. Bus dropped us off to our hotel in Mui Ne and saved the hassle of catching taxi.
We are now catching Hahn Cafe bus to Nha Trang in 3 days time.

The Bus Driver pretty unfriendly. We stopped at a supermarket and he wanted to drive away when some people from the bus were on the toilet!!! They had to run in front of the bus that he stopped!! that was really not Okay

Driver was about 40 minutes late to pick us up. Overtook other vehicles on blind corners and when we stopped for a 30 minute break he started driving off before everyone was back on the bus (less than 30 minutes) and they had to run to get on. Only bonus is that it's cheap and we did arrive at our destination.

interesting bus though im glad I made it to my destination Saigon safely, I would be very wary to those that larger frame the seats are very small and can be rather uncomfortable would have been nice to be put in on the bottom seat but I got put on climb seat which was unusual cheap option though

Bunk bed style reclining seats. Really comfy, but they’ve definitely seen better days! Staff as helpful and polite as the average Vietnamese person, nothing particularly rude! Need to take shoes off when you get on :)

There was a changeover in hue that we had no prior warning of. The first bus we were on (for 5 hours) had no toilet and when we eventually requested a toilet stop we were instructed to go down a dirt road to pee in the wilderness. The changeover was a very confusing experience as we had no information about where we were going and passengers were taken off in all directions. After laughing at a joke of one of my fellow passengers I was told to "f****** stop laughing or I wouldn't know how to get to Hanoi"- the first time I've ever been spoken like that in my life. All round would not recommend.

So happy! We arrived early, handed voucher to a very nice guy behind counter, he asked if we'd like to get on an earlier bus (yes, thank u!) and we departed in no time. The bus was a sleeper w AC, so comfy!! We stopped for lunch & arrived at our destination early. Then they had 2 scooters waiting for us to take us to our hotel. We were very impressed & would travel with hanh cafe again in a heart beat! Thank u!

The ride was hella bumpy which seemed like the shock absorbers absorbed nothing. The driver also kept a fast pace on turns while also overtaking vehicles. It was really difficult to keep yourself stay on your seat without seatbelts nor arm rest. The seat I was on kept wiggling making it impossible to sleep (2nd to the back row, please fix it). The curtens were also too short to give everyone shade (we kept pulling and ‘stealing’ each other’s cover). The waiting area and the stop was okay (because of the hammocks on the stop).

there was some mess while boadring, but finally we departed in time and on out seats. condition blowed all the time and very cold air, so we got a cold, even after maximum turn off. the driver honked all the time

The trip was alright. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An. The trip was 11 hours and stuck pretty well to that time table. We stopped once around 8:30pm for toilets which have no toilet paper or soap. Second stop was from midnight to 1 am (which was way too long, everyone was back on the bus in 10 mins waiting for the driver) at another toilet that again had no toilet paper or soap. So bring your own!! The worst part about the trip was the constant swaying of the bus as it has two levels of the sleeper seats. I would have gotten sick if I hadn’t taken Dramamine. Bring a sleeping mask because it’s not dark. Also there was one guy who had to sleep on the floor on a mat, I’m not sure why exactly, but I was happy it wasn’t me. The seats were fairly comfortable though and the air conditioning worked and we got to Hoi An at the correct time so for that I’ll give it 3 stars.

The people at the agence was really nice, the explain all.
But we leave the office with 30 later. We go far away to take the real sleepy bus and also, the staff of the bus doesn't speak English.
The doesn't explain anything, we haven't have water or kind of things to eat (compared to other company).
At the end, the driver crying on the bus, very stress to tell us it was the last stop but very far.from our hostel. It was a lie because the staff at the office told us that the bus will stop us at our guesthouse !

Extremely uncomfortable seats unless you’re super small. We barely got any sleep it also didn’t help that at 3 am they turned on all of the lights and the constant honking was unbearable. At least the travelling time is correct.

This afternoon, we took the cheapest bus from Hue to Hoi An. Booked online on 12GoAsia for 165,750 per person. We were preparing for the worst, but everything went great. Good and safely driving, and most importantly: they even dropped us at the official drop of point that is mentioned in the voucher and on the website. Wow, never thought that we will experience this in the scam country aka Vietnam.
5/5 because of not dropping us off at a remote location where scammy cab drivers al already waiting and lurking for tourists.
Btw: according to 12GoAsia it would take 5 hours to travel. But in reality the journey only took 4 hours including 30m waiting time by the beginning.

The highlight of taking this bus:
1. The confirmation was quick.
2. Once I arrived at the bus pool, just show the booking confirmation to the front desk staff. The process was quick and hassle-free.
3. In my case, they took me with regular 2-2 seater bus first for about 45 minutes. After that, I was transferred to the sleeper bus to Mui Ne. Again, the process was quick. (Thanks for another reviewer about mentioning this process so I could set my expectations)
4. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
For this price, I could say this one is great value as long as you set your expectations right.

We were deceived at the Hanh Cafe office at the landing on PhạM ngũ Lão Street, .We bought tickets for the luxury 24. 1) - at this point in Ho Chi Minh City, everyone is put on an ordinary old bad bus, which takes a very long time to transfer to a slipbus. Almost a third of the way to Mui Ne ((. 2) - There was only a 36-seat bus at the transfer station, which was cheaper. And we had to ride on it. Our expensive bus just wasn't there!! An office employee deceived us, although I clarified several times that bus tickets were 24, but she gave us boarding passes for a cheap flight.

Very nice ride. 30 min in normal bus to the place where we switched to cabin bus. 3hour ride from there. Very comfortable, and bus driver held a short toilet stop on our request. We got dropped off at our hotel even though we thought the ride was only to the bus station. 5/5 would recommend

The bus arrived at 8am instead od 5am. We stopped a lot of times during the travel to pick up some baggage. The driver was smoking.
