Can leave your luggage in the office whilst you are waiting for the bus, so you can get food without having to take all of your bags with you. The bus left on time and they woke everyone up when it was time to get off.

Personnel assez aimable, couchettes pour personne individuelle très confortables, double oreiller et couverture, bouteille d'eau offerte, climatisation réglable, chauffeur qui renseigne bien les arrêts, respect des horaires : je recommande cette compagnie pour ce type de voyage.

The bus was clean comfortable they give you water and snacks. At the beginning of the trip they tell you haw many stops you have to go to the bathroom. The steward was very friendly

The friendliness of the Giant Ibis staff was the best. Of course, it wasn't a reserved car... Anyway, thanks to the great handling of the Giant Ibis staff, we were able to get to our destination very comfortably, and it also helped us save time and money. If I travel on that route, I will definitely use it again. We would like to thank the staff at Giant Ibis located in Kampot.

Rather comfortable with good service. The only point to correct would be to inform that the 30-minute stop for lunch does not allow you to sit down and order something to eat on site. The service is too slow. Take something to take on the bus. An hour's stop would be more suitable.

Everything was great, apart from the restroom. It was not possible to lock the door, the flusher did not seem to work and there was not possible to wash or disinfect your hands afterwards. Would still recommend it though.

Die Reise mir dem Nachtbus war für uns besser als erwartend. Wenn man nicht gerade 1,80 groß ist, lässt es sich in den "Betten" recht komfortabel liegen.
Die unteren Betten sollte man aus unserer Sicht eher meiden, der Abstand zwischen Bett und Decke über einem ist teilweise sehr begrenzt.
Es gab eine dünne Decke und ein Kopfkissen, was völlig in Ordnung war.
Da wir recht gut geschlafen haben, verging die Zeit recht schnell.
Wir würden es wieder machen!

The bus trip was comfortable with good service from the staff.
The Wifi was a little unreliable but ok.
Although the bus did not keep to schedule, this was due to time at the border crossings and late arrivals of some passengers.
Also, some passengers not having the required documentation.
A suggestion is, that while traveling to Cambodia, maybe the operator can check that all foreign passengers have the correct documentation, prior to boarding the bus.
Otherwise, it was what was expected for this trip. :)

They ask for 5$ for help us tu do the visa, in total 40$ includes de visa, bit actually my visa cost 30$, so the take 10$ instead 5$.
Also the bus there wasn’t like in the photos, which should have reclinable sats

So booked a VIP bus but apparently that needed maintenance !!!! Or maybe as just 7 of us they thought the minivan would do .. we paid more to go with this company due to wanting a comfortable 6 hours , but it was an uncomfortable 7

I do not want to accuse anyone but somewhere on this journey from my backpack lost my headscarf and travel headrest. I would advise you to look more closely at the bus surroundings when leaving Siem Reap and after arriving in Phnom Penh. A lot of unneeded people are hanging around there. Everything is fine after this incident.

We travelled from Phnom penh to Siem Reap and everything was perfect!
- we arrived on time
- there were two stops, one long enough to have lunch
- we received water and snack
- the staff insisted that everyone had seatbelts on
- the luggage was marked and taken care of very nicely

Not up to standards of other GI trips. Wifi not working, many power chargers not working , my seat reclining was broken, windows very dirty so cannot see well. no curtains, lots of rattling noises, bumpy.
Good: pain au chocolat and water and air con.

Trip was okay. They made us wait for a little bit more than one hour before we got on the bus to Siem Reap from the border, but the conductor was kind enough so we did not bother. More aircon please.

Strange that we couldn’t sit together unless we sat on the back seats we were told. Other than that the conductor and driver was excellent, especially help with getting through the border crossing. Only other non-positive thing was that bus arrived well past the scheduled time, however this seems to be the norm, although they must do this trip several times a day so should be able to get the timetable accurate by now

We almost miss our Bus due to the traffic but the operator/tour guide let us get in the Bus without checking in. We really appreciate it! Did not expect the 10 hour drive but there's free food and it was a smooth ride. The guide also assisted at the boarder also gave us tips about Siem Reap. Highly recommended!

We were running late to the bus station due to a dodgy taxi driver dropping us at the wrong station but the bus kindly waited for us ensuring an easy journey to Siem Reap. The ride itself was comfortable and the attendants were very helpful especially when it came to the confusing border crossing.

Comfort bus and we departed almost on time. Good help at the boarder but it would have been nice if the bus staff had warned us about the 1 1/2 hour queuing at the control to get in to Thailand and had told us to bring water. And the timetable is really overoptimistic, we were more than 2 hours late to Bangkok and I guess the 8.45 bus from Siam Reep never arrives at 16.45.
