On time, reliable but don’t expect comfort. Tidiness, punctuality. Comfort: the seats were abysmal, barely comfortable and impossible to sleep in for more than 10 minutes at a time before having to adjust your posture.

Upon arrival at Veliko, before we got off the bus the luggage doors were already closed! Had to wait. We did not like the luggage doors opened and closed before we could even get off the bus! What the hell? So we had to wait for the next bus departure for the open doors. And then grab our bag while others were loading theirs.

Very pleasant ride. The trip was very nice. Although is such a long trip- 6 hours - I would suggest to put some energy plugs so we could charge our phones and watch our own video - because the movie they show at the bus television is in Bulgarian language and no translation. The driver was very careful and it was very safe. General evaluation: very good!!!! Tv just in Bulgarian - no subtitles in English No energy plugs for mobile phone.

Get by bus automatically gave us 3 ticket - 3 separated places but we were traveling with child 3y.o. Small distance between seats.

Paid higher price for the facilities advertised but were not available. Easy to book. No drinks on board for 6 hour journey but did stop off for toilet break which cost $1 to use Toilet kept locked on bus only crew could use Allocated a seat next to someone when there were empty rows.

No toilet service! Very nice bus. Comfortable. The toilet was locked and could not be used. Not everyone can handle 2-3 hrs. of travel without a stop.

Servizi Offerti nel bus / viaggio. NIENTE ! Il viaggio non e' confortevole. Lungo, senza toilette (6 ore di viaggio con un solo stop) e temperatura bus a 30-35 gradi. Toilette non aperta e funzionante sul bus per 6 ore di viaggio = indecente / incivile. =================================================== Prenotazione posto : insoddisfacente . 1 non si puo prenotare online via web 2 ho scritto al customer care , non mi hanno risposto 3 sono dovuto andare a prendere il biglietto e li mi hanno assegnato il posto , che non era quello richiesto 4 dopo 3 gg mi ha risposto il customer care (inutile) dicendomi che risultava a me assegnato gia il posto e quindi non potevano darmi quello richiesto. (ridicolo no ? la mia richiesta inevasa, mi assegano un posto come vogliono e 3 gg dopo mi rispondono che non posso avere quello richiesto ! il sistema di prenotazione online NON SERVE A NULLA, INCOMPLETO. =============================================== Temperatura in bus livello Jamaica , troppo caldo , potrebbero regolarla a 20 gradi non 30.
